The last time I was in I believe I had a specialist named Donatella. I told her that I do get a little jumpy with waxes and that it has been a while so I know it would be pretty painful. But like a pro, she was able to start conversations with me to get my mind off the wax and we talked about all kinds of topics and before I knew it, we were done! That's a truly great specialist right there who knows how to care for their patients that are a little bit more sensitive to the service. She also didn't try to push any products on me which I loved. The vibe of this location is friendly and clean. There is only ever one other person in the waiting room so I feel that there are plenty of specialists for the appointments and you never wait long. I've come early several times and was able to get my wax early so they are truly flexible. I really appreciate the service here! Not sure why it's rated so low but I would recommend for anyone in the Lake Nona area

In asking what I was paying for I found that the first time it was for a pre-treatment & after treatment since they dyed my whole head to get it all one base color. Then the second time was an additional conditioner added after she washed and conditioned my hair. So now that I was educated, I asked them not to add anything on unless it was shown to me and approved by me. Haven't had an issue since. Still go there and will continue to. It's nice to be pampered and enjoy a glass of wine while your hair is getting done!
