    Happy Anniversary to us!
    Tia M.

We really enjoyed our Anniversary dinner tonight at Prime. Made a reservation online, started with a drink at the bar and (as always) the bar staff was friendly and entertaining. Once we were seated for dinner, our server Brian took over. He was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely funny. Dinner was delicious! Worst part was that I forgot my doggy box. We have consistently had a great dining experience at Prime! We will be back.

My happy father-in-law. He told Kelli he'd take that loaded potato faster than the filet it was THAT AMAZING!!!

Unbelievable. Just incredible! Kelli ROCKED out our experience! My father in law is super selective and he didn't say a word through dinner. ;) Kelli paced us so nicely and was so professional and friendly. He was so polished and very comforting to my in-laws. He was a gem. We'll be visiting again in February and we'll be back again. The six oz filet was divine. Broccoli on the side. Another of Brussel sprouts for the table. Stuffed mushrooms were DIVINE. Our dinners came with salad made at the table. So much food! Huge thanks to Kelli - THANK YOU SO MUCH for a wonderful experience. We appreciated you!

The salad was served family style. Crystal filled every plate upon serving them from the large bowl she mixed up while at our table.

I'd give this establishment 5 stars had their parking lot lights were on. It's very dark. The reason they deserve 5 stars is the fact the Ambiance, Service & food was Amazing! The establishment has a very strong Black & Red decor. Very nice. From the walls having those color tones to the metal top tables with wood platters on top. All is signs of fine dining. The carpet has snags in it and could be replaced. But, you're not looking down while dining. The food was amazing! Specialty menus created by a Chef. Our waitress Crystal, was spot on! She presented the menu in a very professional manner. She added humor to her service and was very attentive as well. We tipped her very well as she took care of my wife, daughter, son in-law & myself. She made it a point to thank us for the tip as we were already in the parking lot about to enter our vehicle. She's awesome! Ask for her. We'll be back.

Food was astounding - best steak I've literally ever had In my life and service was great - my only complaint was the patio seating wasn't available bc They didn't have a server For it on beautiful Friday night on a holiday weekend and inside seating was A little hot and stuffy Nd usually prefer outdoor dining anyway- but again the food was perfection. And service was great also! Will def return!! Highly recommend!

It was 2:30 on a Sunday and chef said ok to the wago NY strip. Less than an inch thick but was still charged full price. I will order a burger next time since I have gift cards to use up.

Great friendly service by Brittany made our experience. I appreciated the atmosphere and nice touches of the wooden platter, the knife board displaying steak knives and salad mixing presentation. The popovers and Caesar salad all The lamb chops were very tasty and plentiful, augratin potatoes and a side of Asparagus, with Béarnaise sauce. A perfect Cabernet juggernaut for me and a red sangria for mom with the salmon complemented our meals. Thanks GM Brenda for the nice welcome and remembering my mom. Nice dining experience all round.

Prime Serious Steak 6-11-25 Wow I can sum up this place in one word amazing, amazing, amazing. Well, that's 3 Words but it describes our experience we had there. We arrived on a Wednesday at 4pm when they opened to celebrate my wife's birthday. There were a couple people waiting outside to get in. Once inside the place was neat and very clean. I loved the Wine wall and the Butcher Shop. Our waitress Felicia was on the ball with taking our drink orders and answering any question we had about the menu. She came back fast delivered our drinks and took our food order. I ordered the Blackened 12oz Prime Rib med well; Fully Loaded Baked Potato and the Salad comes with all entrees. My wife ordered the Surf & Turf, (6oz Filet & 6oz Maine Lobster Tail) Baked Sweet Potato with brown Sugar and Cinnamon Butter and a side of Asparagus, the Salad came with it. They asked how she wanted her Lobster cooked she asked them to Grill the Lobster and the Filet cooked medium. For an appetizer I ordered the Lobster Bisque for the both of us. Our Bisque got delivered first to us. This Bisque was the best I have had in this area. Next time I am not sharing it as I will order one for my wife and one for myself it's just that good. Shortly afterwards Felicia delivered Popovers which is Puffy Bread to our table. I believe they had a cutting board on the table just for this bread. She also brough a cart to mix our Salad to our liking right at our table, what a nice touch. The Bread & Salad were fresh and very good. Our main food ordered came out at a reasonable time and looked amazing. My Prime Rib was done perfect, and the Loaded Baked Potato was just that. My wife's Surf & Turf looked very good. Her Filet was done perfect, and the Grilled Lobster was gilled perfect and very tasty. Her Asparagus was not over cooked it was great. All our food as hot and so good. Felica kept checking on us and made sure our drinks were filled. My wife ordered a Pina Colada even that was good. The Manager even stopped by to make sure everything was ok. Felica brought out a Happy Birthday plate which had a little Cake and whipped Cream on it for my wife. I tell you even that was good. Very seldom a place hit on all cylinders, but this place pulled it off, they hit it out of the park. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars for just a fantastic experience. WE WILL BE BACK! Follow Me On FB For More Reviews & Fun. Gulf Coast Terry

    Nice wine selection.

It had been awhile since we'd been to Prime, and I get it, like everyone else they're trying to save money, but part of the atmosphere was their table side salad preparation and presentation. I guess those days are gone, cause the server just carried out a bowl and put it on our plates, which was a smaller portion as well. The guys liked their prime rib and us ladies enjoyed our fish. The popovers didn't seem fresh and we didn't get bread plates to put them on so we were managing them on top of our salads. Overall, it just wasn't what it used to be. Maybe they will improve when it's off season, we hope.

We had a fabulous meal here this evening, our sons 40th BD! We had excellent service and the food was amazing, as always at any Prime!! The BD boy got the Tomahawk, a steak he will never forget!!! Fun fun night for the 5 of us!

1st time visit here with a regular and it was quite enjoyable. Ordered a medium well ribeye (extra seasoning) with a side of asparagus and it was all delish. Had also ordered a sangria but I didn't like that. Service was lovely. All in all, highly recommended!

Can anyone tell me if they have "prime beef"??? I don't see it listed anywhere in menu. I see "aged certified angus etc". Not the same as prime!!!?

I do not think it is Prime, based on the steak I ate there and their website says they use Chairman's reserve beef. Chairman's Reserve website says Premium not Prime.....…

There is a couples menu where you can share an appetizer and dessert and choose two different entrées for $55. However, that shared menu is a little bit limited for what we wanted. We decided to order the jazzy mussels as an appetizer and two pieces of their rendition of bang bang shrimp. The shrimp is per piece and they are fairly large; We decided to just have one each and it was probably the best thing on the menu. I could eat ten of those. It was very lightly breaded and the sauce was what you would expect; like a sweet and sour Asian sauce. The mussels, I was skeptical of, because I wasn't certain I would like the broth. However, they were actually really good. I don't typically prefer a southern style sauce, but it was done very well. It had pieces of Andouille sausage and lots of corn. Although it was tasty, the mussels were overcooked as you could see they were so shrunken in their shells and super salty. For dinner, I ordered the beef Wellington and it came out cut in half, face up, with gravy all over it. That's not my preferred presentation as I don't think the gravy was necessary. The steak was a nice piece and cooked to my liking. The puff pastry was crisp and there was plenty of mushroom paste inside. The gravy really turned me off though. I added salt and wished for no gravy. The green beans, which was my side vegetable, would be commonly overlooked at many restaurants. But I found that the green beans were crisp and delicious and well seasoned. The baked potato was standard fare; it was baked with a side of butter and sour cream, and it was really good. I love a good baked potato. It was not one of those huge baked potatoes that you find at some steakhouses where you can only eat half and take the rest home. It was a regular sized baked potato. We had a couple cocktails, the special whiskey sour, the Diana Krall, the Caribbean espresso, martini and some sort of lavender vodka Collins style cocktail, I can't remember the name. All of the cocktails were really good. The wine list looked like decent prices and some well-known bottles were very well priced. We opted against dessert as we were super full. Ambience was spot on with the jazz band playing in the background; we were still able to converse and did not have to yell. The restaurant was quite full as the night went on. This is a well liked place. Parking was easy, there's a lot out front with plenty of spaces. Bathrooms were simple yet clean. As I mentioned, we were well taken care of by our server. The cocktails were great. The food was good. I would recommend this place for the ambiance/music/cocktails and the shrimp appetizer. I'm sure there is something better on the menu that I could try next time- like a fish dish. My friend had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and was satisfied. 3.5/5 stars overall.

So a few things to know: this restaurant Stretto, has become the only sit down restaurant in the Sun Seeker "Resort". When Sunseeker opened before the take over by Hilton, there was Maury's steakhouse and 2 other restaurants. We ate at Maury's , it was pricey but food selection and quality was up to Par with a fine dining restaurant. So since Hilton bought the hotel, the other restaurants are gone and Stretto is the Only restaurant on the premises unless you want to eat in the food court. My experience at Stretto was negative to say the least. I booked the at Sunseeker for Father's Day weekend. Made reservations at Stretto expecting a great time. We got there and right away I knew this was not Maury's . Wait staff lack the experience and professionalism of a fine dining venue. Our waitress Melody waited a long time after we had ordered drinks and appetizers to casually announce they were out of sea bass and scallops. Mind you they have a very limited menu and entrees run from $48 pork chops, $76 short ribs $209 steak. Based on the mixed reviews of the restaurant the sea bass and scallops were the safest options. So now I had no choice but to find another expensive option on their limited pricey menu. I would have left except we would get charge $25 a person for last minute cancellation and I didn't want to spoil my husband's special dinner. I ordered the $56 Pan seared bronzino which was fried not seared. It was a blend piece of finish on the plate. Everything is à la carte. Sides are $13-18. My husband had a 4" petit filet at $58 that was over seasoned and average. A wedge salad with a chewy piece of bacon that the knife couldn't cut and could not be swallowed. Cold truffle fries . Everything was salty . All in all, very disappointing and upsetting experience. Poor food quality, service at a high price point. After we were done and we got the check, it took the waitress at least 15-20 minutes to process payment while my husband was exhausted and anxious to leave. If you're staying at Sunseeker, don't waste your money. Get in your car or uber to one of the many restaurants within 10-15 min from the hotel.

Party of one and I was seated right away in the bar area. Charlotte was my server and she was great. I asked for her recommendations, which all sounded amazing, but I went with the grilled prawns, 6 oz filet, mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. Here's my honest breakdown: Grilled prawns 3/5. The first bite had that perfect charred, grilled flavor... so good. But the second one didn't hit the same. Steak 5/5. Absolutely buttery, tender, and honestly didn't even need a knife. Chef's kiss. Mashed potatoes 4/5. Really good, just a touch too much garlic for my liking. Brussels sprouts 2/5. This one disappointed me. The cheese wasn't melted and the glaze was way too sweet. I only managed a couple bites and left the rest, which says a lot because I love Brussels sprouts. Now let's talk about that bread and butter... chef's kiss all over again. Creamy, whipped, and just downright delicious. I would gladly take that to go. Overall, it's a solid, typical steakhouse experience. Nothing over the top, but definitely some highlights. One suggestion though... please add key lime pie to the menu. That should be a staple at any restaurant in Florida, just saying.

My server was Amanda and she was prompt. I started with a cocktail - the mango tango- and asked some questions about the menu. I had never heard of this Quahog, which apparently is a noreasterner kinda thing. Ok. Chopped clams, bread crumbs, bell peppers etc. why not. I'll try it. Bad choice. It had a good flavor but I kept crunching on shells!!! It seemed like eggshells were in it, everywhere. It was horrible. I kept thinking the next bite won't be like that- but it was. So many bites were bad. I asked the server what was up- she figured it out. It's not shells it's SAND!!!!! They're not cleaning the clams well. Bro. Rookie mistake. This is why I never order scallops. I hate when they're sandy. And now clams?!? I have to stay away from clams?!? Sheesh. She asked if I wanted bread- I said yes. I wasn't sure if the bread was included? It is not included and is an up charge at other restaurants (The Perfect Caper is an example of that, as well as Ortigia). She gave me one piece. It was delicious, served warm and crispy, and the whipped butter was fantastic. I asked what the butter was a Wisconsin country cream. Clean ingredients. Lots of salt. Yum. I also got a small cup of their soup. Amanda said their soups are always good. The soup of the day was braised beef noodle. It was really good. I could see having a bowl of that and a piece of bread and being totally happy. I was torn between the meatloaf and the Portuguese stuffed shrimp. She recommended the meatloaf. Oh boy. That was a great choice; it was huge. Smothered in bruleed cheese and sauteed onions. Lots of gravy. Lots of skinny green beans and a big scoop of mashed potatoes. Wow! What a meal. So good. I got my leftovers wrapped up. I took a piece of the birthday cheesecake home. It was listed on the specials menu. It looked really nice. However, it was not my favorite and actually, I would not recommend it. It's not cake, it's cheesecake, but the sprinkles just ruin the texture and flavor of the cheesecake, which wasn't a great cheesecake to begin with. Skip it. When the bill came, I was surprised the Quahog was on there. Especially because it was so ill prepared and I complained about it. But whatever. I thanked Amanda, paid, finished my cocktail and left. Parking is on the street or in the parking garage structure on the road behind them. Bathrooms are in the back along the long hallway, I didn't check them out. They have a large bar up front and what looks like a room they could do private events / meetings in. They have a new summer menu where all items are $20. I think that's a good deal. They have a lot of great sounding items on their menu and I heard the shrimp Mozambique is amazing. Maybe I'll get that next time.

Ok! I got dressed up and walked over there. My table was ready on time; it was in the lounge area of the restaurant. They offered me the table or said I could sit at the bar. I opted to sit at the bar. The bar was almost full but people were leaving. Apparently people eat early there. The bartender was swamped but smiled and got me a glass of water. Soon I had menus. I like that they have a regular menu as well as a specials menu, including the usual cocktails and some special cocktails. I ordered the conquest, which seemed like a twist on an old fashioned. They offered bread or focaccia bread, I declined. And heads up- bread service is not included. It's an up charge. Normally I don't care but I was having dessert, not bread. I had the halibut special. It was phenomenal. One of the guys from the kitchen dropped it off and asked if I needed anything'- I replied salt. I find that I need salt often at restaurants. They brought the salt out real fast! I had a bite and determined it didn't need any more salt- it was perfectly salted! Woohoo! Fantastic. I ate my whole dish and then I savored my cocktail. The bartender wasn't much for conversation , as she was very busy, alone, covering the entire bar and drinks for the whole restaurant. She did invite me to try dessert, and mentioned a coconut cream cake that was not on the menu. I agreed to it and it was heavenly. Seemed like cheesecake icing with fluffy layers of cake and subtle coconut flakes throughout. The chocolate ice cream was weird at first but then I realized it's like almond joy/ mounds - coconut and chocolate are often paired. The espresso crumble gave it a nice crunch and there was caramel all over the plate. Wow! I took the majority of the cake home. It was a large portion and indulgent. I paid my tab and finished my drink. I was not rushed. I would go back again. It's a bit pricey. The fish special was $58. The cocktail was $17 and the dessert was $16. So one person, who did not add on the bread service, was $91. It's expensive. I would emphasize you can probably get a seat at the bar if you can't get a reservation. Also- the entrance is hard to find. It's in the parking lot and not facing the main road. I got a little lost walking there. The signage is poor. I can't imagine going there the first time in the dark. So give yourself a couple extra minutes if it's your first time going there.
