The guy taking care of me there wanted to push several car services that I didn't need or want. Finally when he gave up he asked for my keys, went to my car and returned right away saying that the 2 front tires needed replacement so he he couldn't do the tire rotation. I insisted but he still refused. Not enough money for the trouble, I gues. This company seems to be money hung/desperate and is willing to sacrifice a client in exchange for forcing clients to open their wallet wide open and grab all they can. I was there twice before today for oiul changes and they also wanted to push higher priced services, but I'm done with them and I even told the guy I was going to post this... he didn't seem to care one bit, so as I promised here is my review.

He said oh this is why your car was making that noise, it didn't have oil. So the repair he did was unnecessary for the reason I took the car there in the first place. I started crying there out of realizing that he overcharged me for something that had not fixed the problem. He said I needed to fix that other issue anyhow which my car didn't need. He said that my car should be running smoother and it wasn't and when I asked for a refund, he said he can put back the old parts but charge me labor for it. I never received an itemized bill when I requested one. On 4/27, the owner, Salvador who is also the mechanic, sent me text to call him to dicuss my concerns. I was able to respond on May1st. I called him and tried to discuss my concerns, but he kept on talking above me in Spanish. I told him that he scammed me and overcharged me and did not even check my oil on the initial day I had brought my car to his shop. Had he checked my oil, then the rattling problem would have been solved. Mr. Salvador ( I do not know his full real name) became very aggressive and agitated and proceeded to insult me and call me stupid and crazy and told me to go F@#$% myself because I wanted a refund or some sort of resolution. He then hung up on me.

Secondly, he was at my house within 90 mins from me speaking with him to begin working (and this was towards the end of the day so extra points for his willingness to come out after I had gotten home from work). Finally, I needed help installing an wi-if thermostat that my wife had purchased...we had previously had two other people come out who had not been able to figure out. Fred went above and beyond and refused to give up where the others had previously called it quits. After he was able to locate the new wires and properly set it up with the electrical wiring he stayed around to make sure it was working properly as we began to set it up. Again five stars doesn't seem to do justice but I really appreciate everything he did and would use him again and recommend him to family and friends!! Derek
