I needed my 'dog' car cleaned so visitors could use it. It was in pretty bad shape after the winter - wet, muddy dogs jumping in and out. Plus, I'd hit a skunk a few weeks before, so it didn't smell very good. Pristine Auto Detail lived up to their name. They did an awesome job. No skunk smell remnants and most of the dog hair was gone (impossible to get all of it). And the fixed the headlights - they were really foggy and now they are crystal clear. I got my SUV detailed on the interior and was so impressed with Keith and his team. In my opinion, the car was pretty grimy (3 kids, food stains, a weird smell), and they did a fantastic job and the car felt like brand-new afterward. These guys are GREAT! I called them on short notice for headlight restoration and they were able to do the work the next day. Overall I wasn't impressed. I appreciated that they tried to make it right by taking off the hand wash from my price but the outside of my car was left with bugs, wax, and other debris. Maybe I am asking too much from a hand wash but I would expect the cleaners to wash off the bugs. Nice try but I won't be returning. read more

They did a great job on my car, thoroughly detailing it inside and out. My four-year-old car looks like it did the day I drove it off the lot. When I've had my car detailed in other places, I've been disappointed, because there didn't seem to be the attention to detail that one would expect. But Pristine exceeded my expectations. Also, when I made the appointment, they couldn't get me in for a few days. I told Keith about a grease spill I'd had on the upholstery that day, and he had me bring it in right away and got the stain out completely. He didn't charge me for it; he said it would be part of the detail cost, even though he had no guarantee that I'd actually show up for the appointment. And Pristine provided me with a loaner car while they were working on mine. All of the above is old fashioned service that is woefully lacking in most places in this time of "big box" businesses. Keith also gave me a great recommendation to a local mechanic. I recommend this place highly, it is now definitely my go-to place for auto detailing. read more

Keith runs a GREAT auto detailing shop like no other! I brought in a my new to me black 20014 Range Rover Evoque 2dr coupe to see if they could get the swirls and small scratches in the clear coat out. I knew what I was getting into with black but had settled on that color. Keith recommended Opti Coat after buffing and polishing. It was a little spendy but I felt confident it was the right thing to do after talking with Keith. I was smiling from ear to ear when I picked it up. It looked like a new vehicle right off the lot. No scratches or swirls left and it has stayed that way and it never will need waxing again. Opti Coat is great for all cars I'm sure, but for black vehicles, it's a life saver. Now i take my Range Rover for the wash and detail as needed. Always looks like new when I arrive to pick up. Keith always does a quick look over with his polishing towel handy to make sure that not a spot was missed. Attention to detail is there speciality. Highly recommend for older restoration detailing and everything to brand new. Great job Keith and staff. read more

A five gallon jug of water spilled in the back of my SUV, and after a month and nothing but rain and cold, it never fully dried, causing my SUV to smell like rotten trash! I took my vehicle in and ended up getting all the carpets shampooed, the interior detailed, and the outside detailed and it literally looks and smells like brand new. Not only am I impressed with how nice my vehicle came out, I was very happy with the customer service I received. They were very friendly and personable! As I waited, they offered drinks and even gave me a ride to my gym so I could work out while they worked and they picked me up when it was finished (which i thought was very nice considering they were very busy and it was my choice to take my car in when I didn't have a ride elsewhere). I will definitely be returning here for any car washing/detailing needs!!!!! The only place I'll go as long as I live in the bay!!! read more

I have had my personal vehicle and 3 company vehicles detailed at Pristine Auto Detail and I am beyond impressed. From the start you are greeted by the owner Keith and his extremely friendly staff. They make you feel at home immediately. The waiting room is spacious, clean and inviting. From there it only gets better. The first vehicle I brought in was my 1966 VW Riviera Camper Bus. It had a lot of surface scratches on the original paint, the interior was in need of some TLC, the windows were dirty etc etc. Not only did they remove the surface scratches on the paint, it actually shines like a new paint job! That is quite a feat considering the paint on my bus is 46 years old! I was truly amazed. They really went the extra mile too. They actually removed and replaced my roof rack so that they could detail the top of my bus - no easy feat as the bolts were more or less rusted in place. They also completely transformed the interior of the bus. Every nook and cranny (and there are lots of them) were meticulously cleaned. They even removed the headlight lenses and cleaned the insides! I cannot say enough about the attention to detail and effort they put forth. I was so impressed with what they did with my bus that I took 3 company vehicles to them and once again, they knocked it out of the park. All 3 vehicles look brand new. The trim on my 2004 Honda Element was faded and oxidized and they brought it back to life. It looks like it literally came off the assembly line. One of the vehicles, a 2006 GMC pickup, had a funky smell that we could never seem to get rid of. Pristine Auto Detail fixed that problem too. The interior not only looks fantastic, it smells great too! And I am not the only one who is so impressed. Everyone at my company commented on how great the vehicles looked and smelled. I took my 10 year old Avalanche to Keith to see what he could do with it. All the gray plastic had turned milky-white, and there were numerous scratches on the sides from driving through the fields. When I picked it up, I couldn't believe it was the same truck. Not only were the scratches gone, but all the plastic was restored to a like-new gray color again. Amazing. They did a wonderful job on our car! The interior was in major need of a cleaning, especially the rear headliner which had 5 or 6 grease streaks on it. I am so glad I did not try to clean the headliner myself, as I know I would have just smeared the grease stains. They got them all out! It looks beautiful now! Following repeated attempts to work with the dealer for my 2018's extra coating, I began online research. Pristine came first so I then made an unscheduled in-person visit. I was very impressed to find that Keith, the owner, was a hands-on person yet stopped and patiently talked to me and showed me the product as well as different vehicles he'd worked with. After explaining the cost and procedure I still needed to think about it, which was fine with him. There was absolutely no pressure or trying to sell me more than what I wanted or needed. I called and scheduled my appointment the next day. Again, he took his time to answer my additional questions. I dropped the car at this shop on a Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon I received a text of surprise pictures of the finished car. What a job! He worked above and beyond to remove the damage I did with well water due to bird droppings. Recently the car and I returned for the included 30 day car wash to find him hands-on another car but with the same familiar smile. I stayed inside to wait but he soon came for me and we went to the washing pad. He illustrated how water and rain would roll off each part of the car - paint, trim and wheels.I would definitely give this business more than 5 stars if I could. My Subaru and I will be returning as needed. It's such a great feeling knowing the car ended up where it should be, with somebody I can trust. read more
