Tried Prime Meats a few days ago with a Denver steak and it was levels above anything I have ever gotten from any market including higher end markets like Bristol Farms and such. Came back for a tomahawk, lamb rack, burgers and sausages and just looking at the meat I know it's going to be absolutely delicious as long as I cook it right lol! But most importantly, everyone there is so amazingly kind and helpful! Made the whole experience that much more better and even though they're a 30min drive I have found my meat shop! 100% worth it and the prices are spot on for what you're getting. The meat is exceptionally incredible, I wanted the grade A5 cut, The gentleman helped me realize I had to cook it with a skillet and I didn't have a skillet so I didn't waste my money and that was nice. Love this new spot! Great quality, the Korean marinade is unbelievable. The Ranchera marinade also is mind blowing. And they will marinate any cut of meat you like. The short rib is great with both styles. Make sure to call early and have your meat marinated for a while is my suggestion. They also have waygu, prime, and great sausages.
