Called because DoorDash wouldn't let me order a Fattoush with chicken. Called to inquire and the guy trued to help me with the order but then offered to just add the chicken for free! I actually tried grub hub and was able to get the chicken included on the salad as part of the order. I forgot to add extra tomatoes and cucumbers but I called to add them without a problem. The delivery was faster than expected. The food was fresh and everything was delicious.

I really enjoy eating chicken tikka and shawarma combos with the garlic sauce. But that doesn't stop there - The staff do thier up most best to make customers satisfied. Been coming here for many years as a loyal customer and still continuing. Thank you Team Princess

We had a wonderful catering experience with Princess Grill, Commerce location. Kenny went over and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. The food we ordered was for 30 people. A whole lamb with the special rice Qoozi. Kabobs, chicken cream chop, chicken tikka. Everyone took food home with them and we still have plenty for a couple more days. Order yours from here, you defiantly will be very happy that you did. The food was the star of the party. Thanks Kenny and everyone at Princess.

Rice pan for 12 person grilled combo

I had been meaning to give this business a try for a long time and finally did for a family gathering for a birthday party. We ended up getting the 12 person grilled combo and some additional sides of salads to feed our crew. First and foremost the food was very well made and extremely tasty where this business can go toe to toe with any of the Mediterranean restaurants in the area. Secondly the amount of food you get in these combo's is very generous where you clearly can feed way more people than the advertised number for the combo. Relative to the food, the grilled combo has a great cross section of meat to include multiple skewers of Beef Kafta, Chicken Kafta (my favorite), Chicken kabob, Chicken cream chop, chicken and beef shwarma. included sides were large portions of rice, stew and salads. Relative to the salads, they were all great and made from fresh ingredients where we had the hummus, tabbouli, Greek, fatoosh and Iraqi salads. Really hard to pick a favorite here but I would say the Iraqi salad would be it for me. Mediterranean restaurants/cuisine is a crowded field in Metro Detroit due to the large Arabic and Lebanese population in the area with a lot of good restaurants to choose from. However, when you combine quality of food with quantity of food all at a great price point then this business definately stands out from the competition. It took a long time for me to finally try this business but definately will not be that long of a wait for the next visit as this is going to be one of my go to spots for when we have large family gatherings in the future. A well deserved 5 stars in my book.

Chicken shawarma, $7 via doordash and huge!

4.5/5 from me so I'll round up to 5. This review is only for DoorDash delivery, which we ordered tonight. We have ordered from Princess before and it ended up being from the Orchard Lake Rd one, which is now called Majestic Mediterranean... And has the same menu as Princess but is a lot pricier now. We ordered: -chicken shawarma sandwich: huge and a great deal, for only $7. You can customize it and I got torshi, pickles, tomatoes, onions, and garlic. -beef kafta meal, $20. Comes with rice or fries PLUS your choice of soup PLUS another side. I wanted the chicken lemon rice soup; the flavor was good (but too lemony for my bf, he said) but it was SUPER thick and I hate thick soups. -8 oz. garlic ($5) plus bread ($2.99 or $3.99 I think). The pita bread is literally a HUGE bag (10 pitas) from a place in Dearborn but unfortunately it's not as good as homemade bread that Mediterranean places sometimes give. We had a 20% off coupon on DD too, so with a $6 tip, all this was $38, which wasn't too bad. Overall I'd order from here again - last time I tried their Chicken Tikka sandwich too and really liked it. I do wish they had a Chicken Kabob sandwich, which I prefer over a shawarma sandwich, but their shawarma sandwich is pretty good.

Build Your Bowl: Falafel, Bulgur (Cracked Wheat) Vegan, Hummous, Cucumber, Tomato, Pickled Turnips & Beets, Chic Peas

Really good Mediterranean food - and I definitely don't say that lightly! My friends, who live basically around the corner from this place, recommended it and as I'm always down to try new Mediterranean food places, we ordered carryout from Princess Mediterranean Grill. Online ordering system was super easy and intuitive, and the food pick up was fast (ready in ~10-15 minutes), which is about the distance it is from 12 Oaks, which is where I was running errands beforehand. It's located in a small strip mall sort of in the middle of nowhere, nestled more amidst the suburbs than in a business district or anything else. The portions are generous and in line with the pricing. Everything on the menu is very customizable and I built my own bowl. It's vegan friendly as well, given that one of my friends who recommended the place is vegan and absolutely loves it! I will def be back whenever I'm in the area and craving Mediterranean (let's be real...I'm always craving Mediterranean)!

Stopped by after being in the shopping center for another appointment. Ordered online and by the time I walked from car to counter the staff already confirmed my order was being made. Within 3 minutes ready to walk out. Overall pretty good quality.

Our "order" of pita... Burnt to a crisp, hard as a rock.

The seating area looked nice and clean too. The food was good - I got the chicken shish kafta which was soft. Just needed some hummus with it and it was great! And I don't remember what it was called but there's a dish under lunch specials which has chicken and sauce on fries and it was SO good. Probably the best thing we had. However the other chicken dishes were dry - chicken sajji was hard to cut and so so dry even with all the sauce on it. And the chicken shish tawook was hard and dry. It was our first time and I wish our waitress had given us a little more help in what was a popular pick, she just kept saying everything tastes good. Which is fine but if we're genuinely asking, it's because we are actually looking for recommendations! Overall it was good but definitely not getting any grilled chicken because this experience was not great with it.

Same family, new location in Clarkston!…read more We were long time customers of Beirut Palace in Royal Oak, and when they closed we were lost without their fantastic food. For the past 10 years or so we have tried all of the others in Rochester, Royal Oak and Troy and while they have things to like, none compared to Beirut Palace. My daughter happened to see their listing in Clarkston and called to ask if there was a connection. Yes - this is run by the kids of the original Royal Oak family, and some of the same people who worked there. The son and chef remembered us, and we remembered them. On to the food. They promised "Dad's recipes" and they were not lying. The Ghallaba, Arayes, green beans, fattoush, garlic sauce and hummus were just as we remembered. My wife has become a vegan, and had the "Super Falafel" sandwich which was gigantic, and she pronounced the best she had ever had. We were all overjoyed to discover this favorite place again. My daughter is 26, she was probably 3 or 4 the first time we had this food. It's the flavors of her childhood. Service was amazing and we enjoyed everything about it. It's a bit of a drive from us, but completely worth it. 10 stars!

I always appreciate a good fast-casual style restaurant that offers an easy menu with good and healthy options, so I was looking forward to trying out The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in West Bloomfield! Upon first glance, the restaurant looks very chill, well kept up, and has tons of seating options. The staff was also very kind and continually offered to help with anything during our visit. However... I have two main qualms. One is that the price per item adds up very quickly here. You essentially have to factor in that you can probably get 1.5 meals out of a portion, because otherwise, you're paying close to $20 for a single meal of fast-casual food. Keep in mind that most other locations of this caliber in this area would easily have 2 meals worth of food in one entree at a lower price. The food itself was pretty ok - I'd say it met our expectations of what a standard mediterranean restaurant should be. That said... they definitely disappointed us with the wait time. We went in on a slow Sunday afternoon, and though there was only 1 other family in the restaurant, we ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for our food. Ultimately... I'd probably recommend you try somewhere else -- The Great Greek Mediterranean is definitely casual, but nowhere near fast.

My husband and I got takeout, but it looked like there was a nice seating area as well. The only con for me for this franchise is the price - it's a bit pricey, but the sandwiches are huge, so you could make two meals out of it if you weren't super hungry. The sandwiches are about $13 each, and if you get a protein like lamb there's an upcharge. I believe the bowls are about $15 each. Make sure to ask for some samoon chips with your order, too! These are like bagel chips with za'atar spice and I've never seen them anywhere else. It was about $29 for two sandwiches for us - like I said, pretty pricey but portions are gigantic.

But you're limited on toppings to 2 of each section which I didn't like. I did get free bread and that was actually really good. It came out fresh. Service was nice and you can try sauces and such.
