Everything was packed with flavor and was to die for, and I'll be talking about the chicken for days after this! The chai latte was a great addition to the spread as well. Workers were so kind and attended to us very well , despite us arriving an hour before they closed. If you like heat, medium heat is a great place to start. The restaurant itself is a food truck attacked to a giant car port, housed under a giant yellow tent. This sounds weird, but as my photos will show, it's actually incredible. We were there on a grubby 45° February day and you'd hardly know it, chowing down in there on the brightly colored picnic tables atop a well manicured lawn of artificial grass, as trucker after trucker came through to pick up their food. The experience was sublime. You'll discover plenty of unique places to eat out there in this big weird world, and one day I hope you'll find yourself under a yellow tent in the middle of a parking lot full of idling big rigs eating samosas across from someone you're happy to drive across Missouri with, because it's these small joys that make eating your way through life so meaningful.

You can place your order online or at the walk up counter. There were several people in front of me, but the line moved fast. The menu is on the board behind the counter and you can see some of the fresh items displayed. There are some tables inside the restaurant if you decide to stay. It seems that the majority of the people ordered takeout. I ordered the onion pakoda, which is similar to onion straws, and it was a huge serving, enough for 2-4 people. It was served warm and crispy. The onions were sweet and the fried batter had good flavor. I tried the weekend special, which were 3 vegetarian choices out of 5-6: Palak Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala and Eggplant curry. Rice or naan does not come with it. It costs extra. The garlic naan was fresh and flavorful. The Palak Paneer was adequate, mildly spiced, and about what I expected. The paneer butter masala was well-spiced and had a slight capsaicin kick. The eggplant curry was absolutely delicious and rather spicy. I'm glad I had a drink close by. This was a very good value as I had enough leftover for another meal.

One individual stated, "if this was spicy they did not want to know what Indian spicy was like". The flavors make a party in your mouth. Our food came out steaming from the stove, fresh, and portions large enough to share with four people and still have leftovers. Family owned business. Has an Indian TV station playing with singing.
