Before booking, I specifically asked over the phone if they had nail techs who could do designs. I was told all of them are artists, which made me feel confident going in. But once I sat down, the first thing they did was start criticizing my previous set -- saying the shape and how they came off my nails was "wild" and that I'd see a huge difference if I started coming there. That immediately felt off. I picked a pretty simple marble design, nothing complicated. What I got was honestly the worst marble I've ever seen -- it looked nothing like the reference photo I showed. I spoke up and said it didn't look like marble at all, and instead of adjusting, the tech just kept going. The owner, who was actually very kind, noticed I wasn't happy and had someone else redo it. The second tech did a much better job on the design, but completely changed the shape of my nails. I asked for a narrow square and left with coffin. At that point, after being there for 3.5 hours, I didn't even have the energy to say anything else. I paid about $300 for a Gel-X full set and gel pedicure. Not even a week later, two nails popped off. I went back to get them fixed -- no big deal -- but they had a different tech do it, and those two nails looked completely different from the rest. Within another week, two more nails popped off. At that point, it felt like my money was completely wasted. When I finally had the rest of the set removed, I was honestly shocked at the condition of my natural nails. I've never seen them like that. It's been almost two months, and they're still recovering -- brittle, damaged, and parts of my natural nail were literally lifted from the nail bed. I'm writing this after looking at my nails today and feeling genuinely sad because they were long, strong, and healthy before this appointment. I will say the owner was kind and tried to help in the moment, but overall the quality, consistency, and longevity just weren't there -- especially for the price. The only reason I'm rating 3 stars and not 2 -- is because possibly the other nail techs could be better. I just will not be going back to find out

Personalized recommendations, questions about family, kids, recent life experiences. The owner ( I can't remember his name) remembers faces so well. He had a walk in and he said he remembered her from a year ago, she came in with her sister. It had been a whole year. The space overall was also very clean, a lot of natural light, it felt luxurious. The quality of the gel manicure was top tier. We were extremely impressed with their notification process. We called and booked an appointment for my husband and I to have a pedicure and manicure. We received a text to confirm the date and time of our appointment. We arrived for our appointment and promptly were greeted by the receptionist who led us to each of our chairs. She was extremely friendly and outgoing, we didn't get her name we were impressed with her professionalism. She coordinated which individuals would assist us. We were so impressed with the speed and the quality of the manicure and pedicure. There were 3 ladies that took care of us. We had an appointment at 1:00PM and we were finished by 1:30!! As you can see in the photos, the nail polish was applied badly and unevenly. While she was doing it, I even asked her to please fix my calluses better, and she said she would, but she didn't. Before leaving, I told the manager I was unhappy with the service. The total was $50, and she only offered $5 off. I still tipped Tina $10, so I ended up paying about $55 for a pedicure that looks so bad I had to book another treatment somewhere else to fix it. This was a very frustrating experience. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place. If they keep taking customers' money and providing this kind of service, this place will not survive and will likely close soon.
