We couldn't have been more satisfied. When we picked her car up we had an indication on the dash that the Steering air bag sensor was not functioning and we needed to go to the dealer. We brought the car to Lexus and paid almost $2000 for the replacement air bag. Inquiring what happened the technician said it was 'shorted out' which I said was impossible because we don't drink/eat in the car. The technician ran the vehicle's computer and it showed that it was shorted out while being detailed and said that this is common accident - can happen to anyone while cleaning your car - they see this a lot. I called Chris, the owner, and explained what had happened. He said to send him the computer print out for the car and my repair receipt which I did. He immediately reimbursed me for the entire repair- no questions asked. This incident was totally an accident- not carelessness on anyone's part. It just happened- the world is not a perfect place -stuff happens. I want the reader to know that this is a professional shop, do great work at a reasonable price and are stand up people.
