I do a simple exterior/interior wash, or sometimes just the exterior. I usually come on weekdays. Today I went and got an exterior wash. The head person there was someone I hadn't seen. I said I just want an exterior wash, no problem. After they washed the car, I watched them dry it for about 2 minutes before he said it was done. I was surprised, but hey, maybe they move quick. Upon walking up to the car, there was still water on many parts of the car. The lower half, the bumpers, water coming from door sills and windows. When I asked if they can dry it more, the head person kept telling me "exterior wash, exterior wash" as if I was asking for them to do something outside of an exterior wash. He seemed annoyed that I pointed out areas that weren't wiped down. He wiped them down for me, but the attitude and improper treatment of a paying customer was not okay. I gave 3 stars because the other times I've been here, with the other person running it, they've done a good job. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning. Unless you're in a jam, I'd try someplace else before coming here.

We really appreciated that they priced our hatchback like a sedan and not an SUV! We also asked for the essential wash ($85) but left it up to them to upgrade to a mini detail or something in between if they felt it was needed since the exteriors of our cars looked pretty dusty. We mostly communicated with Brandon the day of, and we found him to be very friendly and honest! He actually ended up feeling we didn't need to upgrade the essential wash, and he was right--the cars looked amazing already due to the great job he did.
