I had my water delivery skipped twice with no notice after waiting 8-5, because thats as small of a delivery window they are capable of scheduling( unbelievable). Now I received an email to pick up used bottles of which I have none, because I only received cases for three years. So I called and surprisingly spoke with customer service. I told them I am not home and have no bottles. I just received an email that said they are coming to pick up bottles today, Do yourself a favor and drink the crappy tap water, it will be better for your stress than dealing with a company that can't figure out how to make a delivery,.They should talk to Amazon they deliver a lot of stuff. read more

So after an initial order I made online I noticed another small charge to my credit card. When I called customer service, obviously outsourced to a 3rd world country, I was told that was an additional charge for using a credit card. What a scam that they would even do this considering that's the only way to pay when ordering. Total money grab by this monopoly conglomerate in the water delivery business! Primo brands took over my Sparkletts delivery, raised delivery, per bottle and unit rental by large amounts - I had instructed no delivery with prior service, but they delivered 2 bottles without request and charges a delivery fee, I called and told them I had too much water and not to deliver, but they delivered 4 more bottles without notice - giving me a one year supply at home. I returned 6 bottles on which I had previously paid deposit and they required me to appeal to try to get the deposit refund (sounds like they will refuse) read more

Wish I could give negative stars. Terrible company all around. Tried to reach company about delivery. When wr finally reached them they were extremely rude. We had tulpelhocken before buyout. We were setup for auto payment withdrawal. Unsure what happened in the months up to Primo taking over but unknowingly to us we weren't being charged. Never once were we called or notified of an issue. Our fault ultimately that we didnt notice i guess, but!!!!. When we didnt get our normal delivery we called and called trying to reach a human. Website stated we didnt have an account by the way. Finally reach someone and they said we aren't getting water due to a past due balance(once again understood our fault ultimately) we asked for a breakdown of the past due charges thats when things changed. We dealt with telling them the website states no account for us and no account attached to our phone number. We confirmed our address and everything so they could send us a breakdown of the past due charges. Low and behold 3 days later we get a nasty post card stating our past due charges and that they tried numerous times to reach us by phone and mail. Never happened....These people are just nasty disgusting people. Been over a week and still no breakdown on our past due amount. read more

The service is absolutely horrible. Primo merged with Ready Refresh by Nestle of which I have been a customer for 20 years. While I have experienced a few issues in the past nothing comes close to this past month. I was expecting a delivery last month, mid July. My order was rescheduled 6 times from July right back to August. As of now, I still have not received my order because it was rescheduled. Nobody called me. I had to do the calling and go back and forth with them. The escalation supervisor that I spoke to reached out to my branch and told me they were backlogged 9000 customers. He managed to get them escalate my order and commit to a delivery date. Once again, it was rescheduled even though I received text notification that my order was out for delivery. I'm done. I discontinued my service after 20 years. I am not valued as a long time customer. They don't care about losing me when they have 9000+ customers. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

My experience has been very bad since ready refresh took over Sparklett's operation. I'm not notified of my charges and can't access my account online because they said I have overdue charges and my account has been turned over to a collection agency. I paid the collection agency, but I'm still unable to access my ready refresh account, and ready refresh told me my account is still with a collection agency. Customer service is terrible. I am following up on my refund once again. It was not resolved, i wasn't refunded as I was told i would be. I was charged when i received the incorrect order. Now i'm being ignored. I don't understand how a business can operate in such an unscrupulous and unprofessional manner. The worst, since Premo Brands took over Ready fresh the company sucks. Can't find my account through my phone number or on line but i still get a bill???? They can't resolve the problems because their working off of 2 systems and they have two customer service phone numbers. I canceled delivery for two months cause Im on vacation and they continue to deliver. I called but they can't find my account. They are awful. You're never gonna get the water they promised would be delivered on Friday. That's what they always say. They bought up all the brand name bottled water delivery companies, then did nothing. No deliveries. They didn't stop billing anyone..... cause the water would be delivered on Friday. It never shows up. A trip to one of their offices in the middle of a work day showed no cars there, no employees, no trucks, nothing going on. Deserted! If you somehow manage to speak with an "employee" they're rude and angry and unhelpful. Look at the rest of the reviews! One star. And we wish we could do NEGATIVE five stars. Service went downhill. delivery guys are great and human, but getting product not requested delivered, charged, told id get a credit, no credit- two months strong. Worst customer service ever!! They no showed 4 times in a row to deliver our water and now that we have cancelled our account they no showed 4 times to pick up our empty bottles and dispenser. And randomly showed up to deliver 10 bottles! We happened to be home and explained to the driver that we cancelled, do not need a delivery, but he couldn't take our empties because there was no room in the truck. Its been 3 weeks and we are still on the phone daily trying to get someone here - despite their daily broken promises, no one ever shows. Do not use them!!! If zero stars were an option I would give that rating. Since Primo took over ready refresh the service has been atrocious. Prices went up and delivery is rescheduled many times or a complete no show. Getting someone to speak to you in next to impossible. My delivery was supposed to arrive July 9th. Rescheduled 7 times and now promised for the 21st. I will be cancelling my service if I can ever get a knowledgeable person in the phone! read more

My water delivery has been fine but the customer service is less than 1 star. I ordered a ceramic water container and stand and waited 2 months for it. After at least 4 calls to customer service who each time swore it was on its way I never received it. Ordered same items from Amazon and got them the next day. read more

OMG avoid this place at all costs. Expensive, ZERO customer service, and impossible website. We ordered a cooler and bottled water, and signed up for monthly deliveries. After the first one, (in which one bottle had a major defect - we lost about 1/2) we checked the website several times to verify the next delivery date -- which came and went. We finally got through on the phone and they assured us that they would come the next day - which they did - and left one of the three bottles out by the road near our driveway. Would be 0 if I could put it, 1 is way more than they deserve. Primo should be disgraced by their service. We have been using ready fresh for years and it recently switched to Primo. We are a non-profit organization on 175th St in Jamaica NY. They say there delivery hours are 8am-5pm. The first time they delivered to us they came around 5:45p and left water outside our building despite signs on the door to call us for an access code to get in and delivery instructions on there website which also states to call us to get code if no one answers. We had 8 big bottles and 4 cases of water delivered and when we came in the morning 1 big bottle and 1 case was left. They did not rectify the situation and still charged us. The next delivery came up a month later, we called 3 times during the day to make sure they were coming. I waited 2 hours after we close to make sure I was here when they arrived. Again they say they only deliver up to 5pm. I called customer service to check in and the lady said we stop delivering at 5pm and its 5:15p and hung up on me (very rude). I called back and got someone else, first he asked what time is it were Im at (your supposed to be customer service for NY and don't know what time it is). I asked him if the delivery was on route and explained prior experience, he said that its after 5pm so he would assume there not coming but cant be sure. I asked if they can contact the driver and he said that have no means of contacting drivers or the facility. Great customer service Primo, your doing amazing. They ended up coming on a Saturday, again not following instructions and left water outside, this time it was 10 big bottles and 4 cases. When we called and complained they said they were going to bring us the water that Wednesday 9/10/25 and not charge us (but did charge $6 delivery fee) and they would give us off $20 of next delivery. Again never showed, never called (we did call during day to double check they were coming). This is an absolute disgrace. We will be cancelling and I will advise people not to use this company. read more
