Great car wash and they offer details too. They are tucked off to the side but they do a good job. It's nice because at this car wash you can get the interior and exterior done afterwards. I also like that they wipe down the outside to get all of the water drips. A lot of the exterior car washes don't do that so that gives it an extra touch. They even will get any extra bugs off that they missed on the wash. The price is fair too for all that they do. read more

I am honestly taken aback at how great everyone was here. It's Veterans Day 2024 and Prime offered a free Elite Wash and Interior Cleaning to all veterans. From the check-in guy to the folks in the lobby, the people who really took their time on my vehicle and the people that said goodbye and thanks for your service. They really took their time with it too, going out of their way on a particularly dirty area in my SUV where the tarp slipped while hauling some mulch. We paid $200 for a truck that was supposed to be hand-washed, yet it was still dirty when we left! Crystal, the salesperson, was unprofessional and charged us an extra $100 for "wheel bling," which we didn't ask for. On top of that, they didn't even clean the entire tire! When I questioned her about the charge, she said the worker didn't read the receipt. That's unacceptable--it's their job to get it right, not mine. For the amount of money we spent, we expected quality service, but instead, we got a dirty truck and a bad attitude. Very disappointed in the car wash. I paid for the elite exterior wash and added the interior cleaning. There are still a bunch of bugs on my grill and spots on my windows. I came home and finished cleaning the dashboard since it was only about half done and cleaned up the radio area. I also recleaned the inside of the windshield since there was still a smudge on it. My partner has gone to the Westfield location and his car has come out clean. Neither of us will go back to the Noblesville location. read more

She didn't notice until months later she had been and was being charged $69/month!! She hasn't used it once since that day and is out of state half the year so never would have agreed to that!! I have a yearly membership that is getting cancelled after it's up. Been coming to this place for years and man has it gone downhill. They used to have a member only lane. It was nice because we could skip the lane of first timers deciding what kind of wash they wanted. That happened today. 5 mins waiting behind one car. I finally just pulled in and told the girl to scan my member barcode after the fact. Absolutely ridiculous. That is NOT how you treat loyal members. Secondly I'm not even sure why they even ask you anymore "would you like us to focus on anything?" Because when I tell them their ears turn off. My truck has retractable running boards so the wash doesn't clean them. So I simply ask them everytime to wipe them down for me. I've had this truck since Dec 2023 and they have yet to do it. And when I ask them a second time after my truck is "ready" I'm met with piss poor attitudes half the time. I hope the owner/managers read this. Clean this place up!!! Despite being long-time members, we were the recipients of terrible customer service at this location. We had to wait to be seen, despite the fact there were multiple workers staffing the place and no line. Once we were inside and waiting for the car to get detailed, things worsened. I stood up by the Starbucks machine to wait to get a cup for my coffee. However, the employee there ignored me, and even left to go do something else. Returning, he curtly asked if I was a member; I responded we were, and rather than any welcome or offer of coffee, he merely gave me our call ticket and left again. However, we did get a clean windshield--they were able to get all the sticker gunk off of the new car windshield. Thanks to the detailing folks, who at least did their part. Outside of that, this was some of the worst customer service we have had at any car wash location, let alone in all our time as Prime members. Lazy, indifferent, rude customer service--do yourself a favor and find another Prime location. To the manager/owner--I see a prevailing trend with some of these reviews! This is one of the car wash places that is very close to where I live and I have been here several times. They have a 2 lane entrance and can accommodate a decent number of cars. They offer various services like car wash, interior cleaning , detailing, etc and offer monthly memberships like other car wash places. All the times I have been there, I can only remember one time when there was a longer wait time. Weekday are better than weekends. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the various services they offer The wait area inside is clean and they also have outdoor sitting area. While they clean the car interiors for you. DO NOT GO HERE! The wash was sub par. Barely and soap was used and I didn't get the new car deodorizer that I requested but got musty men's armpits! I know the car wasn't sprayed at all and it seemed the guy who did the interior left his own stink instead of the new car smell. I know because I smelled him when I got out of the car. Stopped by for a quick wash. Got the basic external wash for $12. Pretty good price for a wash that includes undercarriage wash and tire shine. Not sure if it's usual service or cause we were there a little before closing but when we pulled up for the tire shine the guys there also did a quick dry of the exterior. Appreciated the service. Took brand new truck to get washed and detailed. Paid for the priciest wash on their menu. Incredibly disappointed. Floor mats were soaking wet and still dirty. Water spots all over truck and stuff on windshield. When asked for windshield to be redone the employee barely wiped and said well it won't come off needs special treatment. I was able to wipe off with my finger. At that point I decided wasn't worth standing there and arguing. The car wash was full of teenagers who appeared to need a babysitter watching them. When paying almost $60 for a car wash I expect better results especially considering my truck wasn't that dirty to start with. I would not recommend anyone go here. read more

Do not go there for a detail! Horrible service! We dropped our work truck off at 2:15 and they said it would be ready by 4pm. When we made the appt we told them it was a large truck and very dirty. Paid 70 dollars for a elite plus car wash, got it and floors we dirty leather seats where not wiped off and dirty, they missed bugs on the front, why is that that the entire Indianapolis area doesn't have one car wash that knows what they are doing at all? I live in Wisconsin and they make sure you car is completely clean, they check it before they give it back to you and if someone missed something the go back and fix it before they give you the car back and hope either you don't see it or won't say anything.... Pointless! Now I know why I haven't been in 2 years. My gf and I both got our cars "detailed" but the kids they have working there are more concerned with gossiping than cleaning. Then they call your name over the intercom (which needs fixed) and you approach your vehicle like there's NO WAY! Obvious dirt and bugs on the exterior and the inside is just as filthy. Horrible!!! First of all Prime Car Wash does NOT check for bugs on the front of the car . Prime Car Wash only will spray down one side of car before entering the car wash! Also, when I informed them I wanted to go through because by car was not fully washed. The attended had a ton of excuses has to why my car was not washed properly to include there's no guarantees that all the bugs will be off your car. Then, a manager come out and he was very professional and stated that it was a company issue as to why they only wash one side of the car. He also stated that the bugs should be removed during a car wash. Again, very nice and professional. Drying of the vehicle was OK! Water Everywhere....The bottom line is that Prime Car Wash does not have employees that take their jobs seriously and they don't take pride in their work! I'm a little disappointed in my service today. I came in for a Prime 360 wash (they clean both the inside and the outside) and I added a service to clean my dash, doors and console to make the color pop in them. They were pretty busy but I was told it wouldn't take very long. The greeting staff member was very courteous, peppy and nice. However the cashier was the opposite. She got upset because I asked for change and was just not very pleasant. 40 minutes later, I got my car back. From the first look things looked good, the doors dash and console looked great, but I came to realize there was dust still left in a great deal of my car. I understand they're busy, but for $50 a month or $30 per wash, this shouldn't be the case. Those prices should equate to superior clean and that's not what I got today unfortunately. read more

I'm a 360 member and I feel like the best way to describe this place is "abusive relationship". I keep going back but they never treat me right. Every time they announce that my car is ready I walk out and it looks great outside but the inside is always bad. Today, they didn't wipe the dash (like literally did not wipe it) or the steering column or the inside door handle section. There is also dirt all over my console. They do a decent job of vacuuming but even that is about 80%. If there was a competing place nearby I would cancel my membership but since there's not, I'm basically stuck paying for crappy car washes. At least the staff is nice. Those poor boys at the exit. They always seem so embarrassed when I point out everything that was missed and always offer to get their manager. I did let them get him once but it's pretty pointless useless you have an extra 10-15 minutes for them to redo your car. Wish they did it right the first time. read more

When I landed two Prime 360 certificates for about $15 at a silent auction ($48 face value), I thought what the hell. My instincts were that this might not be the greatest idea since I had read of some issues from other reviews. The average Yelp rating (unfortunately) was about right on the money. The car wash was fine. In fact, the kid running the hose did a far better job blasting out the wheel wells than they do at Crew. But the "detailing" really was poor. Granted I'm only on a Prime 360 here but how do you miss all the way around the floormats AND a stripe on the dash about 9" wide? Really poor attention to detail and additional training/oversight is required. This was certainly a one star experience, but the only thing bringing this up to two stars was the exceptionally friendly staff and the fact that I spent only $7.50 apiece. But...the work quality left so much to be desired and there was no way this would be worth a full $24. People's money is worth more than this. First and last time the Challenger will be here...sorry Prime. One strike and you are out. read more

I hate the hand drying process. After I roll through the wash and go to the hand drying station it's always a 50/50 chance someone either leaves a handprint on the car somewhere or worse they touch the car with something metal. For example today I went through and the guy hand drying the car had a ton of keys on his waist. He proceeded to repeatedly push his waist with the keys against my cars paint while drying the top of the car. It's only a matter of time until this leaves a nice scratch on my paint. It's either keys or jacket zippers that normally do this. I'm only leaving this review because this has happened so many times now. The wash does normally clean my car which is why this isn't a one star review, but I'm leaving it at a 2 because of the hand drying process. I bought some tire shine and towels so I will now dry it myself, but it's just inconvenient since I pay monthly for them to do that. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by Prime. I had a Groupon for a 180 wash (which is exterior only), and upgraded to the 360 (which adds wiping the dashboard, vacuuming, and cleaning the windows, among other things) for an additional $10. My car was done really quickly, and my car looked just about as nice as when I had a $100+ detailing done on it this summer. My car was filthy - the dashboard hadn't been dusted in ages, the windows were smeared with tiny kid handprints, there were Cheerios and crushed Goldfish all over the carpeting in the back seat. In just a few minutes, it looked awesome again. Two super picky small things: I noticed during the car wash portion that all the soap didn't come off my side view mirrors during the rinse, and they left my front passenger seat as far forward as it could go after vacuuming in the back. Those are tiny minor details and not anything that would keep me from going back. read more
