It was disappointing ordered via delivery . The order was wrong and items were missing. We ordered the Abruzzi sandwich and it did not have the Broccoli Rabe which is an essential component of the sandwich and why we ordered it. Missed items that we wanted added on the other sandwich. For what we paid including delivery, and what we received I was very disappointed. read more

Was visiting Colorado for a trip and had been on the lookout for a sandwich for days. All places closed earlier than I could make it. Finally was able to try a sandwich place and decided to try PrimoHoagies. Went in and was immediately acknowledged by staff. Placed my order for the Italian and it was absolutely delicious. Exactly what I was expecting. Sesame bread mixed in and topped it off. Will definitely return when I'm back in Denver. read more

Delicious sandwiches. A little on the pricey side but you do get a good size sandwich packed with ingredients for what you pay.

Absolutely disappointing. I was so excited to try this place, my mouth watered thinking about the sesame roll, what a let down..... Upon arriving and preparing to order I witnessed a young lady portioning krab salad, and absolutely making a mess out of the counter, not to mention that her hair, while admittedly under a ball cap, was not pulled back and in her face/ too close to food being prepped, nbd right? Next up, service was slow, but they had a ton of take out orders, so order ahead, seriously. If you do want to try this spot, order ahead. Finally received my sandwich, the pork Diablo, except it wasn't. Not spicy at all. No pepper cheese. Worst of all, the bread I had coveted and desired was dry as anything I could imagine, as was the sandwich as a whole. I mean the bread was worse than day old. Really a shame. Was it shipped from Philly? Had to have been. In order to continue I asked for a giant side of vinegar and oil to dip my sad dry sandwich in. The icing on the cake was setting the cashier wear her apron into the bathroom!! Clean it up and get the food right. I hope this was an off day, maybe the manager was out of town. Maybe I got some improperly rotated bread. I will try again, but I want be spending another $38 to find out. read more

As someone from outside of Philadelphia I was excited to get a primos in Denver and for the most part my experiences have been good, biggest problem is the sandwiches aren't constructed correctly every time, sometimes the lettuce is on the bottom sometimes it's stacked like a sub but other times they get it right. One other thing is they have the right bread but I find it stale a lot of the time, hopefully they work out the kinks read more

Decided to give them a second chance. The manager needs to learn what customer service and being a manager mean. There was a new employee on the register, and the manager seemed bothered to help her figure out how to add on items to hoagies. She was snorting her runny nose as I sat and waited for my sandwich, wiping her nose with her bare hand, didn't wash her hands after. Cleanliness in the dining area isn't upkept, crumbs everywhere. As an ex-chef, it makes me cringe inside, seeing the way that place is run. It deserves better management. There's no use in calling the store to speak with the manager when she's openly disgusting in front of guests. But hey, at least they got my hoagie right this time. I'm not the one to write bad reviews, but I hope corporate sees this and figures it out. I was excited to get Primo out here in Denver, but they're going nowhere if they continue with this type of management. read more

Happy to have a little slice of Philly in Colorado. Didn't have any issues with service except the person I was ordering from was a bit curt. Whatever, they imported the Philly attitude. It did take a while to get our sandwiches, but in fairness they were busy. So nice to have a hoagie on something other than the sponge bread every place in Colorado uses. read more

I placed the order online for the medium/primo big T and the sandwich is huge. I could've easily gotten a small and been happy. The sandwich is filled with meats and everything I wanted! Jesus Christ. This place is a mess. Waited 65 minutes for an order of 4 hoagies. Not rocket science manuscripts. Hoagies. The entire staff was in La La land. I'd say ONE order came out every FIFTEEN minutes, AT BEST! The manager, who knows. Certainly not offering gift cards, pleas for understanding+patience, or refunds to the dozen+ ppl jamming the store and waiting in disbelief and raging hunger. The upper management in Philly had better reign this place in before it tanks the franchise model. God bless the woman from South Philly who I chatted with while we watched a hellofalot of sandwiches NOT getting made. We really survived something together today, sister. Hope your hoagies, once you finally got them, weren't screwed up like mine were (no cheese on my Nona's! No pepper on my Diablo!). But how were the sandwiches you, Dear Reader, ask? Personally, I can't see past and un-live the experience of enduring this service.
