Amazing. I got a specific time (9:00 a.m.) when scheduling. Ray called to tell me he would be there by 9:00 a.m. the day of service. This has NEVER happened with other carpet cleaning places. First off, let me say that I am extremely impressed. I called and spoke with someone right away, got a quote over the phone, and scheduled the carpet cleaning appointment for the following day. I made the appointment for a buyer client of mine (I am a local Realtor) to surprise them with clean carpets for their new home. My buyers bought the home as a fixer and they knew the carpets were bad from the showing/inspections, but I wanted the final walk through to be a nice surprise. With that said, those carpets were nasty... like "never been cleaned before but 3 dogs lived there" nasty. Pristine came and confirmed that they needed to use the deepest cleaning equipment they have and it would cost a little more than a normal "freshen up" carpet cleaning. I can't tell you how much anxiety I felt anytime I found a new "accident" spot on the carpet from one of my two small dogs. I called to get an estimate after seeing an advertisement on Craigslist and the receptionist was beyond accommodating! She set me up with an appointment the same day! They cleaned our whole house. We had some spots from our dog and the previous owners cats. There was an area in our hallway that smelled of cat urine which they removed and now the smell is gone. The owner showed up on time and cleaned our carpets quickly and efficiently. Really not much else to say. Absolutely thrilled. Ray cleaned all my rooms and I could not believe how good my over ten year carpets looked. I found Ray to be very conscientious, He took the time to remove some very difficult stains, he tied up my curtains to make sure they did not get wet, and made sure my furniture was not damaged. I am not one to write reviews- good or bad. Mom and Dad bought new carpet 15 months ago, then dad became very ill. He had been living on a hospital bed in their living room the last months. Something LEAKED. Stained. Mom had tried to clean the carpets. nothing. care giver tried cleaning. nothing. Dad died may 28th after a year long illness. Having children my four year old couch was looking years past it's age. He took his time and was able to get every stain out, plus he was able to get me in with little notice. Just turned down another company because a big difference in quotes over the phone vs. onsite (Please, I did not say "false advertising" or "bait and swtich", just devil in the details. I purchased a deal through Groupon for the tile and grout cleaning. First off, the phone number via Groupon was "incorrect" so for days I called a number that lead to a voicemail for Pristine with no call back. After finally googling the number I reached another voicemail that did end up with a call back from a woman who set the appointment for me the following Monday. I provided my address and all my info during that call (I live in Elk Grove). On the day of the scheduled appointment just an hour before they were supposed to arrive, the woman calls me back to tell me that they won't be coming because Elk Grove is too far for them. The Groupon and their website both clearly state that they DO service Elk Grove, and if it was too far couldn't she have told me that when I set the appointment and provided my address??
