I had an emergency on a Friday night (nothing ever happens on weekdays) and needed to replace our water heater. I contacted Pride Plumbing via yelp at 11pm and had a response that night. The owner responded, answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I thought because it was a weekend, there would be an additional service fee...but nope! Standard service call fees 7 days a week during business hours! Yay! Jacob contacted me and let me know ahead of time they were on their way. Jacob and Trevor arrived on time and were completely professional and friendly and eager to fix the issue. Pride Plumbing is not the cheapest plumbing company out there but they are fairly priced, prompt, professional and have experienced plumbers. They explain everything in detail and gave good suggestions to avoid future issues with the water heater. This company is awesome! We requested a quote thru Yelp, and start to finish their team went above and beyond. Brianna was in touch with us right away and was able to get us scheduled same day for a free estimate to fix our problems. She was super friendly and understanding of our timing needs. We received a text message, along with a photo of our lead technician, shortly before he arrived - which is such a courteous and secure feature! Trevor and Ryan showed up on time and were professional in helping us trouble shoot more than one plumbing issue. I am beyond impressed with their work ethic, and they spent the extra time to show ME how to fix/troubleshoot minor issues myself .... I've had other companies charge me for every little thing, or talk down to me because, well, I'm a lady. Not this company! Let's start at the beginning. We purchased a brand new tankless water heater recommended by and purchased from a local plumbing company which they installed. Now, only two years later, it started leaking profusely. We called the same plumber out and when he opened the unit, the coils were corroded. He called the manufacturer and managed to have new parts shipped to us overnight since the parts were still under warranty. Unfortunately the plumber was at a loss when it came to dismantling and reinstalling the new parts so he recommended we call Pride Plumbing to remedy the problem for us. We were confused, but he said his competitor was more knowledgeable with tankless water heaters.‍ Frantically we called Pride Plumbing and thank goodness they sent someone right away. Dan Lopez, senior tech, came out. He immediately noticed the unit was too small for our house so it was no doubt being overworked, which may have contributed to the malfunction. Dan recommended a tankless water heater with a recirculating pump for instant hot water which Pride Plumbing is certified in to repair, parts and labor, free of charge for five years, which we think is phenomenal. Dan also checked and replaced our faulty regulator which is why we were having poor water pressure! We were already in the market to purchase a water softening system because we are so sick of the area's hard water and after talking to Dan we decided on a salt free whole house water filtration and conditioning system. Dan does impeccable work. He is so knowledgeable and full of information he's eager to share. He is passionate about his work and a true tradesmen. He is very conscientious about getting things done in a very timely manner. Dan is also so courteous and respectful and patient in explaining everything he is about to do and the reason he's doing it. From here on out, we'll only recommend Dan Lopez from Pride Plumbing to our family and friends. By the way, Pride Plumbing is a locally based and family owned company. Use them a couple times. First time was over the Fourth of July weekend serious pinch lost water heater the night of. They were able to come out the next morning and install a tankless water heater for me. The only reason why they didn't come that night is because I did not want to be bothered with that. My second experience was I called first thing in the morning to have four toilets replaced and they had someone come out two hours later. Both jobs were professionally done with customer courtesy. Had my old hot water heater go out , Called Pride Plumbing to discuss if a tankless system would be an option. After Dan from Pride Plumbing did an inspection of my pipes in my home . He suggested that if I wanted to have a tankless water heater, he would recommend doing a Re pipe of the house. Dan explained that the house still had the original pipes from the house was built in the 1950's. He explained the options I had. I decided to do the reposing and tankless option. I had a tenant call with an emergency plumbing issue during non-business hours. The knob for the shower came off, the tenant couldn't turn it off and water was filling the tub faster than it could drain. Trevor responded quickly, arriving at the property about 15 minutes after my phone call. He wasn't able to fix the issue immediately due to HOA restrictions on turning off water without prior notice to other tenants living in the same building. He did post the notice on all the building's doors himself and scheduled a time to come back. He came back as promised, cut the fiberglass shower wall, replaced the valve, and put a new cover and knob on. He finished the job in a timely and professional manner. The price seemed a bit steep to me but the work was completed quickly and properly. Overall, I'd recommend this company if you need something done fast and done right. I called them based on their yelp reviews after having several slab leaks and horrible experience with another plumber. They came and gave me a final cost on the spot for a complete repipe instead of having to wait from the office like other places and haggling back and forth. I only wish I had called them sooner before I wasted 2k on another plumber who patched up the pin hole leaks only to have another leak a few weeks later. They were able to do the job in 1 day and had another crew patch up drywall in another day. I had some minor issues later but they came promptly to fix it. I just called them again 4 months later when I noticed a leak outside where they connected to my landscaping pipe and they came in next day to fix it with no arguments like other plumbers.
