We hired Primos tacos to cater my daughters memorial reception back in February. We were very pleased with the service and quality. We did Carne, Chicken, and el pastor tacos and added the quesadilla package for the kids or vegetarians. The tacos and quesadillas were delicious and all the plates, cutlery, cups, and napkins are included along with your choice of 2 frescas. The entire process was easy as I was dealing with the loss of my daughter I didn't have a lot of energy to put this together so I really appreciated the fact that they responded very quickly with the information I requested and I was able to send the deposit via Zelle and locked in my date with no frustrations. So back in December my fiance and myself at the time were looking for a nice taco man to cater our wedding. We found Primos and said let's try them since they have 5 stars. I reached out to them and asked for a quote to cater my wedding. I was expecting it to be a ridiculous amount since you know one the word wedding comes out everything doubles in price. Once they informed me how much it was going to be I was actually surprised. Their prices are very reasonable. So we decided to book them for June 1st for the wedding. Later one we realized we needed more food and wanted to change from Horchata to Pina. When I was speaking with them and informed them of the changes I wanted they had no hesitation doing so. They were very kind over the phone ans never made it seem like I was bothering them. So the week prior to the wedding they reach out to confirm everything. I needed them to come a tab lit later then scheduled and they had no issue. Once they got there we started talking to plan how to set up abd I introduced him to the Bartender since they will be side by side and here is where I felt happy I chose them because he told me to go and worry about my wedding and he and the Bartender will figure it out together. And sure enough it worked put considering the space they had was a little tight. Once the food was ready all my guest ate and nothing but complements from everyone about how amazing the food was. They had great reviews, pictures of the food looked appetizing, and their pricing was reasonable. All the equipment was clean and very presentable. They even have a branded canopy which makes for nice pictures, oh yea and it blocks the sun too. Everyone loved the food and the agua frescas. We ordered chicken, beef and pork for about 100 people and they brought more than enough food. The salsa bar station and set up was great as well. The two guys that worked that day were outstanding. They were very courteous, professional and fast when making the orders. What I appreciated the most was that they even brought their own cardboard to ensure that no oil would get on the concrete in our backyard. Overall we were very happy with the service and food.
