My husband and I were traveling from San Diego to Chuckawalla Race Way with the 20-foot trailer…read more When we reached the Hemet area, my husband noticed the trailer was moving around too much, and he did not feel secure to continue driving, so we stopped on the side street. The ball that hooks to the hitch was loose, and we don't have a big wrench to tight it up. He used the crowbar and whatever wrench we had at the time to tight them up. It does the job but still doesn't feel secure because we had a 3,000-pound car in the trailer. My husband found the Topline Industrial, and we decided to stop. We found the wrench and a crescent wrench that were big enough to tight the ball up, but it cost around $88-$102. One of the guys that works there asked what was going on, so my husband explained. He then told us to move the trailer to the garage area so he could tight everything up for us with no charge. How nice! What a great customer service. This guy made our days, and we arrived at the Chuckawalla safely. Thank you so much.

Come the delivery date, of course Home Depot sends a text to cancel my order I panic and go back to this place even though I don't want to but am in need of materials for that day. I am greeted by Jose and inform him of the situation. He asks why I went to Home Depot and I told him why. Customer service is everything to me. He apologized for the service I previously received. He helped me out, gave me an excellent price, got all my materials to me, and answered all my questions along the way. Because this was a project we did ourselves and have zero knowledge, he was extremely helpful with guidance as well and very patient with me. When THEY finished, we were left with unpainted interior walls, window trim repairs undone and/or unpainted, and mismatched paint color on stucco repair saying they had not quoted the full project as discussed. We paid a premium thinking it was a comprehensive coordinated project. Review the quote carefully to ensure the service you discussed is what was actually quoted. He did what was in quote (outdoor trim and very minor stucco repair), but not what we walked through and discussed. We will need to hire another professional to finish the job.
