I am confident that I have found my go-to auto body shop! I came in to fix the left side of my front-end bumper due to it being loose. Veronia was very profesional, was pleasant to speak with, and reassured me of the fix and the very fair cost for it. I did not catch the gentleman's name who conductas the fix but he did such a marvelous job and went beyond in not only adjusting the right side of my bumper as well but also giving my car great clean and polish as a finishing touch. Veronica anf the gentleman also gave me a demonstration on the fix to reassure me before making my way out. Really appreciate his service! I like to start out by saying that El Senor Moreno is a man of his word. It's taken me a few years to rate his shop because I wanted to see how my car paint would hold up after a year or so. I took my 2009 Acura TSX to Moreno's body shop about 5 years ago, a few months when by and started to notice that the bumper clear coat was coming off. I called El Senor Moreno and he told me to bring it in, but months when by and I did not have time to take it because of a family emergency. A few more months passed by and I started to notice that the paint on the hood and the right fender was cracking and a rust substance was coming out. I called them up again and told me bring the car and I'll take care of it. He explained to me that the bumper clear coat was coming off due to the clear material being defective. About the paint cracking on the hood and right fender, he explained to me that my car was in a previous accident and a previous shop had put bondo and corrosion started growing under. It made sense to me since my car has a Salvage title, regardless like a true responsible business owner he took responsibility for it all. I left my car in his shop and about a week later he had my car fully painted again, he replaced the hood with a used one that was in better shape. Again the man is a class act, he did not charge me a single dime nor he tried asking for money. No one is perfect, the shop made a mistake and they took care of it. It's been a year and half since he last painted my car and the paint looks great. Thank you again Senor Moreno por ser hombre de palabra. read more
