This is the worst place. I brought a car for an oil change and wash a month ago and while I was waiting the guy came and told me the oil was leaking. This car never leaked oil so I didn't think much about it. The next day I started finding oil all over my driveway... I figured they must have broke something and knew they would never accept responsibility so I didn't even bother bringing it back there. I brought it to the mechanic I usually go to and he said it wasn't leaking oil the guy that did the last oil change didn't tighten the drain plug and that's how it was coming out. Stopped in for a needed car wash and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly. The owner was very sweet and offered me a cappuccino, which is complimentary. The coffee was quite good. The conversation with the owner was better, and my car was cleaned and exceeded my expectations. Good value and great service. I'm looking forward to my next car wash at Pristine. I heard mixed reviews of this new car wash, so I figured I would try it for myself. My car was so dirty because of all the snow. The line was a little long, but I guess that is what happens when you are a popular business. I went with the larger package for interior and exterior. They did a good job. I especially like that they cleaned my mats well. When I left my car was not 100% dry. It's one of my pet peeves. So that is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Upon arriving for an oil change they told me I need full synthetic which was fine I asked them if they could check and balance one tire for me. I've now been here for 1.5 hours for something that takes 15 minutes. Then they hand me the bill $123.34 to do an oil change and balance one rim. Asked me if I wanted my free car wash today told them yes because we'll never come back here. If I was told it was an addition $30 to balance one tire and my oil filter wasn't included it was another $10 I would never have even let them touch my car. I have never written a bad review before but after my experience, I felt that I had to say something. I paid for the Gold Package which included an interior wipe down and vacuum. I've been to plenty of car washes and do not expect everything to be perfect as I am not getting a detailing. With that being said, I came back into my car and realized that they did a horrible job on cleaning the interior. Not vacuumed, dirt left all over my doors, seats and dashboard is still dusty with water spots on them. I've seen the owner on numerous occasions and she portrays a luxury experience with some fairly expensive pricing and all you end up getting is a botched job. I have been here before and have tried to give them numerous chances but I am sick and tired of spending $$$ and getting a poor car wash. You have 4 people cleaning your car and they just barely put in the work. Not coming back anymore. Waste of money read more

Brought my 2001 Altima in for an oil change two weeks ago and they never put back the drain plug. Three days later all the oil leaked out and my car died leaving me stranded on the side of the road. The damage is irreversible and now I have to get another car. They were very rude on the phone and refuse to acknowledge any responsibility even though the mechanic that my car was towed to told them directly what they did wrong. I don't know if they'll compensate me for the new car (they absolutely should) but I do know that unless you want your car completely destroyed, don't bring your car here for an oil change ever. Actually have an update today... the owner finally got on the phone after all the employees refused to put her on and she was very very nasty on the phone and my mother and I multiple times had to ask her to lower her voice. Insults were thrown our way saying my mother was a lunatic and that there was something wrong with her constantly. Just an awful experience. Take your car literally anywhere else to get an oil change but here. read more

I took my car there to have it cleaned (detailed) after my son had an incident and had vomited in the car. Yes it's gross and smells but it was all liquid. I took it there with completely different expectations. My son brought it home after they called him and said it was done. I am so disappointed and upset. I paid $150+ tax. No cheap. I couldn't even see what they did. I have had a better car wash and cleaning for $25 in Pompton lakes. I had to go over many spots with a rag. I legit was trying to see the difference and there was none. I do not recommend them at all. Usually a detailing includes a car wash as well. Forget the cash wash but the inside could have been cleaned better by a toddler that's how bad it was. I will be calling them to complain but I needed to cool off first. Caution! This business steels customers' money. Pristine Auto Spa was known as Wayne Auto Spa under previous ownership. Wayne Auto Spa sold 10-wash cards. My wife and I bought two of them (for each of our cars), but did not use them completely before the change of ownership. The new management honored these cards at first, but then stopped accepting them without any warning or notification. We had the total of 7 washes left on 2 cards ~ $140 value. read more

Probably 1, 1.5 stars but I'll be generous. Refused to service my wife's car without purchasing the Plattium full synthetic oil change claiming they have seen problems with putting conventional oil in cars. Then why offer it? Every oil change since 2012 for her car was at this center, including 2 with the new owners, whom did not bat an eye at the silver package in the past. Claimed that prior owners, "Used to do very shady things all the time," and that they were right. A quick reference to our owner's manual shows that, "Your vehicle is designed to be used with 5W-30 conventional oil." Also in my last oil change they improperly removed the plastic under my car, leading to a repair at Ford for $100 due to it hanging off my car less then 2 hrs after being serviced. I did not bring this up to the owner during our last talk, though I'm sure I'm wrong on that as well. We decided that Mavis/STS up the street is better for our business. Service wise, they are fine despite the above pricing issues. Free cookies and coffee, waiting room and bathroom are clean. Just be very careful with being sold something you dont need. read more

I really wanted to like this place. My husband is a monthly customer and is fairly satisfied with the job done on his truck. I am not satisfied. The last time I was there I went for the most expensive wash they have. Big waste of money. They didn't clean my dash or the inside doors. And they didn't even attempt to vacuum the dog hair off the sides of the seats. I know dog hair is tough but they didn't even try. Very disappointing. read more

I am a monthly member of this car wash but they are very very understaffed it takes forever to get your car washed if there are even a few cars in front of you it's a 45-1 hr experience that's insane... need more people working the line for sure. Might be canceling my membership just cause it takes way too long. While I was here I noticed the major bottleneck is while they are vacuuming 2 guys vacuuming and stuff in the beginning and like 6 guys during your car... either way takes forever read more

I tried to inquire about getting a detail done at this establishment, but the manager or owner was very rude as i overheard him talking to another worker about me as i was in my car. Needless to say I've talked to my friends and they agree they hear him be rude to his OWN workers. They also talked about canceling their monthly plans and they already have or are considering it in the near future. This place is horrible. I have gone to this location for many years. Not sure if owner changed. It was never great but average to good. Now it is horrible. The mats were not done. They just were wet to appear like someone cleaned them. The silver clean noted on sign that cup holders would be done. Not even around the cup holders or the console had even been touched by a wet cloth. The side panels on doors inside nothing. The tires were done by the inside car wash. They didn't even wipe them with a cloth so whatever was missed was still dirt. I will never go back. There was no line and many workers. 23 bucks wasted. The outside was adequate as the machine did an ok job. No fragrance as noted on the sign. The cashier was friendly. That's the one star. read more

Got a car wash today and did gold service which includes full service plus tire shine. The car was left undried.. nothing was wiped down in the interior. Wheels were not touched. Today my husband brought my daughter's car there for an oil change. Part of the service is to check the fluids. All of the fluids are marked as checked on the receipt, yet on the way home the light came on for windshield fluid. My husband checked it when he got home and sure enough it was almost empty. Does this mean none of the fluids were checked? So I called the place at 2:48 and was told they are busy and that they would call me back. At 4:30 I called again and was told they will call me back but they are still busy. Really? The place since closed so it isn't busy and still no return call. I stopped going there because under the previous owner this kind of stuff happened a few times. I thought new owners meant new business practices or at least that they would care enough to call a customer back. Well, I was wrong, and won't go back. I finally got a call back only to be told that they don't fill windshield washer fluid in the winter because it freezes and cracks the reservoir tank. WTH? Really? Well I don't need fluid in the summer, and I've been driving over 30 years and have always used fluid with antifreeze in it. Are you kidding me? how incompetent. read more

By far the worst experience I have EVER had with any business. I brought in my car for a routine oil change and left with SEVERAL car issues. They convinced me to do and antifreeze flush, I paid an EXTRA $80 and they did not do it correctly. This resulted in my engine overheating while I was on the highway driving home from work. The next day I went to Pristine auto spa, and complained and asked for them to fix their mistake. I waited over 2 hours, they CLAIMED they fixed it, but my car is the same again.- overheating and not able to drive . I am now NOT able to drive to work , I have to RENT a car while my car sits in my driveway and is broken for absolutely no reason. I have my lost my trust in the establishment, and I will make sure that no one I know will ever bring their car here. I am beyond upset since I have been coming here for years, as well as my whole family. And I am even more upset that i have gone twice and they have only brought me more issues. read more

Told the guy I want gold oil change which is 51.95$. Once it was time to pay, it turned out it was 109.46$. No one told me prior to the service that there were extra charges and how much extra I will have to pay. After the oil change the car wash was included, I waited a good 40 min and still my car wasn't washed and when I went to the back I found my car parked on the side of the car wash line running and being yelled at by the old lady who owns the place for holding up the line. After being a loyal customer for years, bringing my car, my pickup truck and sons car for oil changes, they suddenly don't stock the regular oil for my car anymore but for an extra 20 dollars they can use an upgraded oil. Sorry, I'm not spending $59 for an oil change in my 6cyl Ford Escape when I'm used to being charged $39,They just lost another customer and all my business.
