I have been doing to this location for the past year and have been not been pleased with the quality to say the least. Cancelled membership due to ongoing damage.

I went through the car wash on February 22nd 2025 and the car wash actually damaged my car (see attached picture). It ripped my license plate screw out of my car. I filled out a report and 2 weeks later I was told that I had hvac tape on my car and it was a pre existing damage. The tape is trunk lip tape which comes standard on Kia and Hyundai. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And I tried to set up a meeting to discuss this and I was snubbed hard by Jeff Young the general manager.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was told to turn it into my insurance and that if I wanted a copy of the video I could turn it into my insurance and they could use a broker ID.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So as someone who works 3 different jobs I just wanted to get my car washed but instead it got damaged. Do the right thing and stay away from Prime and Jeff Young!

Just wanted a wash. After I noticed I still have bug residue on the front of my SUV. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called and was told I should tell them to spray on it before. What? You could see it![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Console after $64 "cleaning"

This place is always a disappointment, even when I've spent $650+ for a full detail. Unfortunately, it's the only local business who will also "clean" the interior of your car without paying for a full detail, so beggars can't be choosers. That being said, I paid $64 yesterday for an elite wash and an "upgraded" interior cleaning. The dash was their usual sloppy wipe-down, but I was most annoyed that no one vacuumed out the trunk. At all.

This is a nice alternative to the other major car wash chain here in Indy. They offer an automated car wash with or without interior cleaning , as well as full car detailing. I got the car wash with interior clean. Some people think that option is a full detail at a cheaper price, but it is not. It is a basic interior clean. It took them about 15 to 20 minutes to have my car ready. They have an awesome waiting area with tables and chairs, lounge chairs, bar seating, water, restrooms, coffee and a television. There is also a small patio area with tables and chairs located out front of the waiting area. They offer single washes and memberships options. If you live near one of these car washes, the monthly option looks like a good deal. I got the car wash with interior clean for about $40. The place is very clean and the staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. They ask you if your car is up to your standards when they turn it back over to you. That is your time to speak or forever hold your peace. I had a few spots inside, but it was not a full detail and it was much, much better than it was. This place has gotten a bad rap. My experience was nothing but positive. I recommend checking this place out.

Got an interior car detailing for Xmas! WHAT A GREAT GIFT THIS WAS!!! Made an appointment for it on a Friday. From the options I believe I was given the option where literally everything on the inside was cleaned-- dash, consoles, steering wheel, signals, carpets shampoo'd, seats shampoo'd. Outside car wash was also included. I am constantly on the go between mine and my BFs schedule. My car 100% tells that narrative. While I try to vacuum leaves out when I can, my car hasn't been this clean since I drove it off the lot in 2013. The crew at this place did an AWESOME JOB! They all were friendly and knowledgeable. I had to drop it off about an hour early, to accommodate plans for the day and getting picked up, which they had no problems with. They said they would probably get to it before my actual appointment time. It took about an hour and a half for them to do everything that was included. They put down plastic covers for the seats, as they were still damp, along with the plastic covers for the floor boards. Only pro tip I would suggest is to go in spring/summer when it's warmer. I think the seats would have a faster way to dry if I was able to roll down windows while I drive or when it was sitting outside my place to air out a little. The first few days after the windows were so fogged up and things were still damp, since the weather lately has been cold and has been really wet and rainy. Other than that no issues whatsoever! And if you have to wait on your car, instead of getting picked up, they have a waiting room. It has plenty of seating, TVs, coffee station, drinks and snacks for purchase, tables/ bar tops to do work on, and I am assuming* free WiFi.

I grew up in this neighborhood so I have seen this place BOOMING with cars lined all the way down 16th St. It won't be like that any longer I can almost guarantee. I paid for both interior and exterior cleaning. I had moved a pair of boots on to the floor thinking they could just lift them and vacuum but NOPE they put them in the backseat thus leaving dried mud and debris on the seat. The cup holders and console were hardly touched and the vents were still covered in dust. I took a look around and wasn't happy so I asked one of the workers if he could bring another towel over. When he saw what they had left behind he said "I would tell the manager, he was just getting on them about being lazy... I can't say anything because he'll chew my head off because he says I try to do too much". I thought that was odd but as I was standing in the lobby, I had seen a grumpy little man with a pony tail talking to people like they were dogs, frazzled because they had just locked a customer's keys in their car. low an behold this was the "manager". When he came over I explained what I was unhappy with and he immediately started making excuses. Saying they weren't a detail shop, they do "light dusting" and he personally cleaned the cup holders and it was just "caked on dirt" - it was loose crumbs. They didn't even bother to sweep besides the seats. He didn't bother to look inside. I disagreed and told him I paid $34 for an INSIDE and OUTSIDE clean. He was combative and rude the whole time and decided that instead of just doing a better job, he had time to stand there and get into a screaming match with me in front of everyone there including my 14 year old brother who was in the car. I explained I didn't buy the basic package so I though that would mean a more detailed service (there's no description on the menu other that what they do to the outside) he claimed that "just because you spend more money that doesn't mean you get better service." Which LOL - anyways, during the altercation at one point he walked away and said something under his breath, ti which I asked him what he said - he came back for round two! Again yelling about how detail jobs are $250 and they're not a detail shop, I had unrealistic expectations. At one point he said "you are ignorant" to which I called him out again. His excuse was I was talking over him, and he tried to back peddle. I never called him out of his name, but I told him he's bad for business and he treats his employees and customers like trash. He needs to do better. After walking away a second time he called me a "f**kin dumba**" under his breath. Save your money and go to crew or somewhere else. This is a half finished service with a side of excuses as to why it's acceptable. Don't complain unless you want to get in a screaming match with a temperamental dude with a fragile ego who will eventually ruin his own business because he doesn't know how to run a respectable one. In the amount of time he spent arguing his piss poor performance he could have rectified what I was unhappy with. Instead he decided his time was better spent screaming at a woman with a child in her car.

I was originally told by a staff member that the company would take care of the damages. He took my information down and said that someone from corporate would call me. I went up to the carwash 3-4 more times to find out when someone would call me and I was given an excuse every time. A month later, I received a phone call on a Saturday afternoon stating they were a manager and that the technician said they would not be paying for the damages because there is a sign up stating they don't pay for any damages done to the vehicle. When asked for the corporate number, I was told there isn't one. When I asked for the owners name, I was told they are very private. The a guy in the background stated I could go through my insurance. He then got on the phone and stated he was a manager and that they wouldn't be paying for damages. He then threw out that my car was SIX years old, and that it's been through snow and rain. He also stated he has an old car. When I told that my car isn't old, he then asked if I just got it off the car lot. I told him 2 years ago, I did. I then asked what he meant by that because my car isn't old or tore up and that it's irrelevant to what I'm calling for. He then moved on to tell me to look on Crew's reviews because I told him to look at the reviews with the damages done to the cars because of Royal's Car Wash. He said that stuff happens all the time, and that he has a million dollar machine. I told him damages never occurred at Crew and that he's giving me BS answers regarding my claim. He states I can go through my insurance and when I asked for the owner's info, he says he can't give it out and he says I can use his name, which he gives me. At this point, I was very frustrated as a customer and I got quiet. He says he has work to do and can't stay on the phone. Then hangs up on me. If you choose to go here, good luck!

Buyer Beware: My Experience with Royal Splash Carwash. I am…read moreextremely disappointed with how Royal Splash handled damage to my vehicle. During a recent visit, the car wash ripped a large portion of the front bumper away from my van. Instead of taking responsibility or even investigating the situation fairly, I was immediately told that the damage must have already existed before entering the wash. As a customer, I expected accountability and a willingness to work toward a resolution. Instead, I was left with a damaged vehicle and no assistance. After looking into the company further, I discovered they currently have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, and many of the complaints appear to involve vehicle damage and denied claims. Seeing that pattern made my experience even more frustrating. I understand accidents can happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. Unfortunately, my experience was that customer concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I encourage anyone considering this car wash to research reviews, BBB complaints, and customer experiences before trusting them with their vehicle.
