On Tuesday morning anround 9 :15 am, Anthony (Pool Technician) texted me on saying he would arrive in a few minutes. I always appreciate the communications and prompt arrival. Anthony quickly troubleshot the issue with his diagnosis of a faulty pool pump and a faulty circuit breaker. Anthony explained that the new electrical code required a GFCI breaker needed to be replaced. Within the next two days, Anthony replaced the faulty circuit breaker and installed a new multispeed high efficiency pool pump within a few hour. The new pool pump is so quiet and easy to program. Anthony programmed the filter cycles for me and explained all of the function. Thank you Evan and Anthony for your quick and rapid response as you are my "Go to Pool Repair Service".

1 Star - Completely Unresponsive…read more I was assigned Luke's Pool Service through my homeowner's warranty for a leaking pool pump, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. After the claim was assigned, Luke never attempted to contact me to schedule service. I left multiple messages, and even my warranty company tried reaching him with no response. Three days later I finally managed to speak with him briefly (about three minutes) to explain the issue. He asked me to send photos, which I did that same evening. He told me he might stop by the next day, but after that conversation he completely disappeared. No follow-up, no scheduling, and no response to further messages. It has now been over a week with zero communication. If you're running a service business, basic communication and reliability should be the minimum. Ignoring both the customer and the warranty company is unacceptable. I'm honestly surprised my homeowner's warranty company uses this contractor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Luke's Pool Service.

The plaster had to be removed from the entire pool. The leak in the skimmer had to be repaired. They had to place new rebar and gunite in the crack as well as rebuilding the steps. They replaced the plumbing as well. The owner checked on our pool during the process. His son, Jose, who is cordial and professional and super knowledgeable of all aspects of pool repair, responded immediately to texts and emails. There were several crews to work on the different phases of the project. They were all polite and wanted the best outcome for their part in the process.
