This is the beat pizza place anywhere around this area for sure. Everything I order here is good. They even have a decent salad bar and lunch buffet. The people are very polite. One of the owners even came by to check on us. I was glad to share my thoughts. This pizza place is far better than neighbors pizza, and that's a fact jack! I was on my way to go shopping in Lincoln one day and had a salad craving, so I thought I'd stop by for the lunch buffet. On the positive side, they actually had a few different pizza varieties out o the buffet, as well as bread sticks and dessert pizza. The lunch buffet price includes drink, which is nice. On the negative side, the salad bar was almost out of lettuce and low on everything else. The pizza was.....just okay. Not terrible by any means, but not anywhere near great enough to warrant the high prices that I observed on their menu. The dining room was a little grungy and could use a good cleaning. Table was sticky. The only time I saw an employee was when I ordered and paid.....but I could hear them clearly, horsing around loudly in the kitchen. No biggie, really, except that they could've used their time more productively to clean the dining room and fill the salad bar. On the extremely negative side, be aware that this establishment tacks a "minimum wage surcharge" on every single order. This is probably the most expensive pizzeria in Yuba county, but I guess the owners don't feel like they make enough money to pay their employees, so they'd rather have their customers foot the payroll bill. read more

I showed up at 1102 for the lunch buffet that started at 1100. All the lights were off and when I asked if they were open the man said no...then looked at his phone and said oh I guess we are and turned on the lights. Never again! I thought I'd give then another shot but they totally missed the mark completely. I made the mistake of trying to dine in with two of my kids on Valentine's day. When I ordered our medium pizza, the cashier warned us it was going to be about a 30 min wait. I figured that was OK since we had to be in the area anyways. 30 min go by and I'm telling my kids that it should be coming. My son is visibly upset because he's so hungry and my daughter is starting to say loudly "where's the pizza, where's the pizza?" Almost 50 min later, the pizza finally comes out. At this point my son is crying. The lady who brings out the pizza (blonde with glasses and on the thicker side) sees my son and doesn't offer one apology for it taking so long. When she brought the plates over, she practically threw them on the table without one word. Didn't even ask us if we needed anything. Normally I'd exchange a few words with her about her being so rude, but I didn't want to upset my kids even more. To top it all off, the pizza wasn't even good. It tasted like cardboard with cheese on it. I get that having a busy night can be frustrating, but don't take it out on patrons in the restaurant. If anything, we should be the first ones you take care of. I'm all for supporting small, local businesses but I will no longer support PrimeTime pizza. read more

The pizza was amazingly delicious. The staff was not professional the young lady who rung us up did not even smile or greet us. It was our first time there and did not even recommend anything. She was basically just waiting for us to order so we can get out her face. The gentlemen where loud, screeming across the room about the dirty restrooms. The food is actually very good, but their prices make it extremely difficult to return to this business when I can drive into Lincoln and get great pizza at affordable prices. $40 is just too much for 2 medium pizzas with 3 toppings each. Absolutely love the food here! They have great breadstick which are called HockeySticks. They are so delicious! And dipped in their ranch is even better! So good!!! I have purchased food from Primetime so many time. The only reason I don't give them five stars is because I feel the prices are a little steep. Compared to pizza places where they have around $10 large pizzas, at Primetime is will cost you around 18. But other than that so good! Also I wish they would add more deals! Like one time they had $5 larger HockeySticks. Lower the pizza price too! read more

Terrible service!!! We've ordered delivery from here many times. It wouldn't be too terribly bad but the service has been terrible! My order tonight was incorrect and when I called to let them know, COURTNEY basically told me I didn't specify what I wanted. I repeated exactly what I said and she told me "no you didn't". I replied to her I definitely said what I wanted but she was so quick to push on to the next item she must have missed me ordering. I was completely polite and she remained rude as if it was a struggle or I was being a nuisance. She got angry that I called and HUNG UP on me!! A few minutes later she called to make sure she had my order correct and before I could get "yes" all the way out, she hung up! The previous order I placed our pizza was burnt. Not just a little crisp... Blackened. It was B-U-R-N-T. Burnt. I called to give them a heads up about it and they offered to deliver another. I politely declined since it was late and they apologized issuing a credit to the account. Great! I placed an order a few days later and oh my gosh! They can't find anyone under our name, number, or address now! We've always placed orders under the same name and number to the same address. I clearly don't mind the food. It's tasty. If I could order from a different place I would. It's overpriced. Unfortunately, Wheatland is very small and choices/options are limited. Mistakes can be overlooked if the customer service was better but when the high school kids act like smart asses, it's hard to improve the quality of service a business has. Tried this Pizza Place for an off base excursion for lunch. The food was good! The pizza was hot out the oven and the Salad Bar was fresh with a plethora of toppings. Only $7.30 for a combination buffet salad and pizza is a win-win for your pockets. My wallet slipped me a note that said this is a good deal.. let's do this son! Since we live next to CFW Lake, we go to Lincoln for most everything. We hadn't been to Primetime since they were in the now ex Tootles building & thought we should give them a try. The Good. We purchased a large half "California Kid" (Chicken Veggie) half Pepperoni & Olive in original crust to go. For my likeing, the crust was good, plenty of sauce, cheese & toppings. I love small businesses that support the community and loved the Wheatland schooling decor. The old helmets being used for hanging lamps over the table was a great idea. It was apparent they also sponcered the teams as well. Kudo's The Bad. As most people have outlined, the cost. My family knows I love pizza & I'm not expecting Little Ceasars pricing. I just did the online ordering for R.T.P. (one of the higher known pizza chain prices) & this same pizza would have cost $23.99 vs the $26 I paid. I was there for a total of 25 minutes. 20 waiting for the pizza & 5 going over the paper menu then calling my better half to discuss pizza choices. During that time there was no one dining & only one person getting take out. I think this goes to show the lack of patronage when they should be doing big business being the only pizza joint in town. Overall Even though I was very happy with the pizza, I would not return. I can go a couple miles extra to Lincoln & get the same elsewhere cheaper. So I had to scramble for alternative option because I did not want to wait for the additional hour I was told it would take to make my order and deliver. And my refund which included gratuity will take 3-5 buisness days. I recommend they stop taking on line order until they can get their 3rd party system in order. The only reason they aren't getting one star from me is because most of the time we've had food from there is was pretty good. This time though we were extremely disappointed. My husband's small pizza, which should have been pepperoni and bacon was instead pepperoni and black olives. How does one confuse bacon and olives??? Then my mini pizza was barely cooked and I found 2 hairs in it!! Two!! And then their hockey sticks, which we normally love, were dry and had absolutely so garlic ranch sauce on them like they normally do! For being as expensive as they are you'd think they'd put more effort into paying attention to what their customers actually requested, their hygiene and making good food 100% of the time. Soooo good. We love this place we are in south PLUMAS Lake. They have a delivery charge but it's worth it. This place is way better than Neighbors! We ask for ours well done and eat everything and the crust. Service was way faster than Neighbors. We just put the leftovers in the toaster oven and man it's just as good as last night! Primetime is good don't get me wrong. Here is the issues with it. A few years ago, the pizza and hockey sticks seemed much better quality and tasted better. Now it is eh.... Another issue what really bugs me is the prices. They have gone up quite a bit. Very expensive actually! My friend bought 2 larges and a soda. Almost $50 dollars! I can go to Papa Murpheys and buy two pizzas for $20 dollars with a soda probably $22. Don't get me wrong...Supporting local businesses is the best, but not when 2 larges cost half a hundred dollars. The staff are very friendly though, except one time these boys a while ago were playing around in the back with the dough. The place is very clean and the bathrooms as well. read more
