There haven't been any reviews of this business for some time, and it is no surprise. There are businesses that should be accompanied by warning labels, and this is one of them. Owner Janet arrived at my home and immediately began castigating me for the soiled carpets, dog messes, etc. I explained to her that I had been caring for my terminally-ill husband and holding a fulltime job, and that it was obvious our large home had been neglected. He has since passed away, and I'm trying to get our home back to its beautiful state. After insulting me, she then went outside to tell her son in a very loud voice what a mess they were about to clean. Then she took a call in her van. I asked her son for a moment, and told him I no longer wanted them to clean the carpets in my home. After he packed up, she came knocking on the door, repeating her insults. I told her she was caustic and abrasive and insulting, and asked her to leave my home immediately. Hours later, Eco Clean came to clean the carpets. The gentleman who did the cleaning was polite, kind, patient and hardworking. The customer service rep who answered the phone was gracious and a pleasure to speak with. Buyer beware. Janet is the best, every single time we need our carpets cleaned there is only one person we think of ;) This last time we had her come over, she mentioned to me that she also would be able to clean the grout of our kitchen tile. The thought hadn't even occurred to me! She was able to come back that same week and take care of it for us and it. looks. amazing.
