I had never been to this car wash although I had friends who have. It was recommended to me. I pull up and there is nobody around. Finally the girl come out, she asks what I want and recommends a scent. When I go through the car wash, there is nobody to guide the car in (as with most washes), Finally someone comes out looking like I disturbed her sleep and lazily guides my car. Then get out of the car wash and I have no idea where to go! There are no signs and cars are piling up behind one another. Finally some kid comes over and directs me to a bay. After sitting for a min, a woman comes up and gestures me out of the car. I assume the waiting room is for me. What happens next I dont know because nobody tells me. My car is moderately clean for the 22 dollar charge. 44 dollars in total, and I'm not completely sure ill be back if this is the service. read more

Definitely an expensive mistake. I had a $50 off complete detail coupon in email & was able to get booked that day for detailing and wash in late August. The online directions said someone would contact me to confirm. Nobody did. Yes, I have a short haired dog and there was primarily dog hair in the front of the vehicle, not in the backseat of the Patriot as the seat is always folded down flat and the dog doesn't go in the back. When I called to confirm...because nobody called me, I knew dog hair would be extra but I was quoted $50-$70 extra by a kid. When I brought my vehicle in the manager circled the car numerous times like I had brought him a car filled with human excrement and pet puke. Well, I had not! I don't think I even had a piece of trash in my car. The manager? asked me how often I was planning to have the dog in the car again. What does this have to do with Prime detailing the car? I replied all the time. I do have a cover on the front seat and vacuum and clean myself, but I don't have the professional tools, expertise or time and I was willing to pay for a deep clean. My original quote with the coupon was just under $350 and I expected to pay just over $400 due to the pet hair. Well I paid $500 because I was charged much more for the pet hair removal, and unfortunately there was little attention to detail. I didn't take pics because I already knew I would never go back and I was leaving on a road trip. There were numerous spots inside and outside the vehicle where it had simply missed getting cleaned, where there was dirt or filth or spotting from the wash on the outside. I am not even that picky. They did get like 95% of the dog hair removed and they shampooed the carpets etc. He probably had 6 kids working on the vehicle when I walked away, but it was like nobody checked the final result to make sure everything actually looked good and was cleaned. Last time I paid a college kid just starting out on mobile detailing about $100 cash and they spent about 6 hours on the car at my house and did a much better job. I was willing to pay a professional service this time, but if I am gonna pay $500 I should have gone to a small independent shop, but very few responded with a quote. I just couldn't get a good recommendation from anyone local enough that I could leave the car for a day without spending an arm and a leg on transportation back and forth. The young ladies at the cashier's desk were friendly and nice. And yup, I waited and waited and when the place was about 30 minutes until closing, I called to see if my vehicle was ready. Yes it was. Nobody had contacted me as promised. I maybe could have tolerated all the fumbles and the less than stellar job if the service had been better or the manager had a less derogatory attitude when quoting me on the dog hair removal. I went through the car wash on February 22nd 2025 and the car wash actually damaged my car (see attached picture). It ripped my license plate screw out of my car. I filled out a report and 2 weeks later I was told that I had hvac tape on my car and it was a pre existing damage. The tape is trunk lip tape which comes standard on Kia and Hyundai. And I tried to set up a meeting to discuss this and I was snubbed hard by Jeff Young the general manager. I was told to turn it into my insurance and that if I wanted a copy of the video I could turn it into my insurance and they could use a broker ID. So as someone who works 3 different jobs I just wanted to get my car washed but instead it got damaged. Do the right thing and stay away from Prime and Jeff Young! read more

This is a nice alternative to the other major car wash chain here in Indy. They offer an automated car wash with or without interior cleaning , as well as full car detailing. I got the car wash with interior clean. Some people think that option is a full detail at a cheaper price, but it is not. It is a basic interior clean. It took them about 15 to 20 minutes to have my car ready. They have an awesome waiting area with tables and chairs, lounge chairs, bar seating, water, restrooms, coffee and a television. There is also a small patio area with tables and chairs located out front of the waiting area. They offer single washes and memberships options. If you live near one of these car washes, the monthly option looks like a good deal. I got the car wash with interior clean for about $40. The place is very clean and the staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. They ask you if your car is up to your standards when they turn it back over to you. That is your time to speak or forever hold your peace. I had a few spots inside, but it was not a full detail and it was much, much better than it was. This place has gotten a bad rap. There were about 5 workers cleaning cars but more like looking busy. The inside was about a quarter wiped down. Nothing on the dash was wiped down. If you look below I left a review under the name Nate W. Since then I have gone through a process of trying to get a claim paid by Prime car wash's insurance company. They denied my claim stating that there was damage to the vehicle prior to entering the car wash. However, Prime car Wash sent me pictures from their camera system showing my vehicle prior to entering the car wash with no damage. I brought this to their attention during the claim process and told them that I have enough to file a lawsuit based upon their pictures and my pictures showing no damage to my vehicle prior to entering the car wash, and damage to my vehicle immediately after exiting the car wash. As part of the claims process I had to get an estimate of the Damage done to my vehicle by an auto body shop. The damage to my vehicle was $2,700. I have attached a picture of the estimate from The body shop. I have been looking at the reviews since my car was damaged and I saw that other cars were damaged, some of them worse than mine, and a Prime car Wash refused to pay claims on those vehicles as well. Please do not go to Prime car Wash as they will damage your vehicle and not pay for it. In an attempt to make them think twice about not paying claims when they damage people's vehicle I have chosen to look at starting a class action lawsuit against the car wash. I wouldn't recommend this place Paid 59.00 for the complete inside and out They didn't clean the interior as I expected it was half ass. Complain to a manager and she apologize and try to start cleaning the interior her self. There was dirt all over the interior bottom both sides. And what they did do to the interior was splotches of wax or whatever they used all over the interior that they didn't really wipe off So we will not use this place again. Jeff Young and the entire team at Prime Car Wash off of County Line Road are simply outstanding. I realized sometime after a recent car wash that the floor mats were missing from my car. It's just not something I ever thought to look for following a wash. I have a newer car so I am very picky about who I trust to take care of washing it. When I found Prime Car Wash I knew I had found a jewel, but nothing prepared me for the exceptional care Jeff took of me during the missing floor mat scenario that played out. I called to inquire as I assumed they just forgot to put them back in my car following the interior cleaning. He assured me when I called they would take care of me one way or the other. Jeff got back to me after researching my transaction and even went to security camera footage to see if he could figure out where my floor mats went. After thoroughly researching my case, he graciously called me back to apologize and inform me that my floor mats were put back into another car accidentally. As a result, he would see to it that they replaced my mats with the exact same ones that came with my car. I received personal communication from Jeff throughout the ordeal up to and including notifying me that just one week later, my new floor mats had arrived and would be ready whoever I had time to swing by. Fortunately my schedule allowed for me to be able to head down to their location that same day (today). I was greeted by an informed staff member that knew exactly who I was and let me know he would be taking care of me by delivering my replacement mats, getting me a complimentary interior and exterior wash as well as a gift card for the trouble for a future visit. This experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My sincerest gratitude to Jeff and the team at Prime Car Wash. you have made me a life customer and believer. Got an interior car detailing for Xmas! WHAT A GREAT GIFT THIS WAS!!! Made an appointment for it on a Friday. From the options I believe I was given the option where literally everything on the inside was cleaned-- dash, consoles, steering wheel, signals, carpets shampoo'd, seats shampoo'd. Outside car wash was also included. I am constantly on the go between mine and my BFs schedule. My car 100% tells that narrative. While I try to vacuum leaves out when I can, my car hasn't been this clean since I drove it off the lot in 2013. The crew at this place did an AWESOME JOB! They all were friendly and knowledgeable. I had to drop it off about an hour early, to accommodate plans for the day and getting picked up, which they had no problems with. They said they would probably get to it before my actual appointment time. It took about an hour and a half for them to do everything that was included. They put down plastic covers for the seats, as they were still damp, along with the plastic covers for the floor boards. Only pro tip I would suggest is to go in spring/summer when it's warmer. I think the seats would have a faster way to dry if I was able to roll down windows while I drive or when it was sitting outside my place to air out a little. The first few days after the windows were so fogged up and things were still damp, since the weather lately has been cold and has been really wet and rainy. Other than that no issues whatsoever! And if you have to wait on your car, instead of getting picked up, they have a waiting room. It has plenty of seating, TVs, coffee station, drinks and snacks for purchase, tables/ bar tops to do work on, and I am assuming* free WiFi. read more

My appointment was 8am I arrived around 750am. They didn't get done until 140 pm. (Big SUV). I show up and immediately notice the windows were not clean. I went in to get my key and ask if someone could come and take a look at it. Someone came out and said yes I see the windows are not clean I can have someone clean them. She said how did the inside look I said I haven't seen the inside yet. I told her It's fine I just want to be gone. I then went around to the front and the bird crap and water marks on the front made me call for a supervisor. He came out and I asked him if I had a so called $250. Detail why is it bird crap on the front. He said he would clean it. I said the windows are horrible. The rims was still dirty and I had just got a full inside and out wash 2days before. Almost 7 hours and it looks like this in the shade. He said he clean what needed to be cleaned by running it back in the tunnel. I told him I have my kids with me and my wife had just left and we need to get back home to meet her. I told him at this point it's no fixing. I will just write a bad review. I am absolutely not the guy who goes out of my way to write a review at all especially if it's not a great review. When it comes to being even slightly detailed-oriented, it is simply not their strong suit because the interior of the car was literally barely touched (they did not even open the empty trunk at all)for that 30ish dollars I paid. These seemingly teenagers were very friendly but I'll tell ya, they are just about getting to the next car as fast as possible. Stay away from these scammers!! Not only do they provide the worst car wash ever, this business will rip you off. They offer a deal of a month's worth of unlimited washes at the same price for a single wash, and say all you have to do is cancel before the month is over. Come to find out, the fine print of the contract (which they don't give you a copy of) says you have to cancel 7 days prior to the end of the month. Even though you cancel days early, they still charge you for an extra month AFTER YOU CANCEL. These guys wouldn't let me go through the car was because I was too muddy. This is literally road spray from a county road in Brown County. It isn't a size issue, I just used them on Monday. They literally asked me to go wash my car somewhere else and then bring it back to wash it there. So I decided to pay for a 360 interior cleaning for the first time and ended up wishing I'd saved the money. There were several areas I was unhappy about. Like the driver side interior windshield was still dirty, cup holder still had crumbs, both back door handle openings not cleaned, and the cargo area wasn't touched. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. We have been long time advocates of Prime car wash over other local car washes. We have always been impressed with our car washes, have the monthly membership, etc. Our most recent detail experience on our NEW CAR was unacceptable. The overall detail was a good detail. However, one of our middle captains chairs (that can be moved forward and back by levers) was broken during the detail. We noticed once our vehicle was back home and we were attempting to reinstall our daughter's car seat that the seat would not go back to its original spot and was stuck mere inches behind the drivers seat. Obviously a very unsafe position for a 5 year old to sit in. We immediately called Prime and explained the situation to their "manager" on duty. He asked us to come in to take a look at it/fill out an incident intake form. He messed with the seat and confirmed that it was broken and submitted the form. Once the form was reviewed by who I assume to be Jeff the general manager, it was communicated to us via email almost a week later that "after reviewing the facts from your visit, we have found nothing out of the ordinary can be seen while the associates were cleaning your vehicle." Keep in mind, this detail service occurred on the third day of owning the vehicle. Less than satisfied with that response, we called Jeff to speak to him directly to express our frustration and to get a clearer path forward than a simple dismissive email. Jeff immediately went to the defense claiming that none of his techs would intentionally damage a vehicle (which we never claimed) and that there was no way to prove we hadn't caused the damage prior to the detail service ourselves. There was no attempt whatsoever to make this right. Not taking accountability is one thing, but roundaboutly calling my husband a liar on the phone and refusing to reason with us was simply unacceptable. We expressed multiple times to him that we don't believe anything malicious or purposeful was done to damage our car, but that accidents do happen. Our vehicle was damaged on their time. Jeff is the sole reason we will never be back to this Prime location and Prime will never see another dime from us. read more

Very, very, very difficult to get ahold of corporate. I purchased a subscription, then later canceled it. However, I continued to get billed for a service I was not using! I called and and was told my subscription had not been canceled as I thought, but they would cancel it right then. ( I was later told they could not cancel over the phone, then told that managers could cancel over the phone.) When I requested a refund for the service I thought was already canceled, the manager refused because I canceled it on the day it was billed - which is a normal response to seeing a charge on the bank that you thought was previously canceled because you figured employees would do what they said! I asked to speak to corporate, but was told they don't have a phone number!!!! I have emailed as I was instructed many times, but no response yet. read more

Went here for the Groupon and was impressed with the experience. I don't usually do automated car washes but there aren't too many options in the winter. You use an automated kiosk to start out, and of course the Groupon wouldn't scan so I had to call for help. There's absolutely no indication that pressing "Help" actually flags a human to assist you, so about 2-3 minutes after me wondering if I was just stuck there someone finally came along. I'm glad I didn't have anyone waiting behind me - having an attendant nearby to actually assist would likely have gotten an extra star. The wash itself was okay - we got the 180 wash that was covered by the Groupon, nothing extra. You drive into the automated wash - someone is nearby to at least get you that far. The guy working wasn't exactly helpful, he just pointed a few different directions and then pointed at a sign indicating to put the car in neutral and enjoy the ride. From there it's your standard automated wash - hose down, add soap, and then automatic dryers to start the drying process. Then you go out to a team of people who hand dry the car. What was a little odd was that the woman in charge asked if we did a 180 or 360 (which made me wonder if they'd just take my word for it if I told them I paid more? It's not like I had a receipt either way.) They finished drying the car and we were free to go. Overall it only took a few minutes, and I liked the personal touch. We'll likely be coming back again and give the 360 wash a try. From the look of the place, the indoor waiting area looks comfy and you can schedule the service so they're expecting you, which is a nice option. All in all a good experience! read more

County line and Emerson is a TERRIBLE area but it's the most convenient full service wash for me. I liked prime enough to get a monthly membership, the $69.99/mo unlimited "Elite" wash. Oh yeah. Total full service wash, inside and out. I have kids, a disgusting Great Dane, and then there's my husband. My truck needs the innards and outs cleaned all. the. time. I don't even know what was happening the whole time I was waiting for my truck while it was being cleaned. It was like they were back there mock cleaning the interior. I have a 3 row SUV and I always try to make the wash as easy to clean as possible. I always remove all trash and anything in the way. I pretty much clean my vehicle before taking it to be cleaned. The carpets were barely vacuumed. The rubber mats appeared to be rinsed and thrown back in without being wiped at all, not one seat out of the 7 was wiped or even vacuumed. I have a really bad toddler and he always puts his feet on the seat in front of him. I have a huge, disgusting Great Dane. I don't expect to have every hair vacuumed up. I know pet hair is very difficult to remove. It's obvious when nothing is vacuumed, though. And the windows were untouched, except the windshield. All the fingerprints, dried dog drool and wet nose spots were still there. Fingerprints on the rear view mirror, on the navigation screen, nothing was wiped. Maybe souvenirs? Honestly, I can go on all day about what was not cleaned in my vehicle. Then, to add insult to injury, I didn't even get the air freshener!! When I arrived at my next destination, I took "after" pics to send to my husband to make sure I wasn't being dramatic. My husbands opinion, I wasn't being dramatic. I called prime to speak to a manager and get assistance with cancelling my membership- the site was not working to cancel membership online. No one answered so I left a voicemail. Couple more days, nothing. Emailed, sent pics, emailed corporate. No response. Oh, could never get my membership cancelled either. My bank had to take over. This is probably more like three and a half Stars. I have been here a couple of times and I think it depends on who you get on the end to dry off the car on how good of a job you get. This time I got the whole deal where they clean the interior as well. It is a good job for $39 so you're not going to get a detailing as if you spent a hundred. The car wash itself does a good job cleaning the car. What I found when they did the interior is they didn't really get in the crevices and also the hair that gets stuck in the carpet they didn't really get that up either.
