One place I went into said it would be 125$ to recover my files.!! I said no thank you .... I only needed a few word documents which in no way equated 125$ worth of work. I just had my hard drive replaced in April and now it crashed again so there wasn't much on it to justify the 125$ but this place saved my tail and was able to recover my work within a few hours and it was very affordable. He was very nice and understanding about my situation . Thanks to him I was able to get my files on my usb drive that day.... I finished and turned in my midterm paper on time. They listened to me, but I felt he blew me off like a bad cold. I was using their Amazon return service. There were two people in front of me and about 6 or so people behind me waiting. There was one person at the Amazons return. She stopped in the middle of a return to check out a customer. I couldn't believe it.I saw maybe two customers in the store. There were more employees on the floor than customers. Several of us asked if there was anyone else to help and basically got ignored.i noticed one young man moving boxes around. He was "working" right in front of us. He finally said he would help the next person in line. I got up there and I said "you've got to be kidding me. You saw all these people in line and just now you offered to help?" He told me that he had just come to work and had some things to do. I grew up in retail and know what good customer service is. To say the least it was anything but good customer service. I asked him if I could speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager. I told him he better get his shit together then, because there were so many people waiting in line, and he just did his own thing. He said he had his shit together and that the Amazon return was a courtesy service and then said "do you want to return this or not" I could not get out of there fast enough. Everybody in line was complaining. That"manager" needs some basic training in customer service and respect! I will never go back to Staples!
