I filled out a form on line to get a quote for window and gutter cleaning. They responded quickly but their price was quite a bit higher than others. I told them I was not interested. They will not leave me alone. They call, text, and email me every day even though I have told them many times that I will not use them and please leave me alone. They are harassing. Do not ask them for a quote. Stay clear. There are many other options. read more

Edited 7-19-17 They called me repeatedly to correct the situation. I have not taken them up on it however I do appreciate that they took the time to call me and offer an additional window cleaning for the service issues we had. I would say to give them a try as they do stand behind their work. I Only giving 2 starts as it's been a little over one day and I hope to resolve all of this so I'm giving them the benefit of that. I will rerate soon. If you want your windows cleaned they did a decent job, however besides this picture you see where I was told it was a " oversight " after 24 hours of notifying them via voice message when I discovered this and actual phone call to follow up where they said they didn't get my VM they called me now to say tomorrow. In the interim I'm nervous someone will get hurt if it falls as this is the main door we use to go in and out or my dogs will get injured if it falls as this is the door I let them in and out all day. Not to mention I'm sure it will be damaged from hanging like this for for the last day and a half ( I didn't see this until I went to bed). In addition to this they did have to stop because of the rain ( understandable ) however 1. They should have come today with no rain as all of my other screens are laying against my house to complete the job, it's nice today and I can't open windows because none of the screens are on) 2. Moved furniture to clean interior windows and never put anything back 3. Moved my child's crab cage off the dresser to clean the window and placed it on my sons pillow on his bed ( gross !) 4. BROKE the shade in my bathroom. ( they said they will fix or replace ) but still annoying. 5. They looked at my house online to give an estimate, while I understand it may be difficult to see the entire house our windows are counted as 2 not 1 because they have a top and bottom. So unless you have a modern solid window be prepared to pay for 2 not 1 window for each 1 window. That would have been nice to know in advance as that would have been noticeable from online. 6. Also gave estimate to powerwash the property from them viewing an online image of my home at a rate of 180 and they guy said over 300 when he arrived. I had my husband doing spring clean up the day prior moving trash cans and such to prepare to they could get the entire property. I used them a few times over the years for window cleaning and or gutters. Each tine hoping they would improve. But after the latest time (fall gutters) I was quoted $110, but was left a bill in my mail box for $240! I called and was told someone would call me back to explain. No call. I called again after 2 weeks. And finally got an explanation that the service man that did the job said the gutters and down spouts where filled, and that there was leaves in the valley of my roof (I have no such area on my roof). Really? They charge based on the amount of leaves in your gutters!!?!? I should add also that of the 5 down spouts on my house, 2 where missed and still blocked. No stars, quoted me $100 for 4 windows and some vinyl lettering off when I called and then later confirmed with his tech which he sub contracted and the invoice bill came out to be $160 with hidden and added fees, when called, he kept repeating the same thing over and over again, not getting anywhere. Too bad there's no lower rating. When i set the appointment, I told the person on the phone that I am in a 3 floor town home and to be sure to bring ladders. I was assured that it would not be a problem. Low and behold, the ladders would not reach the 3rd floor. So they cleaned the outside windows on floors 1&2 very well. When presented with the invoice, I was still charged for all 3 floors. When I questioned it, they said that it was the same amount of time, even though my price quote was on a per window basis. Did not show up for a scheduled estimate appointment. Contacted me three days later (after the work was done by someone else) to reschedule as if they did not miss their appointment. They have continued to incessantly spam me with texts and emails for work they know has been completed. I normally wouldn't leave a negative review as I prefer to just make positive reviews for businesses who earn them, however they keep texting me even after being asked to stop. read more

Daniel J. cleaned our gutters and power washed our patio. The before and after on our patio was startling! It went from grey to bright white. We have two heavy stone pots on the patio and he even asked if we would like them cleaned too. I never even thought about that, but he did and they too look so much better. Worse company for gutter cleaning, I have ever hired. First, the price they quoted is not the price they charged. And if that weren't enough, they didn't even do all of the gutters on the house! They did a few; took some pictures of the few they did; then charged me for the whole job. They thought I wouldn't be able to check the roof, because I am a senior citizen. Wrong. I had my landscaper check the gutters, because I could see leaves coming down, when the wind blew. He took pictures of what they did not do. I sent the pictures. They promised to fix the problem. I used these guys almost 2 years ago now and despite repeated requests to take us off their email, call and text lists they still contact me AT LEAST once a month. I wasn't happy with the work that they did for the price that we paid, so we just used another vendor to clean windows this year - they pointed out that screens were not properly replaced and some windows weren't even cleaned. read more

Prime Time came out within a couple days of some significant rainfall to clean and clear my gutters. They were quick and effective, and reasonably priced. I'll be looking to work with them again in the fall! Side note: the tech did not have a mask on when he came to the door. I notified the owner and he said he would address it. Find another company to clean your windows. I would give zero stars if possible. I have used this company two times prior to Tuesday. Will no longer be a customer of Prime Time. I forwarded a picture of the damage done to my kitchen cabinet when the worker brought in a ladder and scratched it. Will told me it didn't look like a scratch that their ladder would have made and that Carlos didn't say anything about damage. My husband was in the kitchen when it happened. I honestly would not recommend these guys to anyone. They clearly do not take any pride in their work or business as we still have many windows that did not get washed. I do not feel they take pride in there work and obviously by their lack of customer service they could care less about repeat business. We used these guys to clean our condo building. After many discussions about what we wanted done they came out and washed only some of the windows. They notified us they would have to use ropes to hang off the top of the new siding we had put up which originally they said they had ladders high enough to do this (we are only a 4 story building). After more phone calls and them coming back out to do the work again, we finally settled on a lower bill only again to notice they didn't even wash the first floor windows above the patio doors. read more

It's simple. We specifically identified the number of windows to be cleaned, that it was a 3rd floor job. They had a full understanding of the job. Quoted us $205. The technician showed up, told me the office doesn't know what they are talking about. He shook his phone at me showing what the prices should be, then told me it's a $400 job. I told him forget it, then he explained more about how the office makes this mistake all the time. I got talked into a reduced price, $275, but then changed my mind and told them adios, which I'm glad I did after calling back the office and hearing their unhappy customer routine. It's good, they should sell tickets to it. Talking to the 'office' they seem to have the same empty explanations that the technician had. They have mastered this routine - 'it's not our fault, that's just the quote, bla bla, do you want your windows washed or not.' All the time sounding cool and shrugging their shoulders that I should even be questioning them. Maybe they do a good job, but I'm never going to know. If you don't mind being messed with, don't mind a big price hike (ours was 100% markup from the quote apparently), and don't mind dealing with folks who are comfortable in their own dishonesty, then Prime Time Windows is for you. read more

I was completely disappointed with my recent service. The company sent an employee to our home very late in the day, not allowing proper daylight to clean windows nor clean the gutters. In addition the job was not complete in that not all of the exterior windows were cleaned (the lower windows were not cleaned - it would have required removing the screens and this was NOT done). I wish I could leave zero stars. I've literally NEVER used these people, but every season for YEARS(probably 10 years at this point?) except winter they won't leave me alone. They keep calling and texting. For years I've told them to stop and it doesn't stop. I block one number and they use new ones. These people are clowns who can't respect others privacy and it's a joke. I can't imagine how they treat people who they actually hook into their services. Update: The business owner got in touch with me and sent the crew back to clean the gutters, free of charge. I needed my house, deck, driveway and garage power washed and my gutters cleaned. I also wanted to get my windows washed including the tracks. I wanted one vendor to handle all of this so I choose Prime Time. I called and told Valerie what I needed and she talked to the owner and they gave me what sounded like a fantastic price: $750, (not including the tracks, because that would be extra based on number of windows). Awesome, I scheduled the service and then scheduled my plans around that appointment. Valerie said I'd get an email with the work order description and the pricing. This didn't happen. i did get Prime Time emails related to service advertisement. I know, my word against theirs. The total came to $840, which I assume accounts for the extra work on the windows. The windows look wonderful, but the power washing not so much. Next, the work crew showed up 3 hours early! This is not good. I was at a doctors appointment that I specifically scheduled based on the start time of Prime Time's crew. My wife had to wait until i got home before she could drop our kids off at daycare -- this is a major inconvenience because she had things she needed to do. Next, the crew didn't know about the gutters or the garage. I called Prime Time to ask and whomever answered the phone said they would contact the guy in charge of the crew and circle back. They never called back. I asked the guy to do my gutters and I'd even pay his quoted $180 for that, but he didn't have the right sized ladder. He promised to come back the following week, but didn't. I suppose I could call again, but honestly, I don't feel that is my responsibility. It's much easier to try another service next time. read more

Had their people write us up a quote and sat around all day In their 12-4 hour show up time ( guy texted us at 3:56) just to have him show up and tell it was going to be DOUBLE what was quoted. Not happy considering I was very specific about what we wanted, and I wasted my whole day waiting for their people to come out. We had a 4hr. appointment window in which they did not show or call to say they were running late. Called their office afterwards to be told that they would be there in 20 minutes or so. Asked to be rescheduled to next day for which I was given a window of 10am - 12pm. They called next day at 12:00pm to say they were running an hour late. Called back at 12:47pm to say it would be another 40 minutes. Called at 1:30pm to say it was raining by their technicians and they need to reschedule the time. Not once did the representative apologize or say he was sorry for the inconvenience. At that point I told him that I would find another service provider. The guys at Prime Time called me up for my Spring cleaning, and came out this week. Great job, as always. I'm not sure why people give them a bad wrap. It's a competitive market for window cleaning, and Prime Time is #1 for a reason....persistence. To my surprise, my cleaning was cheaper this year, than last. I was able to take advantage of a $100 promo coupon, and saved me some dough. I was quoted a certain price over the phone for washing windows based on how many windows and screens I have on my house. The people who came looked at my house and more than doubled the price for washing them. They were done in about an hour. I believe I was taken advantage of by them and wish I had asked them to leave and called someone else. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. read more
