I used to be a Lady Dee's Client from 1989 to 1998 but she got way! way! too expensive and started pushing unnecessary products on her Clients. Then I went to Regina on Wilshire Bl who was reasonable and simply amazing but unfortunately met with some misfortune put a Big CLOSED sign on her door simply disappeared. Wow! Her Client Ms Erva Reese was also my Client and she recommended Oscar Mendez who had gone to school with Regina. So back in 2006 I went to Oscar Mendez who did a very aggressive peel on my face. The face cracked for 1 week and the peel went into overdrive started to bleed. It was 100 degrees that summer and my face suffered hyper-pigmentation turning black looked like a raccoon. I did not sue because I am just not that type of person and I forgave Oscar since I felt a bit responsible for him trying to outdo Regina because I was telling him how great Regina was and that I wanted him to give me the same service or better, although I was told by Dr Coffay that this peel was reserved for a Dermatologist. That is where I meet the amazing Doris! She was Dr Coffey's Esthetician and the two of them cleared me up very nicely with his formula of peels done by Doris and 8% hydroquinone 3%Salicylic acid which kept my skin pretty for years. Then Dr Coffey passed and his office was closed. Competent Reasonably priced and she never leaves the room. One on One quiet and simply the best to me in this business. I enjoy her peels for $80 please leave a tip the treatments are worth $120 and her Micro dermabrasions are $110 worth $150-$200

During the service, everything was great until we got to extractions. After already going past 15 minutes, I was told there would be an additional $50 charge for "extra" extractions. After the facial, I was shown "premium" products and told the total would be around $1,000, which had never been discussed. I explained that I could only afford around $500, and I was considering a selection of products within that range. However, when I asked whether one item, specifically an SPF, was necessary, the tone shifted. I was told there was no point in continuing to go over products if I was not going to purchase anything and that we "were not a good fit," to which I agree, but not because I asked questions or was unwilling to buy. As a result, I chose not to purchase anything and canceled the next appointment. I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. As a young client still in college, I would have expected a more understanding and respectful approach rather than pressure. They actually asked me to make different expressions--raising my eyebrows, frowning, relaxing my face--and watched closely to see exactly where the muscles were working.
