Yesterday I had all 4 of our top floor bedroom carpets cleaned, one of them being our pretty large master. We have only ever cleaned them ourselves. But after my VERY satisfactory experience with Pristine yesterday I won't be cleaning them myself again (oh what a poor job the store bought carpet cleaners do compared to the real deal, Pete and re-Pete). Very reliable! Contacted two local companies about cleaning carpet with filtration soil. Pete came, did the job and removed the stains! I've had the carpet cleaned before and never once did the cleaner mention what the lines were nor did they offer to remove them! My carpet is 10+ years old and looks great! The other company finally called me back...AFTER Pete had already completed the job. The early bird gets the worm as they say! I contacted Pristine to clean the grout and caulk in my master bath shower. It was getting to the point that it looked so bad, I didn't feel clean after taking a shower. I was quoted a reasonable price and scheduled an appointment. Pete and his son arrived on time and did a through exam of the shower, explaining my options. I decided to have the shower completely re grouted and caulked. It looks like a new shower. Excellent service, very respectful of my home. Pristine did a wonderful job, price was reasonable. One set of steps had quite a bit of wear. He did them twice to get them to look as good as possible prior to putting our house on the market. Then, didn't charge me for that set of steps even though it wasn't dirt, but carpet wear from use. Pete and Repeat re-grouted out kitchen floor and did a fantastic job. They understood exactly what color I wanted and made the tile look 100% greater. They re-caulked three of our bathrooms and our kitchen that badly needed work.
