Excellent service from start to finish. I found these guys through SMUD for an EV charger installation, specifically the Tesla Level 2. Prime was able to communicate with me almost entirely through text (which I appreciated as I work a lot), and was responsive even after hours. The work looks very professional and functions well. Eugene added recessed lighting throughout our home. We were having our newly bought outdated-home renovated before moving in. Eugene was very knowledgeable and gave us great insights and tips of what we should do, such how many recessed lightings, how many dimmers, etc. He also recommended to update all of our light switch plates and removed any old existing wiring that were not needed anymore. I reached out to 3 different companies for our first rental and Eugene was the quickest to respond, the most knowledgeable, and is extremely patient when it comes to educating me about how he will be rewiring the house and upgrading the panels.
