I found a tile that I loved but they quoted me a price I could tell was a little high. I went searching online for someone else who carried it and no luck. I ended up calling the Fontana location and off the cuff Matt was SO nice and gave me a great price. He shipped the material to Aneheim at no cost, and then checked in a few days later to make sure everything worked out. 2. Fast forward a few months, my contractor asked me to get more tile. I called Matt in Fontana again, and again, great service and he didn't bump up the price even though prices are rising like crazy right now. Again shipped to Anaheim, no problem. 3. 2 weeks later: We went to Anaheim to pick up the material, it was lost. The Anaheim folks were a little snippy from the start... not a super friendly tone. I called Matt back, he sent out a replacement shipment and had it delivered to my home. What a champ!! Thanks Matt for the great customer service, prices, and recovering well when there was a hiccup. PS I LOVE the tile I picked and am so excited to see it in my remodeled bathroom.

So my wife and I recently bought a house and were looking for a nice affordable tile that wasn't going to kill our wallets. Carmen was very helpful with the buying process in explaining the different types of tiles, and grouts. Gave us a discount because of the volume we were buying and we love the tile we got. Would recommend to family and friends, and to people reading this review I will say that they don't deliver you do have to pick up and drive the tile home yourself. read more

I did take the right measurements, and bought everything that I need it, in other words,I was prepared for my job. House projects are very important, so we need to prepare and make adjustments on tile. Its always right to get up to 10% more than needed.i learn it the hard way.
