Oh NO.......roof leaks. Of course, this would happen when we had lots of rain. Living in Arizona doesn't happen regularly. When doing any work on the house two of the most important things I look for and expect is customer service and that I have a clear expectation of the work and timing. So, the hunt was on. I started out by asking two of my neighbors who they went through as I did not want to use the ones they had. One of my neighbors had shingles on their roof for a week and the other for almost a month. Once I found out the information I knew to stay away from those companies. After doing my research and having three companies come out. We ended up going with Prime Roofing. Came out and wrote up all the work/request that was needed. Gave us a quote that day. Then sent someone out to drop samples of the shingles so we could visually see which ones we would like. After deciding it was picked up the same day. All of which we didn't need to be home as it was left outside both times. The work was started on the day they said it would start. The roofers arrived on time, shingles were delivered the same day that the work started, the roof was completed in two days. Someone came out to inspect before final payment. I am thrilled with the work and professionalism of this company. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, customer service and professionalism!!!! Prime Roofing delivered some very good work in giving us a new roof . Their price was more reasonable than others and they took care to leave our main roof as well as the patio roof in good shape, making sure to replace some of the wood that was not in the best of shape. Since they were doing the whole roof, we asked them to install two solar tubes. Our house is not as dark now! The care with which they worked on the solar tubes was excellent. They explained how they go about that, since it involves cutting holes in both the roof and the ceiling inside. I was able to watch their work and see how careful they were inside the house. They cleaned everything inside and out very carefully. No fragments of old roofing were left behind. We are very pleased with their work. The office and scheduling were ok, but the actual roofers were very good: polite and efficient. read more

On the advice of our realtor, we used Prime Roofing to completely re-roof our newly-purchased home in 2021, since the escrow inspection revealed the underlayment was worn out (and had leaked previously). Prime Roofing gave a competitive quote, showed up and finished on time, did an excellent job, and were great to deal with. They even installed an attic fan I had purchased at no additional charge. When a bird wire got broken by a branch, they came out and fixed it under warranty. During the damaging Tempe microburst last October, water was blown up through our garage attic vents and caused significant damage to the ceiling. Prime Roofing repositioned the vents to reduce the probability that a repeat extreme rainstorm could get through the vents, and they completely repaired the ceiling damage under warranty - despite the fact that it was the existing vent design that allowed the problem, not their roofing job. Used Prime Roofing nearly 10 years ago for a replacement. At the time they were so quick to come by and show me Roofing selection. Project was completed timely and never had an issue. Fast forward ten years, I am selling my house. After an inspection it was revealed that there was some wear/tear and some nail flashing was exposed. This is nothing major but my buyer is very fussy. Contacted Prime, showed them the photos from the inspection. They came by and fixed the minor exposed flashing. Dealing with this company has been absolutely HORRIBLE !!!!! We had a storm which caused a leak and soaked through to inside walls, needed drywall repair. They deal with Amed drywall, who only answers to emails ....... emails, no phone number at all ! It has been a week since the roof repair no call or email from drywall guy. When you call prime roofing office it sounds like kids answering the phone ! No professionalism at all! They have no clue what's going on. read more

We had a roof leak so we contacted Prime Roofing for an estimate to repair or new roof. Stacy Benson came out and gave me two estimates, one for the repair and one for the new roof. He said both the shingle and flat roof are still good for another 5 years. He showed a picture where the leak is from and what they can do to fix it. I decided to fix the leak for now. They schedule the repair in about two weeks out. The roofer came out on time at the scheduled day and completed the repair in 2 hours. After the first rain a week later, we didn't notice any more leak. I would recommend Prime Roofing if you have a leak and need an estimate. They have great communication and they show up on time. I received a new roof before I moved into my home from Prime Roofing back in 2018. About a month ago, I noticed my laundry room wall was bulging out. I contacted my handy man immediately because I thought I had a pipe leak. He had an instrument that detects moisture on surfaces and sure enough the alarm went off on this instrument. He cut a hole out and there was no pipe. But the dry wall fell apart and the insulation was damp. So then he cut another section on the wall next to it. Sure enough there was my water heater pipe but the wall and insulation were bone dry. He told me he thought it was a roofing issue. The next morning I contacted Prime Roofing and they immediately sent out two of their workers the next day. I have a 10 year warranty on the roof for leaks and workmanship. The service men checked the entire roof and attic and found the vent pipe from the washing machine to the attic wasn't completely sealed. They repaired the pipe and all was good.i was letting the moisture dry out in the wall but I still had the entire wall in the laundry room now to repair. I decided to contact Prime Roofing again to see if they would compensate me for the repairs because the leak was due to the vent pipe not being sealed. Stacy responded within 7 hours saying YES. The check arrived a few days later and I'm in the process of new dry wall being installed, new texture of the wall and then painting the wall. As a fellow contractor I know what leaving a mess is all about and how it leaves a disappointed customer. My yard was used as a trash can with cigarette butts, thousands of staples, nails, roofing debris. At 4pm on the second day in, the installer told me he had an hours worth of work left, yet that he'd do it the next day and that he wasn't coming until 2pm because he had to go to court. I would give zero if I could. For your safety and sanity do not use this company. We got a flat roof installed in 2014 and have experienced 4 leaks since then, damaging my floor and ceilings. At one point water was coming through my can lighting. They promise to repair, do some shoddy patchwork and then it leaks as soon as it rains. I have a bucket in my room (again) and my ceiling looks terrible, possible insurance claim. I've asked the owner to come look twice and has yet to come see the roof. read more

When my garage roof had one spot leak, Prime Roofing quoted replacing roof materials. I trusted and asked them to do it. But during the first raining in March 2020, garage roof had a leak in the same spot. I called them for rework, they told me my warranty passed. When I ask her to talk to Stacy to see if he could do rework and then she told me that she had already asked him in the morning. But when I called Stacy and his message told me he is out of town. I confused and have to rethink of Prime roof service quality including the answer. I share this lesson and hope that Prime Roofing takes quality as a mutual benefit. read more
