How does this company not have 5 stars? I am beyond impressed with this company and I can assure you that I am a very picky person. I was looking for a group gift to give my boss for Bosses Day. After conducting research, I was immediately captivated by Earth Car Wash. My first contact was with Dan. I worked with him on the phone and via email. I ended up purchasing an auto detail gift certificate. Dan was excellent! He is outgoing, attentive, passionate, and accommodating. He took it upon himself to personalize the gift certificate for my boss, who loved it by the way. I oversee 2 work vehicles. After such a fantastic and rewarding experience with Dan and the gift certificate purchase, I decided to inquire about having my work vehicles detailed. Since COVID my work vehicles have hardly been driven so they were terribly filthy. It was time to get them up and running but I was tired of bribing coworkers with lunch to take one of the vehicles to the car wash with me, so a mobile service sounded like a much better option. I worked with Dan again and his warm office staff to schedule 2 Bellissimo auto details and a Happy car wash for my personal one. The customer service was once again was outstanding. On the scheduled date of services, I received a text message stating that the agent Alfonso was on his way and his approximate time of arrival. There was also a link attached so I could track Alfonso's location until arrival. Alfonso called when he arrived, and I met him outside with the keys for the vehicles. My first impression of Alfonso is that he was friendly, kind, and has a professional demeanor. The work he performed was outstanding. All 3 of my vehicles came out beautiful. Their interior and exteriors are spotless and shining like they never shined before. One of the vehicles I had detailed is 18 years old. It has smelled like smoke for many years. It's been impossible to get rid of the smell even with details from another company and car washes. After Alfonso's detail, it now smells like a brand-new vehicle, not smoke thank goodness! I learned that not only my first impression of Alfonso was correct but also that he's hard-working, detail-oriented, and a perfectionist. It's evident that Earth Car Wash encourages its employees to provide the most outstanding customer service. They are entirely reliable and worthy, and I strongly suggest this company for all your automobile washing needs. So happy I found this company!! The first time we were able to schedule to have them show up, no one showed up. I texted them 15 minutes after someone was supposed to be there to get an update. They texted me that the person was running late (obviously), and still no update or anyone showing up after 30 minutes of waiting. I was able to reschedule and this time someone showed up, but 15 minutes late. The whole process took over 2 hours, so I gave the guy a tip. The next day our vehicle smelled like mildew so I reached out to see if we were supposed to do any after care or something which we weren't told. They responded with "This never happens, let me look into it." It's now been 5 days and they won't respond to any messages. Since there was no response from them, we've had to go ahead and clean the car again ourselves, and sit with our car with all of the windows down, hatch open, and moon roof open multiple times a day. Five days later the smell is finally starting to go away. I do not recommend this company at all. read more

Don't trust these guys. They are extremely unreliable and will take your money. I don't know what happened with this company, they used to be great but seriously declined over the last 8 months or so. At least the last three washes have been rescheduled multiple times each and this last one was flat our cancelled after they changed the time, then the day, and then the tech just flat out no showed. The previous car wash was rescheduled so many times that they contracted a 3rd party and didn't even tell me that's what they were doing. That third party used water which I was a bit annoyed about because I specifically used this company because they use zero water in their car washes. Anyways, it's been a week since the tech no showed and even though they told me they would refund me I haven't seen my $46 come back and that's with me constantly txting them and getting no response. Such a bummer as I believe in their product but what can I say they no showed and took my money without providing their service. I would give them zero stars if possible, you just shouldn't take people's money 4 month update: ECW has been taken under new management. The new owner Dan reached out to me personally to take care of my refund and asked to win my business back. He promised that I would be "thoroughly satisfied". Well nothing has changed. I scheduled an appointment for 11:25am on a Thursday. No one shows, so I waited about an hour and finally called to see what was going on. Spoke with Dan and he said even though I had made an appointment no one was dispatched. He said he'd try to have someone come out in the afternoon and would call me back to let me know. He never called. I called the next morning and spoke to Dan again. He told me he understood if I wanted a refund or he can try to get someone out that afternoon. I said I'd really like to get my car washed and give them another chance and that I'd appreciate if he's actually call me back this time and he assured me he would. Well big surprise, he never did. It sucks because I love their product being zero water and eco friendly, I believe in the product but I 1000% do not believe in this company as they have zero competence in running their business. They take your payment when you schedule which is frustrating to pay for something you haven't gotten, so when they screw up you have to battle them for your money back. They also go to your office or friends house or another location. So now I can continue my day without wasting time at a car wash joint!! Very well priced and on top of that they are waterless! My bf and I, both had our cars detailed inside and out with biodegradable products, the exterior body got a signature treatment w/ Clay Bar, Hand-applied Carnauba wax, tires trimmed and without a drop of water! So get your car washed and help the environment at the same time! Definitely will make another appointment and hope you do the same! Terrible experience. They had to complete a simple task, which was cleaning my Mercedes with my own product, a sponge, water and a towel to try it. They had to do it at 8am sharp before I leave to work at 8:45am. After I arranged on the phone the visit, for what they charged me the same amount than if they were using their own products, alleging that because my car is a top luxury model, they would pay an extra level of attention during the cleaning. They were 30min late and they did 10% of the job and charged 100% of the price. You guys just lost a fleet of company cars of a growing business with more than 200 employees. read more

Alfonso did an amazing job with my car! The inside was so dirty and smelled bad- the seats were stained despite my efforts to clean them. Alfonso worked on my car until it was literally perfect. Enrique pretty much saves this review as he did such a great job on my car. I found out about them through Groupon so purchased one for a smooth wash clay wax package. I scheduled an appointment two weeks prior to September 26th at 9am. At 8:10am, i receive a text message from Elena, reading: "Hi Dawn, this is Elena / Earth Car Wash.due to an Emergency with one of my technicians i am force to reschedule /postpone /delay some appointments today.Can we delay till 12pm today? Apologies. Elena" Now I am not an unreasonable person and responded saying that this is fine to reschedule (having already made plans around the car wash, I too, had to push back a few things in my day). At 12:07pm, still no technician in sight. I responded back to Elena saying that I was expecting someone at 12pm. She respond back saying their ETA was going to be 24 mins. At this point now I am a little irritated and asked why he is so late as I had to rearrange my whole day around this. She mentioned they're one technician down, so the ones they did have, had more appointments to tend to then normal. My problem is not the fact that they were so late and I understand that things come up. But considering the number of bodies they have for the day, they should know how to better handle and manage customer expectations. If someone tells me they will be there at 12pm, then they should be there. And if they will be late, at least give me a couple of hours notice rather than me having to chase up and find out. Otherwise thank god they have people like Enrique. He was super polite professional and never hurried through the two hour job allowed us to inspect it to make sure it was to our liking. read more

Horrible! I made an online appointment around noon for same day service. The company's online calendar provided that same day service is doable and I was excited to finally get my car washed and waxed. I didn't receive a confirmation email, nor any type of validation of my appointment. Did I mention that NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! I emailed. Called. Left message. Although on Yelp and Google it states that the company is open today, clearly that's NOT the case. I will check my account on Monday to make sure payment was not withdrawn. Very upset and unhappy with this company and the way they do business. If they can't make it on time or they need to reschedule, they should call/text/email -- all contact info was provided during registration. UPDATE-- BEWARE! They actually charged my car $155 but never responded to my online appointment. No call back or email. They just decided NOT to show up and charge my card for full service. I called again just now. And I emailed them. Will update if they return my money or if I will report them for fraud to appropriate government agencies. read more

A huge disappointment and inconvenience. They canceled my first appointment 30 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be here. My car was a wreck so I agreed to reschedule for the following day and they gave me a time slot that spanned 30 mins (ie arrival between 1215pm and 1245pm). I said ok and it's now 1252pm. My first experience was terrible, the shot story was that technician they sent was unprofessional, didn't have working equipment, complained the whole time and did a terrible job. I paid $195 for the BELLISSIMO- full detail and he did a crappy basic car wash, missing the windows, the door jams, wheels and didn't wax the car. With this experience I would never hire this company again. Earth Car Wash sent out a 2nd technician today named Enrique to re-do the job. He was wonderful. He was on time, friendly, professional, had working equipment and did a wonderful job. This experience was totally unlike the first and was exactly what I expected the first time. My car is already taken care of under a monthly account, but I desperately needed a car wash for my boyfriend. And, guess what? I decided on getting my interior detailed because, I am returning a leased vehicle soon. The appt. set up was very easy and efficient. On the day of my Sunday appt., they called to ask if they could come early, which I happily obliged. The two gentleman that showed, were very nice and got to work right away. The whole process took about an hour, and when I did a quick one over (my mistake), I noticed they did remove the 2 stains out of my carpet that were in the back seat floor. So I was able to pay via credit card, and a receipt was sent to me via email. So overall ease of the entire transaction was definitely 5 stars. My issues appeared the next day when I pulled out the mats, and noticed they still have dirt streaks on them, in addition to the ceiling having dirt and fingerprints by the doors. I'm not sure if the ceiling would be considered part of the estimate (but for the price it certainly should have, at least just spot cleaning), but I was really surprised that the mats were still dirty. For the amount I paid, I was expecting a little more of professional job. I'm not sure I would ever use them again for this type of detailing, because I hired "pros" so that I didn't incur any damage costs for my lease. read more

Highly disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of follow through. I booked an appointment for two cars to be detailed. The day of the appointment I received a text saying they were unable to make it. That would have been ok if they had not flaked on the rescheduled appointment. After asking me what time we could reschedule for, I did not hear from them. I reached out the next day asking if they had luck finding a technician to clean our cars. They said they put both vehicles on the schedule for the next day. I asked what time and again...no response. The next day came when they said they had scheduled us for service. Again, no update. For the third time, I initiated contact and told them since we had not heard from them again, we would use another service. The response I received was, "we are going through a complete staff and management overhall which has strangled our scheduling and fulfillment process." Since they are not ready to conduct business, I recommend using another service. I scheduled with another company called Eco Mobile Detailing who said they would come out the next day in only a 1/2 day's notice. I will write a review after our experience~ read more

My building uses these guys for mobile wash and detail. They forgot to wipe down the interior, left glass cleaner in the car, water spots on all the chrome. Didn't empty any of the little bits of trash and forgot to vavuume. Oh but they did charge my credit card 30%. read more

I am not someone who gets their car detailed due to being a starving student. So when these guys come out, it was a big deal for me. On a scale of 1 to 10, the service was a 4. I was so unimpressed that I told the guy who worked ( use that term loosely) on my car that there were visible stains that were left unattended. I am not a nit picker. These were obvious coffee spill on the seat type stains. Zack said that this is what I got for the price I paid and he would have to charge extra for that. Very frustrated, I called the manager Adrian. Arian was very attentive. He apologized and offered to come take a look at was done. within an hour or so, Adrian was looking at the car and telling me that Zack ( could be another name) had done a pitiful job and he would be sent back out to finish. This didn't offer me much comfort since he doesn't understand what his job is. Adrian and I made an appointment for Monday at noon. At ten minutes after he was supposed to show up, Zack calls and says he will be late, probably another 30 min. Can you believe this guy! I called aDrian and we rescheduled for 7:00a the next day. My wife turned my ringer off so I didn't hear my alarm and I missed Adrian's call to let me know they were at my house. I didn't get up until almost 9:00a. Being that this was my fault, I said that they didn't need to show up again, I would take care of it. I ended up detailing my car myself. I knew I should have just demanded my money back after the first encounter! Couldn't be more unprofessional. Please do not use this service for your own sake. read more

My appointment was rescheduled by Earth Car Wash twice based on availability of cleaners, even after they had confirmed my rescheduled appointment for the following day (after apologizing for the delay). Rather than call ahead to inform me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled, I had to call 15 minutes before the time window expired, only to find out that my car would not be cleaned that day as promised. They didn't even give me a finalized time for my actual appointment until 9pm the night before and ignored my messages indicating that i would not be available at the time window they provided, forcing me to reschedule my other plans. Even when they did arrive, the interior cleaning left plenty to be desired, with entire sections of the car missed. I won't be using them again. read more
