I book these people for my girlfriend, for a surprise. I spent all day running around trying to get everything ready and I did, but everything fell apart when it was. Time for BE GLAMED to do they're part. I book the appointment for 3:00pm so we would make it to our helicopter ride in time, well when everything was done BE GLAMED did not call a hour before and did not show up until 5:00pm, then the lady tells me that 5:00pm is what I book the time for. So needless to say, my girlfriend did not get her makeup done and we missed our helicopter ride. So the end result, I tried to work with BE GLAME and now out $400, so use them at your own risk. read more

I booked my three bridesmaids for regular hair and makeup. By regular I mean curled hair and pinned to the side. Soon as the hair dressers arrived they insisted this was something out of the ordinary that I wanted, called their office, and wouldn't do the hair until I agreed to pay $30 more per person. This is not the kind of crap you want to deal with the morning of your wedding. I was better off sending them to drybar but figured it would be more convenient for them to get ready at Dream Hollywood where we were staying which also provides their services to guests! The hair dresser heard that they were bridesmaids and wanted to suck money out of my pocket instantly. If it was an updo or a braid that I wanted them to have I would understand. But hair curled to the side for an extra $30 I would've done their hair myself. My bridesmaids curls didn't last an hour. They all looked like they had waves by the next hour. The stylists ask a lot of questions to make sure you receive that perfect look. So disappointed with this company! I will not be recommending to anyone I know. First of all, in the original quote over the phone, they gave us the price of $25 each for styling the 2 little flower girls. I received the breakdown of the price later in my email and it changed to $170 for both little girls. That is more than what my hair was priced to do! So we took them off and did their hair ourselves! Second, you send me a makeup artist who was late and can't do makeup to save her life!! I had the airbrush makeup done and it turned out horrible. My whole face was splotched and my eyes were so dark. My brother told me that "I better go look in the mirror" when he came to help take stuff to the car. I just wanted to cry. I hurried up and fixed what i could but it still looked awful and definitely ruined the vibe for the day. What a waste of $$$$. Their team was incredibly professional and accommodating, working to get everyone the services they wanted while keeping us on schedule for evening activities. They even had a manager onsite going between our hotel rooms to be sure everything was running smoothly--so impressive! This is my second review and the fourth time I have used BeGlammed. I was going to a party on a Tiki Boat for my son-in-law's birthday. I recently broke my right arm so I was unable to do my makeup and hair. I scheduled my appointment for both. Giovanni came to do my hair. He was very friendly and professional. I immediately felt comfortable with him. I showed him a picture of how I wear my hair and told him that's what I wanted. He said he would do whatever I wanted but suggested that we do something a little more fun since I was going on a party boat. Since I felt comfortable with him I agreed and I was not disappointed. Game changer / GENIUS idea! Why go to a salon when the salon can come to you? It's so convenient to get your hair blown out in the comfort of your own home! Houston is hot and humid. No more frizzing on the way back home to get changed :) My hair is on the difficult side, and I absolutely loved the way it was styled. I booked Jennifer (in the beautiful tier) and she arrived right on time and was so professional! After Dry Bar went up in price I decided to stick with beGlammed for all my future hair styling. I traveled to Nashville for an event last month and was looking for a last minute hair and makeup appointment - I had used beGlammed at Coachella in April with some girlfriends and fell in love, so I had to use them again! I was worried that booking a last minute appointment would be difficult, but I was able to call and speak with a customer service representative who was so helpful and got me a stylist with no problem! I scheduled in the "Beautiful" tier for a blowout and full makeup and my stylist came to my hotel and did both, finishing in plenty of time for me to leave for my event. I'm very picky when it comes to my hair and makeup, and was SO impressed with the end result. I showed pictures as examples and my stylist was able to recreate them perfectly.
