You are just a number there and the care is not there. Dr. Leibert couldn't figure out that Maxwell had pneumonia even though he had the blood work, X-rays, and every symptom that SHOWED he had it. Yet, hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent for Muddy Creek to be perplexed on what was wrong with him and be told there is nothing more they could do you'll have to make an appt with internal medicine. I know this because we got a second opinion and the vet knew right away after looking at Muddy Creeks records, blood work and xrays and symptoms that he had pneumonia. Unfortunately, likely due to the poor care at Muddy Creek Maxwell passed away May 4th. I write to you all not to be vindictive but to provide insight and my experience with Muddy Creek and to prevent another family and animal from going through what my family.

When I picked up the dogs, they were not groomed as agreed and the explanation was that it was too much work. What really stood out was her communication. She kept me updated throughout the appointment and even sent me a picture, which gave me so much reassurance knowing he was safe and in good hands.
