I really appreciated the time and care that went into that. I truly expected just some tighter curls with hairspray and hoping for the best. I came back recently for curls with a little root volume, and Olga delivered again! I left with one of the most fabulous blowouts I've ever had (pictured), and my hair looked good all weekend, even with the wind doing its best to ruin it. Anyways, I appreciate how simple the booking process is and how meticulous Olga has been with styling my hair. I'm not good at curling it myself and it can take time to do it, so I'm grateful to know of a local place that I can trust with styling every now and then.

The first one that came highly recommended was a total dud - not a good experience at all, so when it came time to get a fill, I knew I needed to dig really deep through the reviews and find the right one. On my way there, I got a call from the salon asking if it was okay that my appointment would be 15 minutes late? I was so surprised that they actually had the courtesy to let me know this - my schedule was clear, and I didn't mind waiting, but if I had needed to, I could have run another errand before I went to the salon. I just thought that was such a nice touch! When I got there, I was immediately greeted, and asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited. Everyone who walked in was greeted as if they were family - and it felt so warm and inviting. It was amazing. You could tell that this was a place where people actually get more than one thing done at this salon. So many salons I go into might offer more than one service, but I don't see people actually going beyond "their" person - I could see that clients loved every aspect of this salon, every service offered, and I felt like I'd finally found my home. My nails, which were not done well at *all* at the last place, were gently repaired by Mary. I complied and left. The disturbing part is I was already sitting and waiting before being told I had to leave and the manager (Maritza) did not say anything about this policy while I sat there. I was told their policy is online (which I reviewed after the fact) when customers book their appointment that they read and understand that guests are not allowed before booking. They claim to welcome walk-ins so I asked a hypothetical question: If a single mother (with no online appointment booked) walked in with her child if she would be able to get service? I was told no she would be turned away because the child (regardless of age) is a guest. DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER OR KID FRIENDLY! I considered getting service today or in the future but after this HORRIBLE experience, I DEFINITELY WILL NOT and DEFINITELY WILL NOT recommend their business to anyone based on this experience. Thankfully there are more customer service friendly and welcoming outgoing nail businesses that will treat you 1000% better even if you're waiting for someone. This is an overall reflection on the ineffective ownership's leadership and managers inability to properly handle situations like this with better and proper customer service etiquette. Perhaps had there been effective leadership and management this situation would have handled more professionally and properly. At least consider posting signage at the front door and within the store for those that do walk-ins or that are guests of customers (that did not read the online policy) so there is visible transparency. My recommendation- DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES VISIT THIS BUSINESS!!! IT WAS AN ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE NO OKE SHOULD ENDURE!!!
