    Sorry for the lengthy review but I don't normally post things like this but I thought this was a…read morewell deserved review because of the horrible experience I had with this business. I am so sick and tired of this place. They have had my Samsung Laser Printer for well over a month now! I have gotten 1 phone call from these people and the last time at the time of this writing was 2 weeks ago!!!!! I was told that my Samsung Laser printer needed a new drum and roller assembly for $130, I said ok order it. Couple weeks went by and I called and left my 3rd voicemail at that time and a tech called me back and said that they were "SLAMMED" and the drum/roller assembly didn't fix my printing issue a 100%. Said he'd call me back in a couple days and it's been over 2 weeks and no contact!!!!! I am about to file a police report and get my printer back, this is complete crap and I would stay far far away from this so called business. No communication = bad business!!!!!!!!! Edit: November 9, 2016. I call the printer people again about 9:30-10AM a gentlemen answers who I have never spoke with and did not know of the problems I was having. I was trying to be civil with this guy since he had never dealt with my issue before. I told the guy (can't remember his name)verbatim "you had better make sure to have Julie call me today" and he literally says " Don't threaten me!! I don't have to put up with that!" I said "that it wasn't a threat" and he proceeded to tell me that he didn't know anything about issue and no communication problems after a month of no answers and not having my printer, so the guy hung up on me because he claimed that I threatened them. Yeah...ok. I was literally on the the cut step of filing a police report for stolen goods at this point. My wife hear everything that I was saying too. So I gave it a couple hours before I tried to call back hoping I would get Julie or someone else that actually knew what was going on. So I called back and another gentlemen answers the phone. I explained who I was and What printer they had of mine and he said they are going to remove all the parts and give me my printer back and not charge me a dime because they didn't want to deal with me. I tried to explain to the gentlemen who claimed to be the owner of The Printer People that I did not threaten his employee and he said they have everything recorded (which I don't believe because if they listened to it they WOULD KNOW I did not threaten the guy, lol) it's still quite comical that saying verbatim "you had better make sure to have Julie call me today" and he literally says " Don't threaten me!!" So I obviously wasn't going to get anywhere with this guy who obviously believed his employee over anything I had to say. I get that. But I really wish you do have the recording of our conversation because any rational person would know damn well it wasn't a threat of any kind. Just a ticked off customer thinking that you guys are screwing with me and my property with ZERO!!!! Communication!! How is that professional!?!? Then the owner jerk goes on to say "well good luck finding a Samsung technician to work on that laser printer and blah blah blah". You know what!? You WERE NOT FIXING IT EITHER!! I will Fix It myself! For a hell of a lot cheaper, replacing the drum roller assembly is a piece of cake and I can get one for $50 bucks on Amazon! Then to figure out the other issue is after that because these so called printer people could not figure it out either and I believe that's the reason they were not calling me back. So the printer people delivered my printer back to my house on November 9, 2016 and works the same as when they took it and it's been like 6 weeks since they took it and did nothing to it, and Now my printer STINKS LIKE NASTY CIGARETTES!! You So Called Printer People are completely unprofessional and if I were needing printer services EVER stay far far far away from these jerks.

But anyway, we were in the store today, found everything we needed but boy! did we get a surprise at checkout. Robert, our cashier, brought up my wife's account and announced that, thanks to the unredeemed points we'd built up on her Easy Rewards program, not only were we getting a THIRTY-SIX DOLLAR discount, but we had an additional $20 off added to the account. And talk about your perfect timing--today was the last day of that deal!!! Robert's boss Virgil, who'd been standing nearby, explained how we'd qualified for all that savings and why it was important to check the app. OK, we don't but if we did, we wouldn't have gotten that great surprise. You could see and hear how happy he, along with Robert, was that the store could award us these savings. So Robert, thank you for being our early Santa on these few days before Christmas. You really made our day. Here's wishing Santa is as generous to you and yours as you and Staples were to us.
