The dough was the perfect texture and you could taste the freshness. And the filler ingredients were a delicious balance of flavors. For lunch I had the Ensalada nicoise. I'm very picky about my tuna - I only buy tuna from Basque Country in Spain. The salad was absolute perfection. The tuna was incredible. Each ingredient was fresh and absolutely wonderful. The salad was a perfect voice for lunch. The service was wonderful. The space was beautiful. Can't wait to return.

The Milanese de pollo was really good but not close to Argentinian style, no fries no fried eggs included. Only about 25% of the platter was actually tasty which was really unfortunate. The meats were super dry and pretty inedible. With better food options, this would be a top place to dine!!! Overall the ambiance made up for the meal, and it was nice timing to be able to have brunch at 10:30 and go straight to our tour of Polymath Park at 12.
