Once again Pride Plumbing's pride shines through. Had my shower valves replaced in the main bathroom. I call Saturday morning and they where out by noon that day! The two guys quoted me a price, while I was running the number around in my head, they said we're not the cheapest but we don't use knockoff parts and only main brand. I agreed to the price, they went and got the parts and fixed the leak. Well unknowingly they weren't given the Price Pfister parts. So call after hours LMTC Sunday morning Bryan called, listened to me and long story short, Bryan came out this morning and put in the Price Pfister parts. Everybody I've ever dealt with from Prided has been professional and great. This is the third time I've used them, will again. We ended up giving Pride Plumbing a try and we were very satisfied with both their work ethic and the quality of work. Initially, Zion changed the toilet and did an initial cleaning of the old pipes. Unfortunately, the pipes needed a little more work, so Zion returned with Jacob and together they water-blasted the pipes which got them working great! I do not recommend using this company. The plumbers that came out did NOT do a through check of the homes plumbing line location before the services started. They immediately began working and tied a new plumbing line into the wrong area, causing no running water in our home for OVER 24 hours!! The plumbers knew we had no running water and refused to work overtime or call another plumber out until more money was paid for an estimated service that was NOT needed to fix the initial mistake. The plumber promised to make a new work order the same night and contact both home owner and tenant to move forward but to no avail. He didn't even call the following morning, I had to call the office and request contact. The carelessness of these workers/ company is unbelievable. Leaving a mother and two small children without running water/ or bathroom is unacceptable. I will NEVER use this company again. read more

I called for my kitchen sink had clogged the night before and a house cannot go long without the kitchen sink or dishwasher! Within 60 minutes of the call they were at my home and an hour from that my sink and dishwasher were unclogged and they were out the door. After working with other local plumbers over 20 or so years in the Redlands area, I decided to try a new one and went with Pride. I am glad that I did. This last time was to have them do the final work on a large kitchen renovation - hooking up the sink, disposal, dishwasher, and a gas cooktop. First of all, Justin is literally a hero!!! We had a crazy midnight emergency as our friend lost her brand new engagement ring down the bathtub drain. After lots of tears and ripping through our cabin searching, we decided it must have gone down the tub. We called Pride and Justin connected with us immediately. I live in an old house that has old pipes & not sure if any previous owners ever cleaned the pipes. Had a really ugly drain clog that wouldn't budge no matter what we did. Trevor & Cody came out on New Years day to rescue me from this situation with the hydro jet machine. Amazing service from Zion at Pride Plumbing, he even helped carry in our groceries! We had a plugged shower drain that Zion worked hard to break loose. I have a mid century home and wanted to replace the original bathroom sink that has a hudee ring. I also replaced the faucets. I was very concerned about getting the hudee ring off without damaging the original Formica counter top that is in very good condition. Matt was my plumber and he removed the hudee ring meticulously and without damaging the counter top. Matt installed the sink as well as new faucets and I could not be happier. I learned that he used to work on hot rods so I think that carries over into his plumbing work as he was very careful and paid attention to details. I will definitely use Pride again. read more

I recently had an issue at my rental property. It is an older home with a tight crawl space. The plumber didn't hesitate to get under the house to search out the source of the problem. While under the house, he found a small leak. He recorded it for me to see and explained my options when he came out. He was honest with me about methods to fix this issue (I have old galvanized pipes) that would work best for this particular situation. While I was in class out in Long Beach, I received a call from my mom's neighbor stating that my mom's garage was flooding and that water was pouring out onto the street. My mom lives in Grand Terrace and was not at home, so I had to drive out there to try to remedy this situation. I was feeling pretty anxious as we have had several issues with plumbing companies that performed less than satisfactory work. Since I am not from the area, my boyfriend suggested we look up some plumbers around the area who have had great reviews and feedback. This led us to Bryan Baumgarten at Prime Plumbing Services. We called pretty late in the afternoon so I was thinking at best someone would be able to come out the following day, which meant there would be no running water at the house. So we have a bunch of family arrive for 9 days and our shower gets a clog. The first plumbers we call wanted $16,000 to fix it, the second plumbers quoted over $8000. I was shocked. I cannot tell you how happy I was to find Pride plumbing. After they used the camera to see the real problem they unclogged the shower, the other 2 companies said they could not even unclog it. I feel Pride was honest with us. Yes, we need work on our pipes as my house is 53 years old, but for now we have 2 showers for 14 people to use over the holiday and it was only $465 versus the outrageous amount the other 2 lying companies were wanting! I cried when they left because I was so thankful. My husband and I hit a rough patch and money is very tight. What a relief not to only have 1 shower for the next several months! Thank you Pride. I will be spreading the word and would totally recommend this company to everyone! From my husband: Pride Plumbing is a rare find. They found the way to clear our shower drain when the other guys couldn't. They used advanced camera technology to show me that our entire drain pipe system just needs to be hydro jet cleaned out, after the first plumber used their scope simply as a scare tactic sales tool to try and convince me we needed thousands of dollars of repairs to our "failed" main line drain. Pride Plumbing found a clean out that the others missed to clear a bad clog, while their competitors said the only way to fix it was to jackhammer our bathroom floor and dig down to replace the pipe which added thousands more to their inflated estimate.
