Pride has serviced our older home several times now and I've always been extremely pleased with their ability to do the jobs quickly and thoroughly. They water jetted our home a while back and kept their warranty promise without any issue when we had to have them come out a few months later for a lingering issue. They were able to find issues other companies weren't and were very fast to repair a leak issue that we've had for over a year. They aren't always the very cheapest but the service they provide has been worth it. read more

I honestly have never had an easier time scheduling a service and having something fixed in my home. The drainage pipes under our sink were incorrectly installed by my landlords repairman and broke apart when I was washing dishes. I called this company and the set me an appointment for 8 am the next morning. Zion was prompt, able to assess the issue, grabbed the parts and had it fixed so quickly! He told me to enjoy my morning coffee and chatted with me while fixing my sink. I've never felt so comfortable having someone new in my home. Quick service, fantastic customer service! $289 to snake a sink drain. They agreed to check it out for $125, and would call me for approval if their cost would be higher. When they called to say they had arrived on site they said it might be more, so I expected another call with a price. But they didn't call again until they were done, and said it was $289. I asked them for a breakdown of the cost, and they said it's just a flat fee. They didn't mention this flat fee when they agreed to go out for $125. I work with plumbers in a lot of areas and won't be calling Pride Plumbing again. read more

The best plumbing experience I have ever had. The owner responded to my email request in the early morning. He provided an estimate and described what needed to be done in detail. My dads house had a leak so the gas company turned his gas off, leaving a Senior Veteran with no heat or shower. A competitor showed up first and provided a very high estimate. When Ryan and Brian showed up and they were excellent. They both went to work on replacing 3 x gas valves and running new gas lines to by-pass the leak. Ryan even found a hair-line crack in an appliance regulator. He went above and beyond by coming back when he saw the gas company driving up after he had left for the day. All of this work was completed at a third of the quote the other company wanted. EXCELLENCE!!!!!! read more

We had a serious hot water pressure problem at my house and they were able to get to the root of the problem without charging us an arm and a leg. Beware of other plumbers trying to "upsell" you on things you already have or don't need. They acknowledged my house did NOT need a repiping like the previous plumber had suggested and rather than nickle and diming me like two other service quotes tried to, Pride Plumbing came in, got us our hot water pressure back by installing a new quality water heater and brought hot showers back into our home. Rick R. was awesome! Very personable and knowledgeable guy, unlike most plumbers I've had to my home. He did a simple change of my faucet sink which was leaking and he also changed out the pressure regulator. Plumbers charge up the butt these days but I felt Pride's prices were more reasonable, still hi, but lower than all the other plumbers in the area. Also, when I called the office to schedule the appointment, I asked if it could be done the same day and the first 3 plumbers I "googled" said they couldn't come out until Monday (this was a Friday) and Pride Plumbing arrived the very same day I called! I only wish the office had told me about the discount that could be found on-line, kinda bummed after I saw that on-line. I hate that I need to leave one star, this company doesn't deserve it. On April 2nd, 2021, we called out for service to Pride Plumbing they sent out Jesse nice young man, my husband try to fix our toilet himself and no luck so this is we're Jesse came in, he put our toilet back together did his job and $440 dollars later we where good we thought. Also when Jesse started fixing our toilet he never told my husband that the parts that we had which were brand new, weren't covered under there warranty, it would only be covered if we bought there over priced parts. Also Jesse did tell my husband that we needed a new toilet that would cost us $800 that's crazy, that we did not need. This whole job was for Jesse to put the toilet tank and guts back together that's all. So for the next month toilet was doing it's job, only 3 people live in the house and it's a bathroom that guest use. We leave for a weekend getaway and come home to a leaking toilet tank. So what do we do call Jesse back cause we think it's under warranty right and four days later he comes to say it's not covered the bolt on the tank is not tight and that's where the water was coming from. Jesse tells my husband nothing is cover and he will talk to his general manager Mike, now it took them 2 hrs to come on April 2nd and four days to come when we have a major leak and our whole downstairs is under water Customer service is not there first priority and we never heard from General Manager Mike. So now we're very upset customer cause no customers service at all or even Mike the general manager couldn't even call us but yet when my husband called him Mike started cuss at my husband calling him a know it all and yes my husband was not nice he was cussing back. The point of this is never use this company, Mike is so sure that his business won't be hurt if we left a Yelp review cause he's been in business for years. Mike is very unprofessional for even cussing at my husband and for not taking responsibility for the job that his employee did. Still today we haven't received a receipt and over charged!! We went with Pride Plumbing because of their honesty. They were willing to work with us, getting the worse taken care of first. Unlike other plumbing services I called, Pride got plumbers out there within two hours of calling... actually sooner since they had to wait in front of our house until we arrived home with a new faucet to install. Cody and Ricky had great attitudes and got the job done quickly. Perhaps I would give the company 4 1/2 stars instead of 5 since the person on the phone quoted a price half of Cody and Ricky's company "book" price, but fortunately, they and the company honored the phone quote without any hassle. Matt came out within 2 hrs of my phone call. Needed to replace an outside hose bib because after over 20 years of dripping, I had had enough and decided to change out the washer inside. However, my plumbing skills were not enough to change out the entire bib with the handle and some of the other parts came apart in my hands as I tried to take it apart. I do NOT know how to "sweat" copper fittings on, so I looked on Yelp and found Pride. Great job. Not cheap by any means, but they did a good job for a fair price in my opinion. I was disappointed in the delivery service Costco uses for delivering appliances because they refused to hook up our new fridge to the water line that was right where the fridge was placed. Prides technicians showed up earlier than expected which I appreciated. They not only hooked up the water line to the fridge, but turned the water back on and made sure everything was working properly. Pride's people had to work past 5 pm and I am grateful that we were able to start using our new fridge today. The only thing I would suggest is for Pride to let you know before they come that the minimum charge will be $165. That way people can make a decision while on the phone if they want the work done or not. read more

There are few times when a repair goes down the way you plan. I called Pride 2 weeks before I needed them for an estimate to which they responded very quickly. They were the 4th co. to come out and inspect but Danny was the only one that spotted a critical point that the rest missed. That and the fact they were the only ones that gave me a realistic price won me over. The day of the repair they hit a snag. Totally stopped them in their tracks. Not my fault, not their fault. But it left it where they might have to dig a 100 ft ditch that no one had planned. But Danny made a few calls and help showed up and he was able to get done at the prices he quoted and that made me very happy. I even convinced my mail man to call them because he also was impressed with their ability. For the first time since I don't know when I don't feel "had" by my plumber. Based on a neighbor's recommendation, I requested a consultation and estimate for adding a shower stall to a secondary bathroom. Gosh, their tech was at my house within 90 minutes! He seemed knowledgeable and measured the space, crawled around in the crawl space checking for access to water, drains and vents. He consulted with the office by phone and gave me an estimate. Since they were to supply the enclosure, the door and the plumbing, I asked for pictures of what they would be putting in. The tech assured me I'd have pictures either that evening or first thing in the morning. That was 10 days ago and nothing. Don't want my business? Fine, but just say so. read more

Pride Plumbing has been great to work with as I did a forced kitchen remodel after my home insurance company refused to pay for the damage done by a broken pipe--they considered it was caused by a pre-exising leak...Stephen just finished installing all the faucets in my kitchen and new bathrooms. He provides great service; he works quickley but pays atttention to detail. He even double-checked to make certain my new dishwasher drained correctly! I had an emergency situation where our Noritz tankless just doesn't. It was 13 years old and the previous owners Of our home didn't take care of the maintenance aspect of it...hot mess. I called in a little after 8 AM on a Monday morning and they had someone scheduled for a time slot later that day. Awesome - I had time to go run some errands since I had to call off work, and I actually got a call about 2 hours later saying Matt Rhynes was on his way back from the desert and could stop by a few hours earlier, which was great news. He went up in the attic to take a look, sat on hold forever with Noritz twice and worked with their tech support to figure out the best action steps to take. I was grateful to have been given a few options, with the best/most cost effective/rational option being to replace it and get us up & running the same night. He gave us a few model options and the one he installed is actually one he planned on installing himself, so you know it's a great product. He took great care of us, explained everything with what was going wrong (or right), got the parts and unit he needed, took the old One out and installed the new one and got me hot water the same day!
