After making a 4:00 appointment this morning, I figured I would be soaking my feet by 4:10. NO, after waiting for 40 minutes I was told it would be another 30 minutes before they could get to me. WHAT?!? Didn't I make an appointment? But so did "Madison" who was 15 minutes late. But they made sure to honor hers and take her back immediately, all the while leaving me to just sit and wait and wait and wait. Called another salon from the lobby and 20 minutes later I'm getting my mani/pedi. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with PRINCESS NAILS. They don't care you waste yours!!!! read more

Worst manicure ever!!! The tech kept stopping to answer the phone or stop to look at her cell phone. A customer behind me used the "F" word a few times in her conversation with her tech and no one bothered to say anything to her. The final result was a crappy, hour and a half long manicure. Gonna be honest and let y'all know that yes your nails may look good for the first couple days but after a couple days it shouldn't suprise you if a nail or two breaks. I have come here multiple time for acrylic nails and they will ALWAYS break, and on top of that the shape is never that clean. There are always pieces hanging out under the nail that I have to file down myself. On top of that I made an appointment weeks in advance and I still had to wait 45 min just to be seen by a different nail tech whom I didn't make the appointment with. I have been coming to Princess Nails for awhile now since they opened back up after COVId and my salon no longer had the nail techs that did good work. The staff is always nice but today is my birthday and so I made sure to schedule an appointment so that way I could be in and out so I could get to the rest of my plans for the day. Sadly though I guess having an appointment at 10:30am doesn't matter because they are letting walk ins with no appointment go before me. This was honestly very upsetting and not how I wanted to start of the morning of my birthday. I work in customer service and we only do walk ins around our appointments because what's the point of scheduling an appointment if walks ins can still go in before you? From now on I guess I'm better off not scheduling and just coming in when I feel like it since the appointment system doesn't matter. I've already been waiting 30 min and I still have another person without an appointment in line ahead of me. Sadly I might have to start looking at other options for a salon. I pay more at this location then others because I thought I would get better service and quality but starting to realize that's not the case. read more

I have been coming here for at least 5 years to get my nails and toes done. I've noticed since Annie and mike sold the business, the service has went downhill. The new owners are not as friendly and the workers aren't trained properly. I went to get the dip powder on my nails and a pedi and it took over 3 hours. The girl doing my pedi was new so it took her over 2 hours and she cut me twice. I waited to get my nails done and once the lady started doing them, she rushed through the whole thing and messed up the powder but left it like that. I'm assuming she left it because she didn't think I'd notice. The owner heard me asking my daughter if the color looked weird and he volunteered to "fix" them. He ended up putting the dip on way too thick and and it's coming apart from my nail bed. It saddens me that princess nails has become such a terribly ran business. read more

Excellent service, great selection of shellac colors, and very affordable (shellac manicure + eyebrow wax was $35). Unfortunately, the nail polish started peeling very soon after I got them done. I'm used to shellac polish being able to last at least 2, maybe 3 weeks. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Spent 2 hours waiting, finally got a gel manicure (polish, not acrylic) and had to have it basically re done!!! The white paint ran down my fingers and they literally painted over it with top coat and smeared it. The guy doing my friends nails said "you all are talking about us so we're treating you the way you treat us" .... we hadn't spoke a word about these workers... terrible terrible place do not waste your money here!!! read more

My regular guy wasn't available and I took anyone who was available. Kiki just started this week and WOW!!!! Best pedicure massage I have EVER had in my entire life!!!! I might be back for a weekly pedicure after this just to enjoy the relaxation. (I usually do every 2 weeks). If you come here definitely splurge for the deluxe pedicure - takes about an hour but worth every penny! read more

Usually it involves a long wait, especially on a Sunday, and a number of other inconveniences that make me wonder why I don't just paint my own nails. The technicians at Princess are amazing at what they do, and very friendly. I always feel welcome and at ease at this spa. I appreciate their quickness and attention to detail. I have been going to this salon for three years. This morning I went and had an appointment with Annie the owner....and she is no longer the owner. Annie and Michael just disappeared. The young man there said he did not know anything and the salon had a new owner but he did not know who. He said they had no time and no one was available, while I waited he got three calls asking for appointments with Annie...and he had to tell them she was gone and he did not know where. I have been going faithfully to this nail salon for two years. The salon is very clean and recently remodeled. They are very careful to sanitize all the instruments. They use plastic in the foot spa so you are not exposed to germs when you get your pedicure. The new upgrades include new massage chairs and foot spa bowls. The new massaging chairs are very nice. My favorites are Kathy and Annie. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than the mall. They do have a points rewards program which is a bonus.
