    STK Cheeseburger*

Got the STK Cheeseburger for takeout (which is also available on the Happy Hour menu if you want to dine in) and it's honestly one of the best values in downtown Denver. You get a nice big cheeseburger with a side of homemade chips. High quality and fresh ingredients. Their special sauce is good and reminds me of In N Out sauce which is a compliment. This is a win for sure!

Had been once before for cocktails before checking into our hotel and it was impressive enough to indulge ourselves for a 21st birthday dinner. Very cool vibe and atmosphere with a live DJ. Music was good and didn't overshadow the meal as some bars/restaurants who offer live musical talent, do. We sat down with Mitch, whose service and attitude were so gracious, you wouldn't have imagined he got called in on his day off. He was so well versed with the food and drinks that he was able to recommend something for everyone and nailed it!! The drinks were delicious and the food was exceptional. STK Lil BRGs, filets, asparagus, crispy Brussels sprouts, Market Veggies, braised beef short ribs, potato gratin, tater tots and whatever else I've forgotten, were all cooked to perfection. Mitch was especially good about a gluten intolerance and went out of his way to accommodate. If you find yourself in Larimer Square, do yourself a favor a search him out at STK, just one block over on Market. You'll be glad you did.

Great experience at STK Steakhouse! We had a party of 14 and our server was amazing, attentive, organized, and kept everything flowing smoothly. They timed our pre-ordered apps perfectly and cleared the table right on cue for the tomahawk steaks and sides. Our birthday girl had a great time. We brought a cake, but since it's $5 per person to cut and serve, we boxed it up instead. The restaurant is definitely a vibe perfect for a girls night out and not too far to walk down market street (or uber/lyft) to the bars. For larger groups, the "private" open seating area requires a $2,000 minimum spend with a $1,000 deposit to book. Parking is easy with garage validation next door or valet available. Keep in mind valet will end when the restaurant closes so if you plan to stay out later, let valet know and you can pay so that you have your key to take your car at the end of the night. Super kind guy by the way!

I've been to a lot of steakhouses, and after spending the last three days in Denver trying 6-7 affordable restaurants, I had higher expectations for STK. We were told it would be comparable to places like Capital Grille or Michael Jordan's Steakhouse, but it didn't quite live up to that. First, our food took over an hour to arrive, which set the tone for the evening. Surprisingly, one of my favorite part of the meal was the bread. I ordered the steak frites--the steak itself was actually pretty delicious, but the fries were cold and underwhelming. My husband had the NY strip with a peppercorn crust and mashed potatoes. The presentation was just okay; honestly, it looked like something he could make at home but he LoVED it and he loves steak. We also tried the lobster mac and cheese, which was decent but nothing special. We didn't order drinks, but our server was kind and clearly did his best. Still, the overall experience dragged on--we were there for about 2.5 hours. The atmosphere felt more like a club, with a DJ playing, which might appeal to some. I didnt mind but definitely lively atmosphere. This was our first time visiting STK in Denver, and overall it was just okay. I'd give it a 6/10, mainly because of the bread and my steak. Unfortunately, the rest didn't impress. ** also my server gave me a chocolate cake because I was celebrating two major milestone but the cake was okay too.

Went for a bachelorette party, my birthday, and a reunion with old college friends and it was such a great time. The food was amazing, the drinks were on point, and the ambiance was perfect. The music set the vibe without being too loud, so we could still actually talk and enjoy each other. This was my second time here, and even after not visiting for over seven years, it was just as good as I remembered. Honestly, the food was so good I didn't even stop to take pictures, which says everything.

Really sexy vibe with fantastic service that was right on point without going over the top. Knowledge of menu was top notch. We were not steered wrong! Those Parmesan crusted mashed potatoes will live on as THE mashed potatoes to beat. Great DJ and when Shots, shots, shots! rang out, we saw the sparklers and servers bringing us shots. The whole experience was superb. No notes!

Sat at the bar on a Thursday night. The place wasn't very busy. The music wasn't too loud. I enjoy STK it gives millennial steakhouse vibes. I ordered a filet with mashed potato's & a cosmopolitan. My steak was delicious I inhaled it. Our bartender was very quick with service too.

Came here during Denver Restaurant Week. The service was great and the staff were attentive, but the food unfortunately didn't live up to the expectations. We noticed that several of the items offered on the Restaurant Week menu were also listed on their happy hour menu, which was a bit disappointing. The skirt steak didn't resemble the typical skirt steak we've had at other restaurants, and the potatoes served with it were completely flavorless. The cheesecake tasted like something you'd buy at a grocery store rather than a restaurant dessert. Also the upcharge for a single shrimp was $6. Overall, great service and atmosphere, but the food could definitely be better for the price.

Popped in for happy hour! They have amazing happy hour prices compared to their regular menu prices. Our waiter, Alfred(o), was energetic and attentive. Drinks were $9 compared to $23 any other time. They have a 3, 6 and $9 food menu! I tried the lil burger & truffle fries, short rib quesadillas and steak frites. All tasty, bite sized dishes. I will say, for the plates to be as small of servings as they were, food service was extremely slow!! I had 2 drinks before any food hit the table. I had a great time enjoying the ambiance and the photo stand.

I can definitely see the appeal of this restaurant. After all, it has a primo location, valet parking and the ambiance is amazing! Unfortunately, I found their actual steak and cocktail flavors a little lacking , considering the price point. I've had much better steak at other locations further south.

After the starters, service got very slow (without anyone coming to explain the delay) and silverware sat uncleared between the main and dessert course. It was difficult to hear the explanations of each course and the server, though friendly, quickly ran through a laundry list of ingredients and sometimes seemed to struggle to remember all of them. After the first course, I'd also asked for flowers to be left off future dishes (though beautiful, it was a dietary restriction that I needed followed), but the prawns came coated in blossoms, so we barely had any of that dish. No one explained until it was cleared that they were chive blossoms. I'll also note the flower garnish is present in every dish and prominent in many dishes, and not included on the menu. After all of this, a hefty bill arrived with a mandatory 22% tip and a service fee for dining on the rooftop, where the restaurant is located. Really disappointed. The experience has put this once-longtime fan off this restaurant group.

It turned out to be a great decision. We were lucky enough to visit during their weekend brunch specials, offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I ordered the crispy cheese burrito, which was generously sized and very flavorful. I also enjoyed a flight of craft beers that showcased a wide variety of styles, from Mexican lagers to rich stouts. My son was equally pleased with his fish sandwich and fries. The service was friendly, fast, and efficient, and the food arrived quickly after ordering. The brewery offers several seating options, including patio seating, an upstairs patio, and bar seating. Since it was around 90°F that day, we appreciated being able to relax comfortably inside the air conditioning. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The food, beer selection, and service were all excellent, and I would definitely return if I'm back in the area.

Outside, there appeared to be some construction going on where there'd be outdoor seating, but it was too hot anyway so we wandered on in. It wasn't busy when we arrived, 1 party visible (later I realized there was another section with customers.) Cute decor with plenty of seating. Our server immediately greeted us and seated us right away. The brunch menu wasn't too overwhelming and she went over the specials. Ultimately, we ordered the following: Artichoke tortelloni Eric's bao-nuts Gabe's chronic chicken salad sandwich Rioja Benedict Colorado lamb burger From beginning to end, all the dishes were exceptional! Everyone loved their meal! The artichoke tortelloni was enough as an appetizer for a party of 4. Apparently, we ordered a "desert" with the Eric's bao-nuts to start everything off. This in itself was so good, I'd go back just for this if I had the chance. I personally had the colorado lamb burger. I generally tend to eat light and don't finish my meals in one sitting. This definitely wasn't the case. The presentation for the burger caught my attention as well. We were so happy with our meals that we decided to get a "2nd desert", the flourless fudge torte. Man, I'm impressed. Chocolate was not too rich or sweet, loved the cherry compote. This is was a winner! Overall, it was a great lunch dining experience to start off my mother's birthday. The service, presentation and food were on point! I'll be back in the future to try out their dinner menu. Thanks Rioja!

Drew was a great server, very attentive and made great recommendations for a solo diner. I enjoyed a glass of Grenache rose and the half portion of Goat Cheese Gnudi. The Gnudi were the fluffiest pillows of yum and the lamb ragù made it the perfect amount of filling for a late evening meal.
