Came in here and they were able to wash my shelby f150. The greeter was very nice and got me in right away. The owner then said hi and even offered me a cappuccino. I got the platinum wash and was very happy with it. Will definately return

My trunk was not touched by a vacuum nor were any of the leather seats wiped. Waste of $20. I will not be back.

Went for a wash early this morning (Silver) and my car was not touched by a vacuum nor were any of the leather seats wiped down. Needless to say I will not be back. Update **** I posted this over a week ago and have still not been contacted by the owner or manager regarding my request for a refund. Poor business practice. Update 2 **** Since I'm unable to respond to the owner's comment, I'll include it here. I had 3 items in my trunk which included a child stroller, one small shovel and empty reusable grocery bags. The backseat was not stained but rather left unwiped whatsoever. The excuses provided are a sorry excuse for bad service. I'm happy to report that Royal Car Wash on route 23 had absolutely no issue cleaning all of this, covered under a $16 Level 2 car wash.

I've been going here two years now and with different cars I can officially say I will no longer becoming here after the monthly wash is up. The way i was treated was very disrespectful and it honestly shows why they have two-three stars I should've known. I came here for a routine cleaning I have a monthly for their platinum cleaning. Honestly every time I went there the inside windshield was never cleaned and they left my mats soaking wet. EVERYTIME. The owner even noticed and made her workers dry them, the one time. LOL. First thing I noticed was something on my windshield but I thought it was either water or like a mark that wasn't cleaned, but it wasn't there before. Next thing I noticed was the car was not properly cleaned and again mats were wet and the inside of the windshield was not cleaned properly. Honestly I'm not one to even do reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I was told to come back to take a look at the windshield. Upon getting there I was ignored by the staff for almost 10 min and eventually walked up to them myself to address the situation. I talked with Tony and he eventually took up a nasty tone, said they weren't responsible, and said I need to speak with the owner. I waited for the owner to come out and she immediately wrote it off as a pebble did, it was probably there before. And I immediately said no it wasn't because it's very noticeable, if you're sitting in the drivers side and look straight at the road it's right in front of your face, it's not something I would miss on one a brand new car and two on a just cleaned car ( I had taken it to be cleaned just two days prior). She then tried to say the car could've been too dirty to notice and that's when I said I had just gotten the car cleaned two days ago and it had just rained yesterday. She started to get loud with me even because I refused to except what she was saying. I pulled in with no crack and pulled out with one and on top of that I didn't even get what I paid for because the car still dirty. The best part is she tried to make it seem like I haven't gone here for a couple years now which was a slap in the face. This place is clearly not appreciative of loyal customers and the revenue we bring. Honestly guys there are other small businesses that do a better job for less don't waste your money or time here I know I won't anymore.

I had a totally unexpected but wonderful experience when I stop by Pristine Auto Spa. I was emptying my husband's car asking myself "how am I ever going to get this thing clean" when Tony walked up to me and said "is that all your stuff?" I said "yes it is" and he said, "how about a 15 minute detail?" I said "if you can get it done in 15 minutes go right ahead!" Well he was true to his word and the car turned out beautiful, immaculately clean and considering what it looked like prior that is a miracle. I highly recommend Tony at Pristine Auto Spa To make your car sparkle ;-)

Cupholder cleaning is listed in the services

This is not what I expect when I spend almost $30 on a car wash. Interior still dirty, wheels still dirty, barely vacuumed, and never received the tire shine. This isn't the first time I've had a poor experience since the new owners took over(very very nice people by the way). It however is the last time I will be going there.

My daughters first used car needed a little detail TLC. Was I in for a shock! Tony kept saying "I'll take care of it we don't mess around here" I been coming to Pristine for years for oil changes and car washes but never a full detail. Well I left my daughters first used car we just purchased her that is in good condition but needed to have exterior clay barred, compound and waxed. Interior was in need of shampoo rugs and seat steamed cleaned plus just normal inside detail. Tony went above and beyond. He did full engine detail, restored the headlights to almost brand new condition. But wait!!! There is more. The car had a few small scratches. I could not get the paint. He said "don't worry I got you" He not only went to the Ford dealership and got the paint with his connections, he did all the scratch repairs and then completed the full exterior detail. Tony left the car looking like a brand new car. I was amazed because I never thought that the car could look so new. Tony is a professional and keeps to his word on what he promises and a detail magician to boot! Tony and Pristine Spa are the best around and very fair with reasonable and affordable pricing. I recommend Pristine Auto Spa and service center for all your auto needs. Tony my daughter is so happy with her new car. You really showed how you care about your customers . Thank you!

This it's how they clean your wheels here.

This place does a very poor job of cleaning a vehicle. I stopped here for a car wash based on convenience and was highly disappointed in the overall result. the folks here are nice enough they just do a poor job on the details. My car had dirty wheels with road grime and the tires that had actual dirt on them from getting into a slightly muddy area in upstate New York. The rims came out just a little bit cleaner than they did when they went in on the face but all the inner surfaces were filthy and untouched. The tires came out with the same mud on them after being washed. I can't imagine revisiting.

Nice options for car washing, they do a very good job at reasonable prices. They do car detailing as well, but I have not tried that yet.

Joe Sirugo is THE BEST for transmissions…read more ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO GERMAN TRANSAXLE IN BEND OREGON. I should've read my warranty with German transaxle... ($60/hr up to$500 maximum if something goes wrong) Nobody works on transmissions for under $90/hr and you definitely can't remove and replace a transmission for $500. It is MUCH more than that. Joe and Eric will beat their price and give a better warranty guaranteed. This is my story about German Transaxle.... I'll try to keep this short and to the point. I purchased a rebuilt trans from GTA and drove my VW Eurovan RV (see photo) to the east coast to visit my mom and my 90 year old grandparents. By the time I got from California to New Jersey the transmission failed. A bearing started making an incredible grinding noise and was getting louder and louder every mile. So there I was, stuck in Jersey in the middle of the winter. I exhausted a multitude of expensive transport options. I needed to swap the faulty transmission for a new one. The most logical option was to have GTA send a new one to a shop in Jersey and to send the old one back. GTA absolutely WOULD NOT send me a new transmission until they had the old one in their possession. (??) It made me feel like they didn't trust that I would give them my old core back? What do I know? I don't know how things go in the world of used transmissions. At any rate, no shop in Jersey was going to let my RV sit on their lift for 3 weeks while I shipped the old one and waited for a new one. Every shop reasoned that an immobilized lift would cost them thousands of $$ and apparently you can't just take out the transmission and move the vehicle off the lift, because the transmission bolts into the sub-frame and things get real loosey-goosey when you take the transmission out. My other option was to flatbed my RV from coast to coast. The cost for that is astronomical. I didn't have an extra $10,000 laying around. I seriously thought I was going to lose my RV ($30,000). I ended up ditching my plan to see family and had to limp my RV to a storage yard and fly home ($400) to CA and get back to work. 2 months later I formed a plan that I think no sane person in their 40's would do. I talked to one of the transmission shops I had talked to and asked them if they would help me save my RV. He thought I was crazy but he was aware of my position. He said he didn't want to see me lose my RV and if I really was going to do it, he would let my vehicle sit in his lift for 8 days, no charge. PCT Transmissions Pompton Plains, NJ Joseph Sirugo He rebuilds and guarantees better prices, better warranty %. (973)628-0678 Anyways, I flew back to Jersey ($400), rented a car, put the old transmission in the back of the rental and drove and slept next to a transmission on the side of the interstate for 8 days (see photo) from Jersey to Bend and back to Jersey. ($800 rental + 7,000+/- miles of fuel) GTA inspected and agreed that their product failed. They said they weren't going to charge me the $1100 +/- for the damaged parts but they WERE going to deduct the mileage I put on the old transmission from the new transmission's warranty. (??) I was really surprised when they told me they could charge me. The owner helped me load the new transmission into my vehicle and after seeing my sleeping bag next to it, laughingly said "now, get to work"... I then drove all the way back across the United States. This an unemotional, factual account of a 5 month ordeal from me finding GTA online, getting my old transmission replaced with them, having the new transmission fail, almost losing my RV and, against all odds, figuring out a solution. Like I told GTA, if I owned their company, I would have sent my customer a new transmission without question right away and done everything in my power to make it right. I guess since they have the market cornered on the west coast, they don't really have to worry about that. Either way, my experience with GTA was costly, frustrating and time consuming. (I did not include the $$ I lost for taking time off work either.) I don't hold grudges, but as a consumer, I feel it my duty to unemotionally relay to other consumers the facts here. My new transmission has performed well, but I would strongly encourage anyone working with GTA to: ***READ YOUR WARRANTY*** This can happen to you.

He hardly worked on it, he had a lame excuse anytime I'd get him on the phone (which was rare). Instead he was "attempting" to do the repair, likely spent an hour or two at most and did so, here and there, the repair was not done and he broke parts and hardly did anything he was asked to do, he was supplied every single prt and tool by me, he did do what he was hired to do and what he did was minimal and broken and incomplete. I live out of town, so, after a little online research, I reached out to Rockaway Service due to their 5-star reviews. When I inquired as to the cost of plugging a slow leak, I was told there was no charge as it was a service they perform for free. I was taken aback. No charge? Naturally, I had my mom drop the car off. Pat and Dan were very nice. A short time later Dan called me to discuss an issue with the sub-frame. My mom's vehicle is a Jeep Compass - subframe rotting out is a well-known and common issue. I was actually already aware of this on my mom's car and had been keeping an eye on it for the last year or so, knowing it would need to be replaced at some point. Dan texted me photos of the current condition with his recommendation that I not put it off any longer. The photos he took while the car was up on the lift showed the rotting had progressed much further than I could see from my vantage point with the vehicle on the ground. I grew up working on cars my entire life: My father was a huge do-it-yourselfer, so I know my way around an automobile. I know if I'm being spoken to honestly or not. I was trying to hold off because it could be a pricey repair, but Dan was correct - I could not put it off any longer. We made arrangements to bring the car back in a week. My mom dropped off her car to get the repair done and they actually drove her to work - unfortunately, the repair took a little longer than expected (as these things sometimes tend to do - it happens) so they picked her up at the end of the day and drove her home! Knowing my mom needed the car (she a senior widow, living alone), Dan stayed late the next night, finishing the repairs and then he personally delivered the car to my mom at her house! Who does that? Both Dan, Pat and even Denise (the woman that answered the phone) were all pleasant and professional. They went above and beyond what I would consider to be "normal" service. My mom is ecstatic about how much better the car drives and I'm very happy with the pricing. I think everyone can agree that it's very difficult to find a mechanic you can trust, and cold-calling one like I did here was a gamble. But it was a gamble that I'm glad to say paid off. I can't say enough good things about the way they treated both my mom and me. I know I tend to be overly wordy sometimes... but this time it's warranted. I just wish I lived closer to them, as, based on this experience, and the way they treated us as a first-time customer, would be very confident having them service my entire families' vehicles. I have no qualms or reservations about recommending them. Thanks, Guys! Brian Dowling
