Pride to my rescue! I called so many plumbers. No one was calling back. I ended up with a plumber who installed a used, (and later, come to find out, a broken water heater.) He took my money and never came back. I was without water for too long. I started calling plumbers again. Hesitant that the same thing would happen again. Again, no call back from other plumbers. As the saying goes, "it didn't work out for a reason"...so... my last call was to Pride Plumbing...literally turned out to be "save the BEST for last" Tina returned my call so fast, had an appointment the very next day. I even received a text to tell me who and what time they would arrive! Richard & Zac showed up. I was a mess. They were so professional. Masks were on. Prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgeable & helpful. It was a cold and wet day. It even hailed outside as they worked. (my WH is nested in a closet outside.) I was given a quote which far exceeded my expectations. Being a single person who had just lost a lot of $ by a wannabe plumber. I was finally at ease. My wife and I had our old water heater replaced with a new Noritz Tankless water heater today (8/19/2016). After searching online for local plumbers who install tankless heaters, we decided to use Pride Plumbing Services here in Yucaipa. The week before, we requested a preliminary estimate for services and Michael came over with his apprentice Josh to look at the site and write up his estimate. Both Mike and Josh were very pleasant and comported themselves with professionalism and confidence. The resulting estimate was fair and generous and well within the industry standards for such work, so we told them to go ahead with the replacement. Mike gave us quite a deal! This morning at about 8:30 Mike and Josh arrived and went right to work removing the old heater. After about 45 minutes Mike's co-worker Danny arrived to finish the actual installation of the new heater. I now know why they call their company "Pride Plumbing Services"! They exuded pride in everything they did: from the demo work to the installation and final cleanup, their skill, professional manner and attention to detail was without peer. "Now THAT's customer service!," I said to my husband when I hung up the phone. With no hesitation, Pride Plumbing came through with a morning appointment - on very short notice - when I called. Yesterday, April 26, 2022, we received word from our mobilehome park that there had been an emergency shut down of the gas supply in the park. Our main concern was about getting the pilot on our water heater relit. Being close to 70 with mobility issues, neither my husband nor myself are able to do this on our own right now. I had minimal info about when the gas would be back on, but the staff at Pride Plumbing resonded with courtesy and understanding. Nothing was a problem. If the gas wouldn't be restored in time, they would be happy to reschedule for us; it was such a load off our minds! As it turned out this morning, our pilot light hadn't gone out, but we weren't charged for any kind of a service call at all. My huband had asked our technician to give his opinion about the condition of our poor old water heater. Tech Jesse Stidham said it was fine, but could stand to be upgraded to more current code. The upshot is that the visit was written up as a free estimate. There was no charge at all! We had used Pride Plumbing in December of 2021 to replace our kitchen sink faucet. We were very pleased with the service at that time and will continue to think of them as "our" plumber! read more

Upon walking outside my manufactured home early morning on Saturday 6/25, heard/saw water leaking from underneath. Immediately, I starting looking online for a plumbing company. First contacted a local Yucaipa plumber and was told "sorry the first available slot for an onsite inspection/estimate is Thursday 6/30". Then noticed Pride Plumbing Services with awesome Yelp and Google reviews. I called the office and was told they would send someone out between 1:00 and 3:00 and he got here by noon. This was a huge relief as I had no clue what was actually going on under the house. Pleasantly surprised that within one (1) hour "Bill Hernandez" showed up, was super friendly and very professional. He proceeded to peek under the house and swiftly noticed that the problem was related to a broken filter attached to waterline for my refrigerator icemaker. Quick fix, he turned off the water to that waterline at "no charge" and mentioned that the repair estimate is roughly $300.00. I cordially thanked him and stated will consider the repair in the coming weeks. How many plumbing services make themselves readily available at 7:00 pm on a Sunday night? When they are available, how many charge an after hours or weekend fee? Most, if not all, right? Not Pride! I was in a pinch on Sunday night, prepping for a new sink and countertop install the next morning and ran into an issue with a leaky valve that I wasn't equipped to repair. I called around to a few local outfits with no luck then happened across Pride's info here on Yelp. All I saw was 24/7 so I gave 'em a call. I gave them my info and a brief synopsis of my problem and I was told they would have a tech at my house in less than 2 hours! To my surprise, Mike was at my house within 30 minutes! I want to thank Mike and Danny for their service. Pride Plumbing Services was great! I had them relocate some water and gas lines when I remodeled my kitchen. I shopped around and got 3 quotes. Pride gave me the best price and their service was top notch as well. Everything went smoothly and my remodel came out exactly as I pictured it. Five months later I called them for a faulty tankless water heater that was flooding the garage. I went to get in the shower and the water would not get warm, so I walked in the garage to check the water heater and sure enough the tankless water heater I had for only 4 years was flooding the garage. I called Pride Plumbing Services right away and they came out and gave me an assessment on the situation and a proposal for the work. My wife and I were pretty concerned about having a huge leak in the wall of our upstairs bathroom because of some serious noises we were hearing. Best plumbing experience ever! From the get-go, the receptionist who answered our call was extremely nice and sent someone to our house right away, within an hour. Jon Morel and Jayson arrived on time. They were very professional and did a thorough job of searching for the cause of the problems throughout our house. They explained what was happening in the pipes, why it was happening, what was causing the loud rattling then gave us several reasonable options to get it fixed. They were upfront with the pricing and answered the many questions we had with honesty. We ended up having the shut-off valve and pressure regulator replaced along with the pipes surrounding it. There's no more loud rattling and the valve, regulator and pipes work splendidly; not to mention the updated look considering the house is thirty years old. Recently my family decided to use pride plumbing they dispatched dan lopez off the back dan hit me with a 850$ quote to hydro jet a line that was way to much in the end he agreed to do it for 450$ sounds good he said with this service I will run a camera and also inspect your line well come to find out the line is still clogged I called pride and they said I will need at follow up service starting at 250+ to do a camera inspection !!!!! Dan was supposed to do that for the required work he skipped that part it took them 45 mins to collect 450$ and half ass this job NEVER USING PRIDE PLUMBING AGAIN I called them to see if I could resolve it they said I was lucky it was 450 and that the service should be 1000$ these guys are bonded crooks dont get screwed !!!! So sad I even let them know I was a young homeowner and budget was low this was half of my paycheck for a restroom that still doesn't work sad read more

Pride Plumbing made the unpleasant experience of repairing a major leak in our watering system a feeling of confidence that These guys knew what they were doing and would finish the job in a minimum period of time. In the process of repairing the first leak they discovered a second leak deep under the cement driveway. In repairing this line they found a leak in the gas line running next to it. So what started out to be a $2000.00 job ended up being $17,000.00. That is the unpleasant part, but now we have the good feeling that everything from the street to the house and the front yard has been replaced with brand new plumbing (including a new gas line) and should last for as many years as we have left at this residence. This company is flat out amazing. Three weeks ago my wife noticed a bunch of water coming out from under the washing machine. In that time we went through several failed home warranty attempts to fix the issue. One scuzbag came out, immediately tried to up sell my wife without looking at anything, left to "get the right tools", then never came back or picked up his phone. That was yesterday. After he left I looked up some companies, found Pride, and they immediately scheduled me for today. Ericsen came out, quoted us, and was able to promptly fix the issue and give us a clear picture of what's going on with our plumbing. We scheduled them for another appointment and couldn't be happier especially now that we can finally use our washing machine again. pride plumbing technician ryan heenan came and worked diligently on a stuck faucet handle that we just could not get off, finally it came off without breaking the cartridge, he replaced the cartridge, leak fixed. ryan also looked at our shower faucet that I was sure had a bad seat allowing to much cold water to mix with hot and we could not get nice hot water for a shower, ryan said let me take off the knob , I want to check something, he took off knob and aha, your mixer is set on child safety, he pulls insert out turns it about a quarter turn , puts it back in wala all the hot water we need. we had a similar problem a few years ago in our master shower and by the time the guy was done he replaced the whole valve and nearly set the house on fire because he had to solder the new one in, thank you thank you very much ryan, job well done read more

I am very pleased with Pride Plumbing and there Technician, Jose Velazquez. I had a large water leak just beyond the meter, causing the water to be shut off from the house. I called Pride in the afternoon and was very pleased with how the call was handled. Was told a tech would be out in the morning to quote a do the repairs while there. A text was sent confirming the the appointment, i responded back with a pix of the repair site. The following morning Jose called he was on his way. When he arrived, was very professional and courteous. He explained the repair process and price, signed the workorder and he started the repairs. After attempting to work through my home warranty company, and having three other contractors "no show", I located this company and I must say...EVERYTHING happens for a reason!! The owner Mike called me back within 5 minutes of my message and took the time to talk with me about potential causes of my hot water heater not working. Given the trouble I had with the other contractors not showing up and my hot water heater being out for two days at that point, Mike scheduled me for the very next day. Dan came out and diagnosed the issue and even helped me navigate reimbursement from the home warranty company (something he definitely didn't have to do). Pride Plumbing service was awesome. They are local to Yucaipa and quick to take care of their community. Breanna was pleasent and helpful. I had a sink stoppage and leaks. 2 plumbers from differnt companies came out to assess my problem. One quoted $1250 for hydrojet with doing any diagnostics. The second plumber snaked the drain and attempted to fix the undersink drainage pipes. They cut one pipe in the wrong ace and broke another while attempting to tighten. He then said it was too big of a job and told me to call home insurance to place a claim. I called Pride Plumbing te same day and scheduled Bryan Baumgarten for the next day. Bryan was professional and knowledgable. He redid all the sink plumbing in less than an hour and charged a great price. He will be my goto plumber from now on. read more

We were visiting our cabin in Big Bear for just two days and needed a quick solution for a pair leaky faucets: one bathroom sink fixture, one hose bib on the exterior.
