What can I say.. same experience as the other reviewers. They did a very poor job, refused to go back and fix it. Not to mention we've been trying to reach them for days! On top of everything, the manager did threat would also leave our company a bad review if we would leave their company one. What they don't know until they read this review, is that if they do leave our company a bad review since we never offered them any Services, they will hear from our legal department with a Cease and Desist Letter and likely sue them for defamation. So there you have it. No Ethics either.

Did the move out cleaning,They showed up early which was a good thing, but missed so much I had to go through and redo a lot, the company they used to clean the carpets barely did anything, to the point our realtor had to have another company come in and redo it and we had to pay all over again.When I voiced my concerns to them they were of no help and sent the response I posted below. Cost me $437 through pristine and an additional $340 to do it all again. I can easily say I wouldn't recommend them for move out cleaning.

Hired to do move out cleaning. Property manager gave them a second chance to correct what they did poorly and still wasn't up to par. Tried to work with them to get refund, they refuse. Do not use!! Examples of some of the things they didn't pay attention to and the after of a new company fixing.

Hired this service for move in cleaning 3hr 2 people , nothing was cleaned/changed after they complete. (Except small guest bathroom). The team is not professional and not responsible.

I'll never clean another bathroom In my life. Worth every penny. The cleaners are professional, efficient, and quick! The owner is so easy to communicate with and their office checks in during the whole process. As a nurse, this is money well spent as I don't have time to clean and spend time with my 6 month old. If you're on the fence, just do it. You won't regret it.

I Was looking to establish with a cleaning service that was reputable and not outrageously priced. I've used other services before and found myself disappointed... often thinking that I could have done a better job myself. Hence why I never chose to set up something reoccurring Not with this company. I like the online features for scheduling and the appointment reminders via text. B's team came out and did a great job. Even added some really nice touches in the bathroom that made her standout. Super efficient and friendly. Setting up for monthly services ! Excited to have this extra help from a reputable place.

This is the WORST company. I honestly don't know how they got so many stars. They didn't clean anything properly l, broke items in my house and were having private phone calls while working. I contacted the company and was told there is nothing they can do because there is no evidence. And they overcharged my credit card. DO NOT hire these people!!! UPDATE: I called before I booked online to make sure 3 hours would be enough and was ensured it was. I never insisted they stay and never asked for anything for free. Funny how this guys makes comments about what happened and he wasn't there. The cleaners told me several time the office staff don't know what they are doing when they book jobs and never schedule enlightenment time.

The worst service I have ever had. Today 2 women came to our new house, they didn't clean the Windows from outside (as the company promised) they couldn't reach to the shelves so they left them dirty and dusty, same the kitchen. The floor is left dirty, with paint and color stains - they said "we don't know how to clean it" (which is very simple, A small thing you expect from a cleaning COMPANY - That charges you hundreds of dollar, And not a house keeper lady that charges 100-120$ for cleaning your house as regular cleaning). This company doesn't have enough cleaning tools and products to clean house ( Such as ladder). We are VERY disappointed.

I have never hired a cleaning service before but decided to hire one to do some deep cleaning. My floors, baseboards and walls were in need of special attention. During my booking process, during a telephone conversation the night before and when the cleaners got to my home I specifically said my concern was deep cleaning my floors, baseboards, spot cleaning the walls and cleaning the bathrooms. I said IF time permits the kitchen and then the living room. They were booked for 2 hours/2 cleaners. They immediately started cleaning the bathrooms and I went about my business. 20 minutes before the time was up I checked on them and they had cleaned my bathrooms, living room and were working on my kitchen. No floors, no baseboards and no spot cleaning of the walls. I called their boss and explained the situation and he initially told me it would be an extra $36 to do an extra half an hour. After complaining he said he wouldn't charge me if they went 30 minutes over but to have them work on the floors and baseboards immediately. I relayed the message and 10 minutes later they told me they were done. I explained the floors weren't done and she quickly went over them with a mop. They were out of here in exactly 2 hours. I was so furious at this point I didn't bother to have them continue for an additional 30 minutes to do the baseboards and did them myself along with the spot cleaning of the walls. I assumed hiring a professional company would mean they would do a better job then I would and I was wrong. I could do a better job on the bathrooms and obviously have now done a better job on the baseboards. So much for placing my trust in a professional cleaning service. I could have mopped my floor better myself. I was looking for deep cleaning and got a cleaning that I could have simply done myself. I understand they estimate without looking at your home but if I have specific issues I want done then that should be done first and the others as time permits. They could have tackled my requests in 2 hours. Very disappointed.

i am in the process of moving out of a rental home and needed to hire a cleaner. I figured doing a deep clean myself and then hire a cleaner to polish things up. i ordered their move in/move out cleaning package which should cover basic cleaning, plus inside and outside cabinets and inside outside kitchen appliances , blinds and base boards. I looked over the property after they left and noticed they skipped over things I had previously cleaned as if they had no reason to touch them. the inside of my refrigerator doors were had dust/debris in the cracks, the overhead microwave had food debris still present. the downstairs bathroom floor had not been mopped and the base boards still filthy. they also left my kitchen sink and blinds splashed with chemical and yuck while cleaning their supplies at the end..they had the balls to turn the blinds upwards so I wouldn't notice right away. the sink was able to be rinsed out but my blinds are now stained. look we are all human, mistakes happen so reached out with pics the moment I realized there was an issue (within 24 hrs) and asked how we can resolve this. An agent advised me only a supervisor could help and they were not in the office. he suggested I text Nikki pictures of the issue . that way she "the supervisor" could come view the property in person and either schedule another cleaning ,offer a refund or a credit towards next services. so I texted her the pics and a description asking for help. she responded to my text by asking me what the issue is (as if I didn't explain it to her in my orginal text). i reiterated the issue showing her the pics again and her response was just as frustrating. she said they didn't know when they could schedule another cleaning because she wasn't in the office and it was after hours..but she offered to call me the next day after she looked at the schedule. part if me felt like I was being blown off...but I agreeed because it was reasonable response shes not in office(even though I had contacted her during office hours with my grievance). I had service done on a Thursday, as of Tuesday (today) I received NO follow up call..I texted her Saturday NO reply and earlier today No reply. at this point i dont want to make the situation worse by giving a bad review. I just wanted someone with a wet rag an chemicals to clean what they said they would clean. not stand around for 2 hrs pretending to work. At this point want my money back, their poor services and lack of follow up speak VOLUMES. get another company. Follow up: the company sent someone out to reclean the following week. Hats off to Mark who stepped up and made things right. the property manager hasn't said anything negative about the 2nd job(I imagine she would have) so I am grateful they came through for me. things happen, life happens as long as we do our best to make it right that's all that matters. Thank you guys.

We booked a move out appointment for our rental house. So, there was nothing in the house at the time of the cleaning. Also, I kept the house pretty clean but was required to hire professional cleaners as part of our rental agreement. So this shouldn't have been a major feat for the cleaners. What I received from Pristine Cleaning was a very rushed, poorly done cleaning job. We had two ladies that rushed through our house and missed major areas. Their vacuum didn't pick up fur on our carpet. They didn't clean a toliet...at all. The cleaned only a few cabinets. The baseboards were not even touched. Basically I had to clean the house myself the next day. They asked my husband to check the house and as he was looking through they said they had to go now or they would be late to their next appointment. They just left. A day later my husband received a text from some woman associated with the company asking how the cleaning went. My husband responded honestly and we haven't heard anything back. So, in total if you want a surface clean...or a very bare bone basic clean go ahead with this company. Don't expect much. I will attached pictures.

Being a full time student, corporate employee, and a mother of four, it is difficult for me to keep up with the cleanliness of my home. I contacted Pristine after hearing amazing things. The staff showed up right on time and they were so friendly, especially to my dogs and extremely talkative 4 year old son. I have them come by on a bi-weekly basis and I look forward to seeing the girls every other Thursday. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! read more

We had our house cleaned when we moved out of our home and we were very pleased with the service. Appliances, bathtubs, showers and blinds looked good as new!! Baseboards were dusted,carpets vacuumed and floors cleaned as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. read more

3 cleaners came for 2.5 hours and cleaned my 2000 sq ft house. I was pretty surprised at how much they accomplished. I told them to get as much done as they could in 2.5 hours. They got the whole house cleaned in that time. They removed tons of dust. Bathrooms really shined. I didn't know they were going to vacuum the couches. That was a nice surprise. Only downside was one of them knocking down my baby gate and the cleaning supplies causing my husband to cough a lot. I would use this service again but would ask them not to use whatever they cleaned the cabinets/tables with. It would've taken me 2 days to do what they did in 2.5 hours. Called Pristine House Cleaning for basic cleaning for a new 1,000 sq foot apartment. The place is well kept, it's only me and my boyfriend in a two bedroom. There was not much to be done but basic stuff. The company charged us $140 for the initial cleaning, afterwards I realized most companies only charge about $80 and give a discount off initial visit. They showed up with 3 gal's and showed up 40 MINS. LATE after there window time frame and then went an hour past the scheduled time. A few days later we realized there was a huge burn in our rug, as if they had left their vacuum on and walked away from it. We called the manager and he said he would reimburse us for our carpet and that the cleaners would bring the check during our next scheduled cleaning. THE CLEANERS NO SHOWED during our next schedule, again having to call the company and ask what happened now. Ok, so then they scheduled us for a few days later for 5pm but actually showed up at 10am when no one was home to let them in. We called again to find out they had another "administrative error." Fast forward to our second cleaning, after the maids are gone we noticed they didn't even bother to clean the top of our kitchen table. The table was so clean they must have assumed they already cleaned it? They were also suppose to bring the check to replace our area rug, and they did not, in fact the maids had no idea what we were talking about when they showed up.... Great! Finally, I called the company to cancel our service and just get our check. I have called 3 other places from Yelp and found their services $25 cheaper per cleaning! Our new cleaners show up when they said they were going to show up, finished when they said they would and we hand no DAMAGE to our belongings or any obviously missed areas, which we had with PRISTINE CLEANING. I did not want to write a negative review but when I called Pristine to tell them our overall experience had been less then acceptable on many different occasions the manager was not apologetic in any way and basically gave me the high one. We are reasonable people who paid good money for horrible service. I strongly suggest going anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I got a Gift certificate from groupon and when we called to schedule they said ther were really busy, But if we gave an addtional $50.00 They would find the time to do it (CROOKS) They said we would have to wait until August so we decided to wait. then i got a call on June 9th and they said they would not honor the groupon as they were not making money very poor busness practices. I was expecting my home to be cleaned as well. I had 3 maids for one hour, which I found out afterwards. To me, one hour is 60 minutes. They got into my home 15 minutes late, and cleaned for 45 minutes. They didn't clean any bathrooms or vacuum. I live by myself and don't have any pets. I will not ever use this company again. Pristine came to me this morning. The appointment was between 9 and 10 and they came early ready to start. They had all of their own supplies. They were courteous, professional and fast! They did a GREAT job! And this apartment was no easy project. I have been away for 6 weeks and a man alone for 6 weeks can result in a very messy apartment. The three cleaners came into this to disaster and they just calmly dug in and started cleaning. The price is a little higher than others we have used, but Pristine is great with answering the phone and getting you an appointment fast. I am very impressed and plan on using them again. read more

I bought a 15 year old luxury home that, while well maintained by a housekeeper, needed a "deep cleaning." Based on Yelp reviews, I hired Pristine. They were terrific. On arrival, they commented that although the house looked "fine," it wasn't up to their standards, and got to work. 3 people worked all day. Other than a lunch break, I always saw them working away, climbing up ladders to reach high shelves, getting down on the floor, scrubbing tiny crevices with QTips. They were outstanding! I bought a cleaning special from Pristine Cleaning, off Angie's list. The scheduling process could have been better -- there was a missed communication via email and a misunderstanding over the phone -- but two ladies came out with their cleaning tools and did a fantastic job at the house. Their cleaning job was the most complete and comprehensive I've ever witnessed. I was in and around the house while they worked and I saw the attention to detail they provided. They were great. The three ladies from Pristine Cleaning showed up on time, put on booties and immediately started working. They were quick and efficient. They all worked separately and as a team. Two hours later, the house was spotless and the extra touches like fan folding the wash cloths and tissues showed their professionalism and attention to detail. Buying a short sale in town that was in pretty rough condition. The yelp reviews convinced me to take a chance. Over 4000 sf, multiple appliances with mold, hard water damage to EVERY surface imaginable. Pristine sent 4 ladies that worked from 8-4. It DID take them longer than they had originally estimated, but well worth it. We had gotten another quote for more than twice the amount we were charged. All in all, under $600! I'm a definite nit picker when it comes to clean. One door frame top was missed and one door back, but really it would have been easy to overlook those areas when the WHOLE house was a train wreck. We will certainly be calling again for a pre-holiday clean, and even my in laws are planning to call after seeing the job that was done. read more

Needed to have our house cleaned real well since it wasn't clean when we moved in recently. I looked online for a company with great ratings and found Pristine. I emailed them and got a response from Amy almost immediately! She went over pricing with me and we scheduled the cleaning for that week. The women that came to clean the house were very nice and did an AMAZING job!! We were so thrilled we tipped everyone! They arrived a little early which was a surprise to me and were able to complete the job with only a little extra time (1/2hr). Scheduling was easy and very accommodating to my schedule. Our current weekly cleaners flaked again so I went on Yelp looking for cleaners and I noticed that Pristine had great reviews. So we called Pristine on Saturday and they responded to my call on Saturday and were at my house on SUNDAY, yes Sunday, cleaning my house. They were on time and the three ladies that arrived at my house worked very hard and did a fantastic job. My college age son even remarked that his room smelled good! No easy task there. The ladies spoke english so I was able to easily communicate with them about what we needed done. They hit the ground running and you would have thought they were there every week based on the systematic organization that they displayed. The ladies were very nice and polite and even tolerated my dogs, that loved them! We are hoping to be able to set up recurring weekly cleanings with this company as they are a world apart of what we had previously experienced. I was in the process of moving and after moving three days I didn't want to clean the house so I called pristine cleaning services and they responded quickly and had a crew scheduled for the next day which was awesome. They did a great job on all the tough areas that I know are hard to clean. I couldn't be there for the cleaning so they let themselves in and out and finished everything they could in the time frame that I paid for. I will definitely use this service again in the future. read more

I tried Pristine cleaning for the first time last week and was quite pleased. The workers were suppose to arrive between 8 and 930 in the morning and they arrived right around 8am. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

I tried to post this review on Google, and to respond directly to Bob's before posting a review but…read morethey don't have an easy way to give them feedback. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

Attention Managers and Homeowners, I am compelled to share my experience after more than a month of unresolved issues with Jason and his cleaning service. As a manager and landlord, I had initially hoped to use these services regularly but have been sorely disappointed with both the quality of cleaning and the customer service. Upon scheduling a cleaning online, I was charged $200 for what was supposed to be a standard service. However, I later received a message indicating it was categorized as a "move out" cleaning, despite there being no furniture or belongings to move. The cleaning left cabinets and the oven dirty. After reaching out and leaving a message, Jason finally returned my call and offered to re-clean the property. I declined, explaining that it would be more costly for me to have someone wait at the property and requested a refund instead. He agreed to credit me $50, but it has been over a month, and I have yet to receive the promised refund. I have made multiple calls and left several messages for Jason, but to no avail. If Jason is indeed the owner, as he claims, it is disheartening to experience such poor customer service. Customer service should be a top priority. I would much prefer to have repeat customers and maintain a good reputation than to have one-time, dissatisfied clients. The cleaning service was certainly not worth the $200 I was charged. I have also sent Jason pictures of the unsatisfactory cleaning, which have not been addressed. I intend to report this to the BBB and want to make potential customers aware of my experience. WORSE GROUPON I EVER BOUGHT! buyers beware! The reviews I thought were related to this business are actually for a Pristine House Cleaning based out of Ohio. Problems: - The girls left 40 minutes before the 3 hours I paid for! I tipped them 12 dollars because honestly I figured they were having a horrible day since they were so unfriendly. I wanted to remind them they were paid for 3 hours, but I figured I didn't want them in my home if they didn't want to be here! - Being almost 1.5 hours late! - They BROKE my blender. I went to use it today and it is indeed clean, but there is water in it. Their website states they clean small appliances. They do, but after they clean them they no longer work. Oh, and it wasn't a cheap one and less than two months old. - They only cleaned a small bathroom and my kitchen. My home isn't THAT dirty. It is deep cleaned on a regular basis and we have a weekly cleaner. 3 hours and TWO rooms were cleaned? I was worried they wouldn't have enough to do in three hours with the whole house. Basically, If I had known I was going to have to wait 1.5 hours for them to show up, I would have spent that hour and a half cleaning my own house! This company is a total joke and waste of time. Called Pristine Handyman Service this morning because I needed a window A/C put in. I was given a quote over the phone, and then we proceeded to setup a time frame for my technician. Lorenzo ( I hope I spelled his name right) was great. He was able to get a technician out to my home on the same day! (I am assuming this is not typical but hey it worked out for me.) Jonathan, the technician that came out to my home was outstanding! For starters, he was there on time. He was also wearing a uniform (extra points for professionalism). He also wore booties over his shoes so as not to scuff or dirty my wood floors. He was very courteous and professional. He finished the job in less than an hour, then asked me if there was anything else we needed done on the house ( since he technically still had some time left). I was very surprised at this, many others would simply charge me the hourly minimum, and would have left. I let him know I needed some curtain rods put in, he said he would gladly take care of it. He did an excellent job with the installing the curtain rods ( One less thing for me to do on the Honey Do list.) I scoured websites and read every comment left on Yelp and other websights before contacting Pristine Cleaning to come to our home in anticipation of guests arriving for a visit. I must say I was a little leary of going with a cleaning crew, but I was not disappointed in the least with the professionalism and expert cleaning and attention to detail our home was given. It sparkled and was amazingly clean. Not a speck of dust or dirt to be found, and we have a dog! The ladies arrived early and asked me to go over specifics of what was really important to me and what I needed them to spend more time with. After they finished cleaning, I was asked to review our home before they left to see if anything needed a touch up, but I could not find one thing that needed additional attention after they cleaned. I am extremely happy with Pristine Cleaning and will be using them on a monthly basis going forward. Bonus... they are great with dogs! read more

I recently moved out of my apartment complex to another house in the Henderson area. We were short on time, and I had lots to do so I decided to call Pristine House Cleaning to help us clean out the apartment. I called them and was greeted very professionally on the phone, and was advised for the "move out cleaning service" and made an appointment. The night before the cleaning service I got a text from Amy confirming my appointment for the following day. The cleaning crew arrived at my place and went straight to work. Within 2 hours, they had the place shining. This cleaning crew did the most amazing job ever, and were very professional. They cleaned ALL the appliances inside and out. They even found a few clothes hiding behind the dryer and threw it in the washer and dryer and had it folded up for me when I went back. Who does that these days? HANDS DOWN, if you want a cleaning service you need to call these guys. They are fast, efficient, and very professional. I am more than satisfied with the service I received from Pristine Cleaning for a move-out clean. Amy was prompt in getting back to me with an estimate in response to my emailed request for a quote. I contacted her about 3 weeks later to schedule and she informed me the quote was still good and that someone would contact me shortly to schedule ~ which was done that same day. Nikki was great in following up on my needs and confirmed the day prior to the apt. The three ladies showed up within the specified time frame and completed all that I'd requested, including two pot shelves which required they lug my ladder from the garage to the upstairs bedroom, within the quoted two hours PLUS they cleaned outside the front door which I did not expect but was grateful for. As with another poster, there were a couple of very minor issues but there was so much to do that it rendered them irrelevant. I will definitely use Pristine's services again and feel comfortable in recommending them to others. read more

I found this company through yelp. The ratings were high. I read a few reviews. Impressive. I decided to call for a quote to clean the windows of my house. I reached a pleasant person, who transferred me to Lorenzo in the department for window cleaning. He quoted me the prices for windows and sliding doors. The quotes were for inside and outside of each window and door. The prices were acceptable. Lorenzo then scheuled me for the service. The day of the cleaning the person came out on time and did a thorough job. He took his time to put on the shoe covers when walking in my house. The job took a couple of hours due to the many windows and being a 2 story home. I had not had the windows cleaned for about 4 years. After he was done, WOW, the place looked so open, new, and fresh. I called Pristine when I purchased a short sale. The house was a mess and I didn't know where to start! I scheduled them for 2.5 hours for three people. They reserved my service for the next day and were very professional on the phone and through email and text message. When the ladies showed up they were one time, clean, friendly and very professional. They assessed my job and let me know they might not finish in time but we would talk after two hours. They worked very hard and after 2 hours let me know what they probably wouldn't get too...at which time I authorized an additional hour. When the ladies left my house was "pristine" from top to bottom. They cleaned appliances, floors, bathrooms, all the cupboards inside and out, washed walls, and scrubbed the baseboard dust among other items. They were awesome! After trying numerous cleaning services throughout the years think I've finally found a winner. Pristine was able to schedule a cleaning for the very next day after I called. I had to run out right before they got there and called to let them know they were okay to begin without me. I ended up not being able to make it back to my house till later that evening after they had already left and was pleasantly surprised when I returned home. Between my past cleaners that came bi-weekly and myself I keep what I thought was a clean home but Pristine def surpassed my expectations. Didn't even know my house had the potential to be so spotless. I was pleased the most at the fact that since I wasn't present at all they def could have slacked and done a half-a** job but they did just the opposite. Pristine Handyman service hung 7 fans and a chandelier in our house. We are very happy with there work. Everything looks great, all the fans work well and none have any humming noises. I found them to be conscientious of helping us save money, by politely giving me options. Such as offering me the option to hang glass pendants on chandelier, or asking that I open fan boxes in advance. Some of the suggestions I did and some he did and I found that to be helpful. I also did call around for pricing before hiring him and they're comparable to other companies I called. They are also extremely thoughtful and communicate well. Also they vacuumed up any mess made and painted the ceiling where needed. I wouldn't have even known he was they were here except for the new lighting in our house! I will definitely hire them again in the future read more

Pristine Cleaning was awesome! We were moving out and wanted to make sure everything was perfect - didn't want to lose money from our deposit. During our last move we used a different cleaning service and were told by the landlord to come back and clean more since the last service missed a bunch of cleaning like the fans, baseboards, etc. After our last experience we were skeptical to hire any service, but Pristine was great. The two ladies who cleaned the house were so friendly and didn't forget to clean anything including the fireplace. We haven't heard back about our deposit just yet, but the landlord sent us an email saying, "Thank you for taking such great care of the house and leaving it so clean". I definitely recommend the service especially when your deposit is on the line! read more

They deserve 6 stars... I ran out of time to do a long list of repairs on my daughter's home. Pristine was highly recommended and I have typically been disappointed with handyman. So I was amazed with all they did.... Jonathan and a helper started to work! Reversed the hinges on the bathroom door, rebuilt 3 toilets, replaced light bulbs and electrical receptacles and switches, new washer machine hoses, installed 3 baby gates, shower curtain rod, cleaned 3 bathroom fans and replaced bulbs etc etc... They showed up 15 minutes early and did a neat and complete job. Part of my secret was I had texted Pristine a complete list of tasks and had a box in the garage with all the parts (I can buy parts at Lowe's faster than I can install them). Pristine Cleaning does a spectacular job! I had a crew of 2 ladies who came in for 2 hours. They were very timely and thorough in my home. Everything was sparkling and smelled amazing. My floors get pretty bad because I have 2 kids, 2 dogs and my husband works construction. My floors have never looked better. I was surprised with how my whole home was cleaned with the allotted time. I am super pleased with Pristine cleaning and will be calling again whenever I need a quick clean up! The owner is also a very personable person along with the crew who texted me the next day to make sure everything was up to par. Thank you for an effortless and awesome experience. This company was giving away a "free" two hour housecleaning on Facebook and I was lucky enough to have been chosen for it! They sent out 3 ladies and spent 2 full hours in my home! They showed up with smiles on all of their faces and immediately got to work. I was very impressed with their professionalism and they did a great job. I have a dog and four small children. When they left, My house was sparkling and smelt fresh! I feel they went above and beyond for us! I have scheduled with them in the future! Not only am I pleased with the work they provided but the company as a whole is amazing for giving out free quality cleaning to people "in need". I took a chance on Pristine Cleaning based on the great Yelp reviews and was incredibly impressed with the results. Booked online for services for the following day. The handoff was smooth - left keys under the mat for Saira & Letty on my way out the door in the morning. I wasn't sure what to expect when I got home but holy hell both ladies did an amazing job. Everything was spotless; the wood floors were glowing and she even slightly feng shui'd the living room furniture in a way that we actually liked better. Basically, our place hadn't been that clean since probably EVAR. Pristine Cleanings work was outstanding and the process was super easy. I've been using Pristine House Cleaning for over 6 months and have always been completely satisfied with my service. They do a great job cleaning the essentials including my bathrooms, mopping floors and kitchen cleaning. I love being able to schedule my appointments online according to my schedule and I know they will show up and do a great job. I also like the option of paying for my service online - it's super easy and convenient and I trust them enough to leave my house while they're working and have them lock up on their way out. I've never regretted paying to have them give my house a thorough cleaning almost once a month - although I should schedule them more often. Great company with awesome customer service. read more

We hired Pristine as we were moving out of our rental house and I wanted a company that did both cleaning and carpet cleaning. Booking was extremely easy over the phone and I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. As the day we agreed upon got closer I got a text confirmation stating the cleaning service would be there between 8am and 9:30 am. Then a separate text confirmed the carpet cleaners would be there between 9am and 10:30am. The cleaners were at our house right at 8 and quickly got to work. They worked out stains and left everything spotless. The carpet cleaners also showed up right on time and finished quickly and their work was great. I manage rental property in the Henderson NV area and have used Pristine Cleaning to do move-out cleaning for me. I have been very pleased with both staff who sets up appointments, and the staff who performs the work. They also follow up with you a day or two after the cleaning was preformed to see how they did. Last time I used them, they were not able to give me the day I originally requested, but had a cancellation later that day. They fit me in, the property was shown that night to prospective tenants, and those same tenants turned in applications the next day. I will continue to utilize their services in the coming months as I have other units turn over, and encourage others to do so as well. read more

I had a great experience with Lorenzo and his team. We moved out of our condo and needed to get it rent ready. I called Lorenzo and he was accommodating with my multiple date changes. His team arrived on time and got straight to work. I came to the ladies to point out key areas that needed to be addressed. They were professional, friendly and attentive. I'm very happy with how clean everything is, especially the inside of our kitchen and laundry appliances. There was also a sticky residue left behind on our laminate floor by one of our indoor plants and it always bothered me. The ladies took care of it and made it disappear! We had a great experience with Pristine Cleaning this past weekend, we hadn't ever used a professional cleaning service before and had slacked on some of our cleaning so we scheduled a deep clean. After plenty of communication from the company they arrived on Saturday and did a fantastic job cleaning out everything including in our fridge, they also were very quiet while they worked because my husband works night shifts and was sleeping in a spare bedroom (that we didn't have the Pristine Cleaning team clean obviously). While a little but pricier than some of the other local cleaning services you definitely get what you pay for and I would recommend Pristine Cleaning to anyone! read more
