Great place to go with the whole family boxing lessons and fitness. Clean and friendly environment. It is a family owned business.

A very good workout early Sunday morning, the place was not at all busy. I had no problem finding a…read morelocker and changing into workout clothes then doing the Thirty Minute Circuit and not being disturbed. Plenty of room in that area so I could not have to work around people. After, the showers were good. I like the "double" stall where I could change and then get right into the shower. Hot water worked well enough but the pressure is low. The shower seemed clean enough to me though I think both curtains need to be replaced. Overall, a good spot and I was glad to stop here. i've been going to planet fitness for years and this is my home location. The problem with this…read morelocation is a lot of people just sit on the machines and don't work out. Or they stand around and talk while their friend is sitting and not working out. if you say something to the front staff, they're like there's nothing we can do about it. I've complained more than once. I'm over it. The new machines are awkward and set up very weird. Where they used to have say for back twist machines now they only have one so you have to wait. A lot of the leg machines are broken already even though they're brand new and have temporary signs on them. I don't care for the new leg machines where you push in or pull out. It's one machine and it's obviously fit for somebody who's over 6 foot tall very awkward. i'm going to find a new home location.

I've belonged to a lot of gyms and this Life Time is the best. It's like a fitness resort! There's…read moresomething for everyone here, and fitness equipment I've never seen before. There are numerous classes that are serious workouts. Yoga, hot yoga, stretch, etc. I'm not a swimmer, but if I was I think the swim facilities are second to none, both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor pool is awesome, and will serve adult beverages, which is a nice option. There's steam, sauna, whirlpool, and a clean and well stocked locker room. I joined as soon as I could and was there on day one. Love this place! Finally, shout out to Courtney, who is always there with a smile and exuberant hello.

Swimming is one of the activities they do. After his first day at camp I asked if they showered after swimming and he said yes, the second and third time he said no (which is fine we can shower at home) but my concern is that he told me they all change out of their swimsuits in the far back of the men's locker room as a group. I teach my son body safety (that no one should be able to see or touch his private and same for him with others) and it's uncomfortable for him because as a group they change so they are all fully exposed in front of each other and kids look at his and he sees theirs. I let Stephanie the director know my concerns and asked their protocol for changing after swim. She told me that is their protocol if they can't fit into the family changing room and was defensive, no apology or concern. She said if he asks they can "try" to find a stall for him to change into. Obviously that's not okay. We also have neighbors that are 9 and 10 and go to camp too. The son said he has the same experience, and he's 9!!
