After a very frustrating phone call to my insurance, who told me they couldn't replace my windshield for another 3 days, I decided to give this company a call. They had such wonderful reviews, I figured I'd give them a shot. I called to get an out of pocket quote and their price was significantly lower than the other places were offering! The woman was very helpful, and I explained my problem of not being able to see out of my windshield at all. She said she didn't have any appointments for that same day, but she would move some things around just to get me in. Incredible customer service. They were even early to come replace it. Ana replied quickly, gave me several affordable options (if you're paying out of pocket), and is a preferred vendor for my insurance company whom she contacted with me on the phone to make it a seemless transaction. Had the installer (Jesus) at my house less than 24 hours after my first message with Ana. Jesus was about as friendly, professional and quick as anyone could ask for, as was Ana. WOW WOW WOW! SUPER impressed with this entire process. Rewind to a year or so ago, we have a Jeep Wrangler and had a crack in the windshield and soon another one came along. I got quotes in PA where we lived at the time and I was quoted well over $500 for the Jeep Windshield with the Jeep logo and full installation. I held off because it seemed pricey. Fast forward to now and living in AZ with this heat and sun I decided to look into it again. Put feelers out on Yelp and got some quotes. Prime Auto Glass had the QUICKEST response and also the LOWEST quote. $300 all in as opposed to the $500 plus I was quoted in PA. DONE DEAL! I messaged back and forth with Anastasia on Yelp then called to schedule. There were openings right away and the BEST part is they come to you!!!! A few days out there was a change in my schedule and I had to push back my appointment later in the day. It was a non-issue. I called Anastasia and she moved it with no problem. You are given a time frame. 8-12 pm or 12-4. The day of the install Jesus called me about 20 minutes before he arrived. When he got here the whole process took about 20-25 minutes which he did explain. At the end I paid and was given a copy of the receipt and he gave me the care instructions. There is also a LIFETIME warranty on my new windshield. All in all it was a great experience and I HOPE that I do not need to replace my windshield often, BUT if I do, Prime Auto Glass will be the ones to do it! THANK YOU! read more

The only reason I took one star off was when they removed the old windshield, they did not attempt to preserve my stickers so now I don't know when my oil change is due and had to go down to the community college to get a new sticker for my windshield!!!
