We recently started ordering based on a friend's recommendation and have been consistently impressed. The food is absolutely delicious, we haven't had a meal we didn't love yet. It's also incredibly easy to heat and serve, which makes a big difference during busy weeks. One standout for me was their Blackened Wild Isles Salmon with mashed yams and sautéed garlic olive oil cauliflower.. so flavorful and satisfying! As someone who is anemic and prioritizes iron absorption, I especially appreciate how thoughtfully their meals are designed. They include iron-rich ingredients without dairy, which can interfere with iron absorption. It's rare to find meals that meet those nutritional needs without sacrificing taste. We also love that everything is organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, and seed oil-free. Primal Balance has truly been a lifesaver for me post partum! Balanced, super fresh, healthy meals delivered to my door. Ordering couldn't be easier, with pics of what the meals will look like. I LOVE that they're delivered in a paper bag, and in paper containers. One thing that steers me away from other meal prep companies is the sustainability aspect and being in plastic containers that just get thrown away. I also love that it's organic, local ingredients, and sustainable. After heating up, the proteins are all still juicy (including proteins that tend to get dry- like turkey) and the vegetables are perfectly cooked/ not mushy. I definitely think there's a variety of choices for any taste and options to sub for all veggies/low carb and add more protein.They also have breakfast options too, although I haven't tried. The service communication and clarity could use improvement. I unexpectedly paid &250 for a 6 week meal plan that stayed the same for months until an error caught on their end. Instead of attempting to correct after they confirmed they made a mistake, I was informed no change would be made to correct this. I signed up with primal in June after I had my first son. The meals helped me so much not have to shop, leave the house or cook while my body was recovering. I used the meals plus Chef V green drink and lost 45 postpartum pounds in 8 weeks with no exercise. My plan was to stop after 2 months but I've enjoyed the meals so much and the convenience that I've kept going. I've never had any issues with meals or delivery. I made a mistake one week and didn't order and the owners made everything right by me, even though it was my own error that caused the blip. Great customer service and really good quality food. I especially love the fish dishes they are cooked so delicately and perfect that I he. You warm them up they are not dry. That's a very hard skill and I appreciate that so much. I've been using Primal Balance as a meal service for about 6 months now. I don't want to make this sound too dramatic, but truthfully, it's changed my life. I originally started because I was single-momming and to not have to cook for myself was convenient and so easy.
