I'd always seen it but had never been inside or used their services, despite being a AAA member for 18+ years. I was greeted right away by a friendly gentleman at the entrance. He gave me the proper paperwork and told me how to fill it out. Within minutes of completing the paperwork, I was called back by Michelle to complete my transaction. She was very friendly and jovial as well. She completed my transaction quickly and efficiently and even offered to add my daughter to my account for free for a year. I was given a temporary card for her, and she informed me of all the benefits of their mobile app, so we will be downloading that as well! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes!
