I hired this company on the recommendation of a family member, although she also thought they were too expensive. It was late in the season and I needed gutters cleaned. They were responsive and came out to do the work pretty promptly. But the problem is they will tell you a lower and higher price base on what they say the job needs. And in both cases, my family member and mine, the price was considerably higher. They quoted us both $180 then billed $212 for gutter cleaning. In both cases they left a bag of what they cleaned out and mine was half what my mother in laws was. Still, charged $212 I understand some jobs are different...but this is gutter cleaning. They claim they charge more if your "downspouts are clogged". Well I guarantee you your downspouts will be clogged, and they'll up charge you by $34. Just too expensive and I felt the vague price structure was misleading. Won't hire again. read more

After receiving a verbal quote and several conversations, Prime Time shows up much later than agreed and demands a price 30% higher than the range they had quoted me on the phone - after an in depth conversation. They also expand the time required for the job from half a day to two full days! This, after rescheduling with me, and me having to change around my schedule to accommodate them two separate days. It's clear to me that their strategy is bait and switch. I declined the service and will look for other options. read more

I am not satified. I had called to have my gutters cleaned and they told me they would be here in the afternoon after 12noon and hung up. I called back and told the person who I had talked to that I had a doctors appointment and would be home until 2pm. The next day, they sent a text as I was about to leave sayimg thst they were on their way. I called back to tell them that i wouldnt be home and that would return at 2pm. This company stole from me, money paid for service billed WAS NEVER PROVIDED! These are a bunch of scoundrel parasites who pray on consumers and whose license should be revoked! The customer service was not very good. I asked them to send me a quote before the job and they never did. After delaying the job for two weeks, the two guys came and gave me a quote right before the job started after they counted all the windows. They doubled the price to $800 from two years ago. I have contacted the customer service several times to try to get a loyal customer discount with no success. We used Prime Time for window cleaning on a 3 story apartment building a few years ago. The job was decent, although they broke a few flower pots in the process and failed to tell anyone. Upon rescheduling this year, they failed miserably in every way possible. They didn't show up for an appointment (due to weather), but failed to notify us at all that they weren't going to show. I called the next day, they said they'd be out the next day, and failed to show for that appointment as well (on a clear, sunny, above average temp day), and didn't call, text, or email explaining why. After sending an angry email letting them know about their massive mistakes, I got a complete lie for an excuse why they didn't show, no apology, but an offer to reschedule. I warn you all, don't waste your time! It's a shame people can't do the basics of running a small business, this is one company that is utterly clueless. read more

I used Prime Time 2 years ago to clean my gutters and garage roof. I was quoted one price for the job and then when the workmen came they added an additional fee for cleaning the garage roof. The workmen said that cleaning the garage roof was not on the estimate. An additional visit was scheduled to clean the garage roof and the workmen arrived too late to do the job. After additional phone calls the job was completed on the third visit for the fee I was originally quoted. I was not a satisfied customer. Over the past two years I have been receiving e mails from Prime Time on a regular basis. I have repeatedly ( like ten times) requested by e mail and over the telephone to have my name taken off the auto e mail list and I am still getting e mails. The last e mail I received today. I don't know what I have to do to get off their e mail list. I remain a dissatisfied customer. read more

They were very expensive and did not do a good job. The window frames were not properly cleaned. If something was in front of the window they moved it but did not return it to its original place it was just left to where he moved it. The service man was nice just not through. read more

I absolutely loved Carlos, he did an amazing job with the power washing and windows, very professional and was fast and efficient. The owner was very rude and disrespectful, demanding payment over the phone. Totally fine if I was home to verify the work was completed. I informed the person I would be home in a half hour to check the work was complete and paid online. Super streamline and easy to pay. Also, when they call you and say it's net 30, it's not... not an issue, but just be aware of that. Customer Service was a 1star and Carlos is 5stars! Hence, 3stars! Lol. Hope this helps. read more

I NEVER go online and write bad reviews, but this I couldn't let go. I have used their services for years and now that I have reopened the restaurant and in need of window cleaning, they quoted me a number, came out and then raised their quote by 50%. I proposed charging me what they quoted for the job and then raising their price to what they need for all future services. They said no and "we are not a charity". They chose to lose all future business over $100. "We are not a charity" is not a professional response to a long standing customer. I do not recommend using this company for any type of service. They came out to my home two years ago and left all the gutter debris in bags and told me I had to dispose of them. To top it off they left my outside water running and I did not realize it until almost a month later. I called them in 2017 to get my gutters and windows cleaned. They offered a discount given the previous service. The sales rep reminded me of a fast talking used car salesman. He estimated the amount of windows based on a Google map. I was not told that the work would be subcontracted. On the day of service they did not show up until almost 6 PM. A subcontractor showed up with his son. After re-counting my windows he adjusted my original order. I did not like was the fact that he told me downspouts were eight dollars extra and not included in the price. He then proceeded to tell me that he would not be taking any of the got it debris because it would mess up his car. The bill was more than what I was originally quoted. Even though the subcontractor said he gave me a $50 discount. The subcontractor on his way out had the nerve to hand me his business card and told me to call him next time he would get the job done for $50 cheaper than what I paid. This company should not be doing business. I feel that the service was not explained in full and bait and switch with the price. I also don't like the fact that they advertise employees, when in fact they send out subcontractors. read more

I followed up by email on two telephone conversations I had, one with Will and another with Joe(?) on or about July 9th.  On July 5th, I had sent an email through Prime Time's website seeking a quote to clean 21 full length (3' x 7') single pane windows and 33 single pane windows ranging in size of half or less than the full length windows on a single-story ranch style home.  None of the windows are segmented, so it is a matter of wetting down with sponge-cloth wipers and then squeegieing.  Power washing was not requested, though I mentioned that some cobweb removal is likely required to do a proper cleaning job. The quote Will gave me on the basis of this information over the phone was $165, and the appointment was set for July 7th between noon and 4:00 pm. On July 7th between 1:00 and 1:30, two of your window washers came as appointed to wash the outside of the windows on the house.  They quoted $480.  I wasn't going to cancel at that point, and I figured it would take them 2-3 hours to complete. They finished in an hour, a total of two man-hours.  I paid the bill over the phone. After thinking about it a couple of days, I called and spoke to Will (I think) asking whether $480 wasn't a bit steep for 2 MH of work after being quoted $165.  He said he would check with his crew and call me back.  He never did call back. I called again a couple of days later and called again, explaining the same thing, this time to Joe (again, not sure of the name), who also said he would check on this and would call me "right back".  Again, no call back came. Since then, I received a text from the phone number 773-804-8184 thanking me for the business and asking to leave a review on Google.  I replied to the text, "Not until I get a call back regarding the cost.  I've spoken with two people, Will and Joe(?), both of whom said they would look into my inquiry as to whether $480 was correct for 2 man-hours of work when the over-the-phone quote from Will was $165."  Again, no response. I've stated that I was not displeased with the work, and that I was hoping to be able to hire the company to come back and clean the inside window surfaces.  But, the lack of call backs, and the triple-the-quote pricing, makes me question the integrity of the business. I prefer to give positive feedback, but in this case it seems I was overcharged and now being ignored. BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH!! read more

Buyer Beware. Leaves were blown out of gutters with a leaf blower. While leaves were blown off of hard surfaces, all the debris from the gutters were left in my yard and previously clear beds cleaned by my landscaper (who comes weekly). My husband asked the technician to pick up the piles of the leaves he had blown out. He said he would, but promptly left. My invoice clearly states that leaves would be bagged but not hauled away. Not a single leaf was bagged. I sent photos to PT of the clean beds not under the gutters and the piles of leaves left under the gutters. They were argumentative. I will never use Prime Time Windows again. read more

The person was wonderfully nice and a great communicator. I had scheduled exterior windows only on my 2 story house. He used a carbonator machine with my hose and a extended wand with mophead -- no ladder. There is snow on the ground. I think without a ladder you really cannot do a thorough job on the windows. The carbonation added to the water does help the water evaporate without squeegying but it is impossible to perfectly clean every second story window. In fact my center window had a ton of huge drips on it the next day.. all along the bottom 6 inches of window. It is surrounded by casements, so I was able to open the casements and reach out and kinda wipe the drip marks. I wouldn't have said anything but usually you do such a great job. I think it was the snow that made it a difficult process. read more

Misleading and poor customer service. Not a company I would recommend or do business with again. They damaged a window and the owner refused to have someone come out to address. Claimed they didn't use equipment that could scratch a window, even thou the ring doorbell showed the video of one technical moving a two story ladder across the outside all on his own. No follow-up and when I raised the issue with the owner, even only increased the bill from 200 to 300 dollars saying the person on site didn't understand how to bill the project correctly. read more

Why get a quote if you are only going charge what you want after you get the job? I was quoted $160. with the contingency that if they had to clear clogged cutters, it would be $8.00 a gutter. When the job was complete, they told me the total was $192.00. When I received the invoice, it was $222.00. They charged me an additional $40. for a detached garage that I do not have. When I questioned the invoice they told me my gutters were really dirty. Isn't that the reason you get your gutters cleaned in the first place? They didn't show up until two hours after the two hour window the promised to be there. I had to clean out and re-connect all my gutter extentsions myself. So the job wasn't even completed. Windows were cleaned well, no streaking. My only problem was that the invoice was for almost 3 times the estimate. The job took 2 guys 2 hours, and the charge came to $335 an hour. I would look for a company that gives an accurate estimate and sticks by it. I don't know if this is a bait and switch tactic, or they just don't bother to look at the property before giving the estimate. Either way, it is not a good business practice. read more

I hired them because I agreed to an estimate of $168 for the job. When I received the bill it was $192. The estimate total was $168 and that is what I looked at. The estimate did not include my other down spouts. I find that to be a bit deceptive. Also, the downspouts on the south side of my home were not reattached. I cannot see how he cleaned the two on the northside of my home- they are covered with plants, some being vines wrapped around them, and none of those plants were disturbed. read more

Prime Time was the first to provide an estimate for the gutter cleaning on a small rental house. When we spoke on the phone, Will sounded experienced and he assured me that they'd do a good job, so we scheduled the work for the next day. Later, when a couple other companies provided their estimates, they were $10 - $20 less. No biggie. The quick response, the competent vibe, and crossing this item off my to-do list were worth more than that. They missed the scheduled appointment window- but when I reached out to Will, he assured me that they were still coming. I was impressed that their employee even showed up- after already working in the hot sun all day- but A.D. was cheerful, energetic, and worked for over 2 hours. There were no unexpected extra charges, and no messes left behind in the lawn, bushes, etc. Bottom line: I'll call them again. read more

BEWARE: these people are incompetent and dishonest. Their crew didn't know how to take down storm windows and put up screens. My wife paid them when they said they were finished with her AmEx card. Then we discovered they forgot to put up 2 screens. They agreed to send a crew to put up the screens and, after a month of broken promises, we hired somebody else to do it. Then they billed me a different amount for the same job we already paid for. I tried to send the AmEx receipt for payment but their email rejected it. BEWARE.
