The single best happy hour we have ever been to! From the moment we walked in our hostess Selena was extremely courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond. The ambience here is absolutely stunning. Our server Kim was absolutely amazing. She did every single thing to make sure that she never skipped a beat, continually checking on us, making sure our drinks and food arrived right on point. She took time to explain menu items down to ingredient details. The European smoked butter with their housemade truffle bread was literally something like I have never tried before and such a delicacy! The crabcake was absolutely delightful. The martini flight was such a fabulous addition to happy hour with multiple different flavors and tastes, including Mezcal, bourbon, and of course, a traditional vodka martini. Their happy hour traditional Tito's martini was extra dirty and definitely larger than your average. Everyone on staff went completely above and beyond coming over to check on us and introduce themselves. This is literally the best steakhouse happy hour I have been to in Las Vegas and the best hidden gem in the southwest part of Las Vegas! Do not sleep on this one!! Tuesday through Saturday 3 PM to 5:30 PM is happy hour, their regular dining hours are from 5:30 PM to 9 PM and happy hour starts again from 9 PM to close.

I just moved in the southern Highlands area last year and finally made it into prime 141 a couple of weeks ago. I've gone to a ton of the steakhouses around town on and off the strip and was curious how a local spot in a neighborhood would be. This review is just for the bar experience went in with some friends had cocktails love that they have this kind of zodiac theme for their signature cocktails. Bar staff was very nice, and the restaurant itself was pretty nice. I wouldn't say it's as nice as Harlo in Summerlin, which is something I would compare it to. We had a few bites of food. About three dishes: fries, the crudités, and something else. Beautiful presentation. I did think the prices were also fair for the overall quality and experience. Glad to know this is a solid spot in the neighborhood, I will definitely be back for a full dinner and update.

My hopes were set sooooo high for this experience after hearing about it from a friend. First off, when making a reservation, I feel like they shouldn't even ask about special occasions if they aren't going to acknowledge it. We went for my 51st birthday. It was not only selected as an options but a comment was left in the box as well. We didn't expect anything free, but recognition would have been appreciated- otherwise leave it off your reservation page. The aesthetic was amazing, beautiful setting, lovely menu. However, service was incredibly slow - which was surprising since there were only 2 other tables occupied. Our waiter was so soft spoken, we had to ask him to repeat every single thing he said. He didn't seem to have a good handle on the menu or the items. Perhaps he was still new... The cocktails, after a very lengthy wait, were delish- the bread with the smoked salted butter was a highlight. We opted for the crab cake appetizer. So much delicious crab. Well done! The filet, bruleed corn and potato purée were tasty, but we were so over the wait by then, it overshadowed our experience. Will I be back to try some happy hour things? Maybe. They are close to our house, and I'd love for this to be a place for us to prefer. However, the disappointment in service and lack of special occasion recognition will definitely keep me from having this be a special occasion restaurant. Clearly, if we want someone to feel special or a priority, we will have to choose somewhere else.

THIS RESTAURANT is consistently AMAZING, with AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING STAFF and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called in last minute after a terrible experience at another restaurant, and even though it was New Years Eve, they HAPPILY accommodated our 4 person party. Not only is the food here Consistently Incredible in both taste and presentation, the staff, management and customer service are ALWAYS first class, top shelf, warm and welcoming, with incredible ambiance as well. I can't more highly recommend a High End Steakhouse, and it should also be noted, that for a High End Steakhouse, their prices are very reasonable. The Seafood Tower is always a winner, as is their amazing Brussel Sprouts, in addition to their Amazing Steaks and desserts. This place is ALWAYS a Highly Recommend.

    The Cancer cocktail (Cosmopolitan Martini)

We made reservations for our Valentine's Day wedding anniversary and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were seated at the bar, which I was initially concerned about, but they kept an empty chair between couples so we could have a more intimate feel. The complimentary bread was spinach and artichoke- delicious! The butter is brought out under glass, which when removed by the server revealed a layer of smoke that added a nice richness and flavor to it. I chose to pair that with The Cancer, which is a cosmopolitan martini (the cocktails are zodiac themed). For my entree, I had to have the Lobster Mac, as I never pass on that dish if it's offered (it's billed as a side dish but definitely dinner sized), along with an impressive and equally delicious Caesar Salad. My husband ordered the Filet and found it perfectly cooked to his desires and he couldn't stop raving about the Corn Brulee he chose as his side. We were offered complimentary glasses of sparkling rosé at the end, with "Happy Anniversary" wishes, which was so thoughtful and really made us feel special. Because it was also Valentine's Day, each woman was given a cute branded teddy bear as well. The check is presented on an adorable French Bulldog statuette, with complimentary chocolates. Previous reviews mentioned an automatically included gratuity, but they no longer practice that, which is nice. Service was impeccable, food was amazing, and the atmosphere and price point both matched my expectations of finer dining.

Phenomenal experience! I was recommended this place by a good friend and she did not disappoint. The atmosphere is so chic and cute and every single person I spoke to was courteous, polite, and professional. We were immediately seated in an impeccably clean and adorable booth. The presentation before the amazing food made the atmosphere so warm and welcoming. The bread service is insane and probably the best bread I've ever had. The same can be said for my lemon drop that I ordered off menu. My father was flabbergasted at the selection of liquor and found a wonderful red blend that he absolutely loved. The food was not just filling, but it was an experience as well. I texted my husband that we are going to have our first wedding anniversary dinner here. To top it all off they gave me a wonderful card that congratulated me on finishing my ninth year teaching. I was so touched. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a warm welcoming and amazing meal! Thank you to our server Kim for such pleasant conversation and amazing service!

Wow! This is a hidden gem in our neighborhood! The service is outstanding! The decor is so unique and the ambiance is trendy, warm, and feels exclusive. Crystal our server was impeccable! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care of us. The food was outstanding! From he very unique bread service, all the way to dessert. The halibut fish and chips were the best ones I've ever had! The twice baked mashed potato purée, the Brussels sprouts, and the Easter gnocchi were all so delicious! The cocktails are fun, unique, and specially delicious!

Loved loved loved it! We regularly shop at the Smiths in this shopping center, so we've had our eye on this restaurant for a while. We decided to give it a try for Valentine's Day, and it did not disappoint. When you step in, you immediately notice the beautiful ocean theme. It's not a very large restaurant, so I think reservations are probably necessary for the weekends. Our server was very knowledgeable and very kind. The bread that comes to the table is a showstopper! It's also very delicious. They have a lot of fancy drinks, but I went with a lemonade which they presented very nicely. For dinner, I ordered the black angus filet mignon with the bernaise sauce. The steak was amazing! I love a good crust on a steak, and this was done beautifully! The sauce was also lovely, but I definitely want to try the 141 classic bold sauce next time. We also ordered macaroni and cheese to share, and it was pretty good. I think the noodle shape isn't great for the consistency of the sauce, but the taste was great. I am absolutely looking forward to coming back and trying different sauces and different entrees!

We made a reservation here for our anniversary dinner. For some reason I thought this was strictly a steakhouse, but it was more like a trendy bar and lounge with a small dining area. Regardless, we were pretty impressed with Prime 141! The taste and the quality of our Entrees and sides were outstanding. Bread and Crudite: Nice presentation with the smoked butter. The bread looked hard to eat and first. But after pulling it apart and spreading the butter on, you will want more for sure! Broiled Lobster Mac: generous pieces of lobster and the mac was cooked perfectly. Twice Baked Puree: simple but unique. Creamy but could have added more pieces of bacon. I did love the presentation of the potato chips around the plate. However, why do they use the thinnest chips ever?? The half that was dipped in the puree was soggy and melting away. Maybe some thicker ruffle chips would be a better idea and a tad bit more on the side to use for dipping would be nice. Miso Glazed Black Cod: this was full of flavor and tasted amazing until the last bite! It is really hard to find good miso cod since moving away from Hawaii. Prime Black Angus Ribeye Steak: my husband ordered this one and said it was melt-in-your-mouth good. It was one of the best steaks he had had and better than the Ribeye at the Four Sixes, wow! Unfortunately, the dessert wasn't the greatest. We wanted to try the Tiramisu, but they didn't have any that night. So we went with the Chocolat Pot De Creme. Again, nice presentation, but it was too rich and super sweet. Luckily we ordered some Vanilla Ice Cream with it, but I would definitely pass on this unless you love extremely sweet desserts. Armando was our server and he was very nice and polite. The staff failed to ask if we wanted any refills on our drinks. The service was good enough, but not exactly top tier. For the mandatory 22% service charge they add to the bill, I expected more. There is a lot of construction and lane closures in the area, so allow yourself the extra time to get there. This place is a little far from our area, so I'm not sure we will return again. But overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed our anniversary dinner here!

Really nice ambiance. Very intimate setting Roala was our bartender and was nothing sort of spectacular. The HH food was so tasty as well. The sushi was flavorful and fresh, the sliders were juicy and cooked perfectly. Place is beautiful inside great spot in the neighborhood tucked in the corner

They are comparable to any on-the-Strip steakhouse in Vegas! The decor is stunning and definitely makes you feel like you are in a luxurious hotel restaurant and not in a strip mall. It was esthetically pleasing to see the upscale silverware and platings presentations. Best crab cakes I've had with very little filler and huge chunks of crab. Wagyu slices and steak were elegantly presented and tasty. Cocktail was impressive and the dessert was fun as a butter stick shape. Telling all my friends to definitely go check out this gem!

Classic puréed potatoes, grilled asparagus with white wine butter, Manhattan strip, and 3 sauces

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Prime 141 tonight. We have heard great things about this restaurant and wanted to give it a try. The ambiance was classy and clean. Our server, Kim was also very pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. We sat in the lounge and there was a complimentary snack platter as well as a delicious truffle mushroom homemade bread accompanied by a vegetable crudite with a green goddess dressing. We ordered the crab cake appetizer which was full of lump crab and wonderfully tasty. My husband ordered the Manhattan strip and I ordered the 5 spice chicken. We also ordered the grilled asparagus and classic potato puree. Lastly, our server surprised us with a complimentary dark chocolate mousse, which was rich and decadent. The only reason I am not giving this restaurant 5 stars is due to the length of time it took for us to get our cocktails as well as our entrees. Also, there was a 22% gratuity that was included in the bill which caught us a bit off guard. Overall though the food and our server were outstanding and we would definitely return.

    Check please!

My wife and I visited Prime 141 for happy hour on Friday, 1/24. Kristina, our server, did a fantastic job of ensuring our experience lived up to our expectations! We ordered the hamachi ($22), charcuterie ($30), and steak sliders ($6/each). The fish was sashimi grade deliciousness. The charcuterie board looked a little small in the pictures we saw but definitely wasn't in real life! Plenty of cheese and meat options with toastini bread, pickles, hot honey, fig jam, deli mustard, olives and more! The steak sliders were also delicious with homemade buns to boot! Being a big iced tea guy, while I enjoy bottled Tejava brand, ($7), I would have loved fresh brewed, with free refills. The decor was under the sea and we will return for a future dinner!

What time is your full Dinner menu avilable?

Hello Keith, This is Ariel with Prime 141. I truly apologize for the delay in response. Our full dinner menu is typically available starting at 5 PM. However, because our guests are so important to us, we’re happy to serve the full menu at any time…

    When is happy hour?

3pm-5:30pm at the bar and in the lounge

    Is there a corkage fee?

Hello Christine. This is Ariel from Prime 141. There is a $45 corkage fee per bottle (750mL or less) and a limit of 2 bottles. Our wine list can also be found on our website…

Is there a dress code? If so what is not permitted?

It's smart casual. Probably wouldn't wear snapbacks or anything that is too casual. Definitely a more dressy restaurant.

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

Fire orange like the colors of the Phoenix, then a switch to neon blue hues of color all above me!…read moreHow appealing and seductive the lights are! Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!

Both were delicious the only hit I might give is I thought the short rib could have used just a touch of salt but when paired with the Kimchi Fried Rice it balanced nicely. We were too full for dessert so didn't give those whirl this time. Big shout out to Calyn our server who was friendly, pleasant and attentive. Will definitely be coming back

Also, a wonderful drink menu filled with lots of mixed drinks with exotic flavors. Not the regular/boring expected dishes here. Everything seems to be cooked fresh and made to order. The trout is very eye catching. No bones. Amazing! Very easy to eat for a whole fish. A+! My only dislike was the rough rap with vulgar lyrics being played when enjoying such creative and levelled-up cuisine with friends and familly. Luckily, we had no younger members dining. (Songs had vulgarities spoken, sexual aspects and lot of "N" words) Later in the evening, the restaurant transforms into more of a bar setting. This after dinner time seems more appropriate for this type of rap music to chill and relax.

The Black Sheep - Fried white trout in almost an au jus sauce. Very savory, but maybe a tad too salty.

After taking the time to ask us questions regarding our palettes and flavor preferences, he hooked us up with the Papa Smurf in a pineapple bowl. It was the perfect combination of sweet blueberries with just that hint of icy mint. The food... To put it simply, it was fantastic! The portions you get for the price was well worth it. And the flavors! Light and fresh. The lamb and steak were cooked to perfection. I will absolutely recommend to anyone who will listen and you can bet we'll be back!

Its location is great, but the restaurant is situated on the end so it's easy to miss. I've passed by there numerous times myself. We were greeted and seated quickly, granted we were the only customers so service was great...LOL! We ordered two bowls. One with chicken and the other with falafels. The chicken was well seasoned and the falafels were so good and crispy. All the sauces are amazing especially the garlic sauce and hummus. The bowl portions are very generous and the price is right! The pita bread is a must...so soft and warm! Our server, Summer, was pleasant and attentive. I'm looking forward to taking my husband next time.
