Office Experience : Had appointment with doctor @ Woodstock…read morelocation for needing JUST ONLY tooth extraction due to it coming through my gums and rotting. Doctor signed off for appointment next day at this battleground location he said it was bad and needed to come out IMMEDIATELY. I drive there the next morning still in pain. I get in the office first thing I say is can I sign in for my appointment lady says I need to sign this paper as I start to sign the papers and SIMPLY ASK HOW MUCH WILL I NEED THAT WAY I CAN PAY IN FULL NO PAYMENTS DUE TO NO INSURANCE. I HAD THE MONEY! I was ready to pay JUST NEEDED TO KNOW EXACT AMOUNT. The lady sitting directly behind the one that was actually helping me decided to INTERRUPT in and say she can't give me the price until the procedure was done at that point I felt like she was using her power and shut me down immediately. I HAD MY DAUGHTER WITH ME DROVE 37 min over there. HAD MONEY IN HAND JUST WANTED TO KNOW PRICE BEFORE I HAVE TO SIGN PAPERS. I simply say since you don't tell me price I don't want your guys help. Why would I sign something you won't tell me the price on? It's one tooth for crying out loud. They let me walk out knowing I needed that tooth pulled and I was in pain and CLEARLY IRRITATED FROM IT FACE SWOLLEN AND ALL. I had to look at my lil one get turned away EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE Money. NEVER WILL I BE BACK. Avoid this place. Please stop calling me and leaving voicemails as well acting like you guys helped me and didn't. Would leave zero star if I could

Front desk and assistants are all fun to chat with and of course Dr. Draper is incredible. As far as my treatment goes, Dr. Draper describes himself as a perfectionist and definitely takes special care and attention with each patient. I have recommended his practice to so many people because each facet of this place gets an A+! On the day I got my braces put on, I got a cool little backpack, shirt and water bottle. A nice touch! But back then, my orthodontist at the time tried something relatively new at the time, a positioner (black rubber mold to put my teeth into), instead of a retainer, after my teeth were aligned (20 months). I had the traditional metal band braces back then. Wore the head gear. And so on. I lost that positioner several years ago. And, after having wisdom teeth erupt in adulthood, my teeth became misaligned, with small gaps, and one tooth hiding slightly behind another tooth. I am fascinated by straight, white teeth. As an mature adult, I finally decided to fix my smile. Much to my amazement, it took only six months to realign my teeth. I opted for the Sure Smile clear aligners. I am OVERJOYED at the results!! Dr. Croft even has finishing touches he will do, to make my smile PERFECT. Here's my smile nowadays, which looks pretty darn good already. This time around, I won't lose my retainers. I found Dr. Croft's "Columbia Orthodontics" add in the neighborhood magazine that's delivered to our home in Felida. I love that the office takes 4:30pm appointments, so that I don't have to take more time off of work. PLUS I love that their office is located only 15 minutes (in Salmon Creek). As a grandma of 3, mom of 3 kids in their 30's, and wife of a military veteran (been married 40 years so far), it's never too late for beautiful teeth! Dr. Croft repaired the retainer and did not charge for it. Wait. I just fainted. We had called around and one office wanted $300 no matter what, just to be seen. My son was seen the next day by Dr. Croft who was friendly and helpful regarding fit. We had no expectation that the visit would be complimentary. He just asked that we think of him for any future services. Who else would we go to after this POSITIVE experience?

We ended up going to his regular dentist to pull the actual tooth and push the abscess out where I had to hold him down which was also traumatic but I didn't want to go back to this dental office for a repeat of their neglect and rudeness.

Phillips is extremely arrogant & egotistical. After my child's treatment I had his cleaning done…read moreelsewhere. But the dentist said he still had a baby tooth in the front exactly where he braces were. My child is 16 & shouldn't even have baby teeth. Phillips not only left it but did not address the tooth above it trying to come in. What would be the purpose of of not pulling it & then allowing the other tooth to come in? But instead he applied braces & called it Phase 1. It made no sense since the tooth above needs to come down. I believe it boiled down to more money & he could charge us again. Phillips got really offended when I took my child back in to inquire about the tooth. He even got irritated & told me he threw my son's retainer away since we forgot to pick up. Why straighten the front teeth when you then have to pull a tooth to allow another to come into place. I was going to rate Phillips 2 stars because he did a good job on my other child's braces but I just can't. He also seems to be stuck up. And no I'm not basing that on just one bad visit.

The doctor was extremely aggressive once it was time to remove my Invisalign notches on my teeth and even said "Move your tongue or it will be sliced" multiple times. She did not use a mouth opening device on me or use the proper protocol like the assistants did when putting it in. Once my experience was over Jen told me I would get a refund because she knew she left out so many details about the actual treatment. A week later a new lady reached out telling me I would not get a refund but that further payments would not be charged. On the phone called I told her I would be leaving a review of my experience and that is when she threatened me by saying "Just remember we can always ask for more money" after saying that she would not be taking more money and using the phrase "we are clean". Very unprofessional overall and frightening to say the least. I don't need a refund but I am bummed about this experience. Very traumatic.
