Everyone's favorite desert pit stop. Primm Valley is back to being fully operational. With the recent closures of Whiskey Pete's and Buffalo Bills. Primm Valley is your only option for last minute gambling, restrooms , and gas. I haven't stayed here in years, but I don't remember having any problems with the rooms. I did see a sign in the casino that they recently renovated the rooms here. They have the Bonnie and Clyde car back, which I never get sick of seeing. The casino floor looked pretty lively, but they don't have table games, which is a bummer. At the end of the day, take it for what it is. A place to stretch. Get some fuel. Grab a quick bite. Maybe a little slot play. The interior was fresh looking and it's still free parking . They also have plenty of electric charging stations in the parking lot .

So this is t a 1 star because the location is convenient for staying is you are going to a concert or show at buffalo bills, however I'm almost positive someone was k!lled in this room by all the blood I noticed the next morning on the base of the 2 Queen beds and the side table in between them. The carpets weren't vacuumed and are very caked up, stains on everything, torn drapes

The worst employees I ever had, brought food 50 minutes late, burger bun was hard and lettuce wilted, shrugged when told. One woman just stood there. 6.95 beer and burger needs to be reevaluate. Keep driving. Oh yeah, there was a bug in our water

A lot going on in this casino currently remodeling. The mall is closed due to its remote location. Located on the 15 between LA and Las Vegas. Current room rate it $100 a night.

Banda MS's performance brought the crowd to its feet playing many of their most popular songs. It was definitely a party like atmosphere as confetti and balloons were scattered amongst the crowd. The band sounded and looked great as they entertained for close to two hours. Their enthusiasm and interaction with the crowd was great. They even welcomed a couple on stage for all to witness a marriage proposal. For this being my first Banda Music concert, I must say I throughly enjoyed it.

Room is filthy!!! No Valet!!! People are friendly but it's run down! Update later on restaurant

I would give zero stars if I could. We stopped here for a reasonably priced motel on our way to LA from Montana. The shower didn't look like it had ever been cleaned and the carpet creeped us out, but the towels and sheets were clean, I think. The only place to eat in the entire town is McDonald's, unless you want a hot dog or pizza by the slice in the casino. I saw no security around the hotel and anyone could come and go in and out the many doors to the parking lots. I honestly was glad to see our vehicle, unscathed, still in the parking lot in the morning. It looks like the whole place is about to go bankrupt with closed casinos, restaurants, and hotels.....and I'm assuming the roller coaster isn't open either. lol Somehow God took pity on us and there was a decent Starbucks at the gas station so we could caffeinate enough to get the heck out of town!

My Room with a view..This place should be destroyed and someone with real money should rebuild.

Ask the Community - Primm Valley Resort

    What time is check-in?

It is 3:00pm. However if you are nice they let you check in early.

    So it's closed or open?

Currently, open. Whiskey Pete's is temporarily closed.

Did they close this casino down? A friend said it was closed, they were there a few weeks ago

We were up there in June and the Casino was still open. There were only a few stores left in the adjoining outlet center though. The casino was fairly empty as well (only a few cars in the parking lot and inside playing the machines).

Are table games staffed and open at any of the Primm stateline casinos?

Yes! The Primm location has table games. Whiskey Pete's did not.

    Is the pool open already?

I go to Primm often (whenever I don't feel like driving to Laughlin) and am surprised by so many negative comments. Sorry, I can't answer about the pool, but all of the casino-hotels are nice places to play and stay....There's trash in the hallways…

How is it here in Primm on 4th of July?

    Broken, keep drinking and driving.

Construction began in 2007, but faced setbacks including the Great Recession and later the COVID-19 pandemic. Knowing its history, I was eager to experience a guest stay. Booking & Check-in:: I booked my room through a travel aggregation website. Upon arrival, the front desk quickly found my reservation. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The clerk was both friendly and helpful. The main lobby is cavernous, with decor that's simple yet elegant. It creates an impression. Room Quality:: The Fontainebleau Las Vegas opened in 2023; but the room's furniture was well-kept, and free from excessive wear that might hint at heavy use. The carpet looked fresh, with no stains or tears in sight. Regarding the bed, the sheets were crisp and bright white. The mattress, pillows and duvet were comfortable. Bathrooms often show the most wear and tear, but this one was pristine. It was spacious. The layout was well-arranged. The towels looked like new, with a heavy pile and a crisp, bright white color. Sometimes when I travel, I like a room that's comfortable, but not so luxurious it makes me want to stay in all day. Other times, I want a inviting space to relax in, and the rooms here fit that bill perfectly. I found the décor, color palette, and furnishings appealing. I also think many hotel rooms lack sufficient lighting, but here there's plenty of it, along with the option to adjust it to your liking. Common Space:: Although I didn't use them myself, I was surprised to learn while walking the grounds that there are seven swimming pools on the premises. I did, however, enjoy some of the gaming options on site, as well as several of the restaurants.

We have stayed here three times already the first two times we paid for the day and this time we were comped. As we received comped rooms, we were able to check in at the invite guest counter, which was a minute wait versus the regular check-in line. That felt so great as the regular line was wrapped like we were waiting for a ride at Disneyland. Our room was on the 59th floor, room 5927. It was a nice size room, super clean and amazing view of the strip, the sphere and other resorts on the strip. The room was very comfortable with enough amenities that we required for the stay. We self parked and as locals, we received free parking. There were plenty of parking on the second and third floor somewhat close to the entrance to the hotel. We visited the pool with about one hour left, and it was perfect. There was plenty of seats available and we did not have a problem, getting two chairs and plenty of towels that you can grab. The pool was clean we saw multiple lifeguards and a lot of wage assist to help if you want to order anything. On top of an amazing day, I played the slots and one a few hundreds, which was a topper. Another amazing day, will be back.

I have witnessed and appreciated the improvements much to my delight and the delight of hundreds of fellow hikers I bring with me to soak and relax after hiking at Death Valley or China Ranch Date Farm. Often I go expressly for a therapeutic soak just to soak and detox, not necessarily after hiking. As I recall, the original cost to soak was $10, and now is $35, which is understandable and acceptable based on the property improvements over 20 years. It is in my opinion worth the price if all goes well. However .... First Complaint On my latest visit the evening of Saturday January 10, 2026, I took 12 fellow hikers with me to soak and relax after hiking a long day in Death Valley. We were very disappointed and surprised that the private hot tub rooms and restrooms did not have any lighting whatsoever. We don't know whether the power was off, or the light bulbs were burned out (unlikely that every room had burned out light bulbs all at the same time), but it is not only very awkward and uncomfortable to stumble and fumble around in the dark, it is also very unsafe, because the hard cold floors are wet and slippery. The website [https://deathvalleyhotsprings.com/] offers this invitation: "We would love to hear from you, and welcome you to our family owned Hot Springs. Whether you have a question, a comment, or a booking request, please feel free to contact us anytime. You can reach us by phone or email. Our friendly and professional staff will be happy to assist you and make your vacation a reality." There is a phone number provided: 1-844-728-5550. However there is not a way provided to email on the website to make any comments, whether positive or negative. Therefore I am writing reviews in other places since the company does not want reviews. (This is the first review for this company on Trustpilot as of this date January 13, 2026.) Second Complaint The temperature of the hot tubs was below what it should be, and what I have previously experienced, of approximately 100-105F. I would estimate the temperature to be closer to 95F. Third Complaint There has never been an effective system to remind people soaking in private rooms that the 30 minutes is up and time to rotate out to allow others waiting a turn. People who want to use a private room have no way of knowing how long the guests inside the private room have been there. Due to complaints from guests who wanted a turn inside private rooms, I witnessed the cashier in the office shut down the office in order to go remind guests inside the private rooms it was time to give others a turn. There is only one cashier in the office who manages the entire property, to include checking in and out for lodging guests, soaking guests, managing the temperature of the pool and hot tubs, etc. In all the 20 years, there has never been an effective system to manage this 30 minute time limit for rotation. Renting a boat online is quick and easy, and they occasionally offer discount codes, which is a nice bonus. The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and genuinely seems to enjoy their work, which makes the whole process even better. We usually rent a patio boat since it comfortably holds up to 10 people. They're easy to drive, great on gas mileage, and the fuel cost has never been unreasonable. (I'd recommend skipping the prepaid fuel option--it usually works out cheaper that way.) Another perk is that dogs are allowed on the patio boats! Just note that medium and large dogs count toward the passenger total, so it's a good idea to double-check when making your reservation. Two things to keep in mind: (1) During the fall season, all boat rentals need to be returned by 3:00 PM. (2) It costs $25 to get into the park. If you're planning on coming 2 or more times within a year, I'd recommend getting the Park Pass for $45. Overall, Katherine's Landing is a reliable and fun spot for boat rentals, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great day out on the lake!

We were in Las Vegas for a concert at the Sphere, and one of the main reasons we chose to stay here was the convenience. Being able to walk through the resort and get around without relying on Ubers was a huge plus, especially on a busy concert night. Check-in was smooth, the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were also upgraded, which was a very nice surprise. The highlight had to be the view of the Sphere from our room -- absolutely perfect for the concert we were attending. The Venetian is an experience in itself. The resort is massive, beautifully designed, and there's plenty to explore without even having to leave the property. For us, the ability to walk around, grab something to eat or drink, explore the resort, and head to the Sphere without worrying about transportation made the stay that much more enjoyable. We typically stay at MGM properties when we're in Vegas, so trying The Venetian was a change of pace for us. Based on this first experience, I'm glad we gave it a shot. Friendly staff, clean rooms, unexpected upgrade, an incredible Sphere view, and an extremely convenient location for a concert. We'll definitely be back. Never crowded. Great colors and casino layout. The pool is very nice and easily in my top 5 in Las Vegas. The rooms are very modern and clean. Great bar called the Gatsby. Nice Mex Restaurant right when mall area starts near the back of the casino past the Gatsby bar, and a by-the-slice pizza place thats also very good. Wally's restaurant is somewhere I hope to try one day. LOTS of food options, even a buffet type, and an Eggslut-typa breakfast place, forgot the name. Great looking sportsbook and the western-like sportsbar next to it upon entrance both on the left. Theres also a steakhouse in a very bizarre location upper level and waaay to the left, isolated. Lots of places want to try in the future. If anything, it is a massive place when you venture out into the mall part (the convention and private event areas walk and walk and walk, too much empty room here, thats really the only flaw.) Took at least 30mins to even have the line move. Anyways after check in I asked to add an extra night and stay in the same room. I added the extra night through 3rd party website and they confirmed that it's ok to stay in same room but the system didn't update yet so just come back the following morning to pay the resort fee. Which I went to pay in the morning 7/8am. After paying they gave me new room keys so it works for the extra day as well. But tell me why there was no communication between any of the staff and the cleaning crew had came to our room later shortly after I had paid the resort fee and confirmed my extra night. Cleaning lady was rude too we explained to her how we have an extra night and she goes YOU DID??? Like please go speak with other staff before acting like that. To top off this horrible 1 star place we went downstairs to grab dinner at Juniors as it was really packed and looked like good food. Well, we went to the host stand and checked in for the wait. The host Liz told us 5-10 mins and we went off the side to wait. While waiting my friend wanted to go to the casino to play a hand of blackjack. During this time my ID was upstairs in the hotel since I only planned on eating. I stood by the table waiting for my friend to finish. Dealer was super rude and unprofessional rudely asked ID and I told him I'm not playing I'll go back to the side of Juniors waiting for the food table. Anyhow, the dealer had to say "YOU CAN GO PLAY SLOTS BUT THEY WONT PAY YOU IF YOU DONT HAVE YOUR ID" Okay, we get it big guy, I told you IM NOT PLAYING, can we chill I'm literally just trying to enjoy my meal. Then literally that was 5 seconds we return to Juniors and some reason they switched hosts but we were just standing there waiting. No waitlist no number no names. So how do we even know when our table is ready? Liz was extremely rude to us told us you guys left so you have to wait another HOUR after 5 big groups. Horrible experience. She yelled at us with a rude attitude and face. I told her we literally went away for 5 seconds and was waiting for 30+ mins by the side. LIZ then goes I DIDNT SEE YOU!!!! screaming out a bitch face and wanted to fight us. LIZ said that she was told yea we have to serve people in order of the line so whoever is here in front of the stand will get to go in first. Well look she saw our backs turn and left to the side for less than 5 seconds but she never even bothered to let us know we have to wait in front of her face where she can see us to get seated. Well luckily our server Alberto was the best and amazing. He treated us 5/5 perfect props to him. Please give Alberto a raise he was doing his best while it was understaffed with literally just himself, he was literally running from kitchen to tables and cashier to make sure everyone's night was good. I really appreciate Alberto, resorts world please take care of him. Well after our food and some casino plays, my friend and I were trying to get back up to our hotel room but for some reason our card doesn't work for even the elevator. So we had to go to the front desk again to get that fixed. There was a huge line again for check-ins for some reason and it wasn't moving. So we went to the side and told one of the staff members to please update our card since we have a room and the key isn't leading us back up. Again staff was horrible with an attitude, she said yes go wait in that check in line. I don't know how does resorts world even operate. I have a room and already checked in but my room key for some reason doesn't work, why will I stand in line and waste 2 hours of my time just to update the key that was the hotel's error. Well, horrible place I wouldn't be surprised if this hotel/casino does close down. I hope they either train their staff with some manners or hire some new people that don't have the worst attitudes. Therefore, I will not be staying at resorts world ever again, I hope everyone else does not either.
